Bob and his guys were amazing from start to finish. We were broken down 6 hours from home late in the afternoon. Bob identified the problem and located the closest parts within a 2 hr radius and got them there that evening. He had us up and running by 9 AM the next day. He was even kind enough to give us a shuttle to and from our hotel. I can't say enough for the crew at Payne. I just hope that I can find a shop in Houston that I can trust as much.

The people at this dealership are very kind, understanding, fast and effective, Mr. Bob over at service and parts is very considerate in maintaining contact with his costumers and keeping them informed about vehicle situation and progress I am very happy with all their service.
