Awful customer service at night time. I should have listed the name of those employees. They were lazy and absolutely unhelpful.One of the tire that I got installed here got bubbling up without hitting curbs etc but they said I hit it something (were you even seeing me hitting something?) I was the driver and know my car and I didn t hit anything yet they insisted that I hit something. It was so annoying.If that wasn t the issue with installation, I can say that it was manufacture defect but still they didn t take it nor refund me although I m still in eligible period for returning or replacing.Seriously, those workers over here are joke. I don t recommend this place anymore or at least don t come for night time workers. They are lazy.

I wouldn t recommend this auto care to anyone. I bought 2 tires on Walmarts online page, and they arrived to this location 26824 Farm to Market 1093, Richmond, TX 77406. I went Monday the 15th for the installation of both tires. The day after, one of the tires they installed was flat, (as you can see in the picture below), I had to get my spare tire on because I couldn t drive with the tire like that. I went to the auto care the 17th for a solution to this problem, and after explaining the service manager my problem, that the tire was installed 2 days before, and clearly it was because of a bad installation or a issue with the tire (they should also make sure the tire is in good condition to install). After almost 2 hours and speaking with another manager, they managed to send the tire back to give me my refund. Now I have to wait another week to get my tire because I can only get it online. This was my first and definitely last time going to this auto care.

Told me I couldn't get the nut off the wheel and that I needed to go back to discount tire to get them to help me get it off. the staff at discount tire laughed and it was done in 1 minute to take off with no Charge. Not recommended, very bad experience waste of time. The cost to install four tires was $100 and because nut couldn't take them off it became $112? Isn't this walmart your problem?

MICHAEL, Delisha, Andrew & Landyn, and the whole auto care team worked so fast, and were so helpful and knowledgeable when it came to fixing my tire. I m so grateful I chose to come here. They made sure I was going to be safe on the road and told me some places I can go to for further repairs. I m so grateful for their help today!!!

Purchased two tires and all 4 tires TPMS replaced for less than half price compared to Discount Tire. Excellent work!

Worst car care place to bring your car. Bought four tires online, ten days later they didn't show up. Canceled order, ordered different ones. Came in to install and they installed wrong tires! Ok, settle price difference took different tires. Drove off only to have "check tire pressure" light go on immediately. I could clearly see that one stem was new rubber as opposed to factory pressure monitor. Took in car next day, and got an eye roll and they told me they got no sensor, no people and I should come over another day. Never take your car to Walmart!!!!

URGENT!! Watch out!! Got an oil change here on my Ford F-150. A week later it started leaking bad all over my driveway. Returned and was told they would take care of it. Given the run around and offered $20gift card in the end?? Spent $160 to get this fixed and done right at a mechanic, plus time, and clean up.. DONT GO HERE. The employees are uncertified and do not know what they re doing. Save yourself the $$ and heart ache.

Horrible customer service!! Do not go here. They hired people that clearly are lazy and don't want to work. You close at 7pm how are you going to deny customers at 6:30 being a Walmart employee? Refuse to give a name or speak to a manager. Stay away

I always buy food at Walmart, but this time I had my first purchase at auto care and it was the worst experience, my tires arrived according to customer service and they were not delivered the day they arrived, I missed the appointment to install them and when I picked them up at The next day I made the appointment for the installation and they did not want to do the installation for me, I had to go to another site without being able to install them at Walmart, wasting my time. They always repeated, "I don't care." I think that one is paying for quality service and I am amazed that Walmart is not complying with it.

This was about an order I placed for a tire I needed. I made the appointment for an installation of 1 tire online. After my tire appointment was cancelled an hour before the tire appointment, I went online and chatted with someone about when the tire would come in. They said it would come in in less than 2 days. 2 days went by and I called this time and was told that the store had it and would let me know when it was done being checked in, but I could go in by Friday. I went to the store Friday and was told it wasn't in yet. I cancelled the order and bought the same tire from Discount Tire. That tire was in in and on my car in under 2 days. Walmart was a waste of my time

Very helpful and knowledgeable. They were not able to install tires on my 20 inch rims so I had to go else where and purchase tires with ostallation. Other then that Walmart is great and still my #1 shopping store.

My day didn t start off great- error with my car battery. I purchased my battery in October (from Walmart) & started experiencing problems these last few days-wouldn t start. One day I jumped my car & noticed the battery was moving around excessively in the compartment & the connecter was really loose. Fortunately, I went to this Richmond, TX location & explained all to Mr Cedric. After he greeted me, he immediately diagnosed & addressed the battery issue. Unfortunately, the previous location didn t connect the battery hold down properly which caused all the shake & loosened the connecter- no charge. Although, Mr Cedric wasn t the original tech (who messed it up) he made sure I was good & back on the road in a matter of minutes!!! THANK YOU Mr Cedric for fixing my battery hold down & tightening my connecter- your service is to be commended!!!

Bought a couple of tires & while the ordering online part was a bit disjointed, once my tires arrived they went on quick. Manager & mechanics are friendly & respectful to customers.

We ordered some tires online and had them delivered to this store. Got an email our order was in. Online it said we could make an appointment to have the tires put on at our convenience. Called the store auto center and was told no, this is not true. Said we had to come in and wait first come, first served situation. Got there early around 9:30 am. There was no one at the counter. Waited over 10 minutes for someone to show up. Several Walmart employees walked by but never acknowledged us. Finally someone came but couldn t answer our questions and had to get another employee. We were told it could be up to two hours. We walked and walked the store as their seating was so hard and uncomfortable for us older folks. Got near lunch time so went and ate at SUBWAY inside the store which was good. Finally we went and asked how much longer and they said, oh it s ready now. Don t know how long had been ready and were not notified by text until standing at counter.BUT, beware, they overinflated our tires by 15 pounds!!! After a couple of days driving we checked them out and saw this error. Made the correct tire pressure amount. We got Falkon Tires and so far like them.

After picking up the car, I noticed several paint chips and mud on several sides of the vehicle as well as dirt on all 4 wheels. It seems like the took the vehicle off-roadies while it was at the center. To add, the front spoiler that I added was broken and had scratches all over.

The rude customer service,Cristina was asking everyone else comes front of me and after 30 minutes waiting she said I can t help you for this refund which I purchased it 5 days before and had received with me, I asked who can help she said I don t know,if you don t take the customer service badge off.worst experience

Friendly service no issues they went beyond to get my wipers they added something to make them work correctly , satisfied me and will continue to come to walmart for my oil change n services they provide
