While you never want to have to visit a body shop, Tesla Collision made our experience better than I could have ever expected. Jacob, the supervisor, was incredibly fast to respond to my emails, Kiana and Jess were great on the phones, and Nate was the best service provider I have ever had! He was communicative via the app, email, and phone, and he was thorough in his explanations. He finished with the car in two weeks and it is beautiful once more!!! We are grateful and could not be happier with the service we received.

Nice place that close to home. The lunar new year event is great, especially those two cyber trucks were great exhibition!

Had repair work done at this Tesla collision center and the experience was great. Very communicative and through! The staff was great and my kids even got a little treat as well. Would highly recommend this location.

I was wary of coming here because of the negative reviews, but I'm glad I came anyway.I didn't have an appointment and just showed up. The staff was very friendly when I arrived. The service manager in the back approved the warranty work and they got started right away. While I waited they offered a test drive of an S or an X, so I obliged. It was really nice to get to try the other vehicles. The repair work was completed on time and without anything surprising. I had an excellent experience.

Had reservations about having my brand new car dropped off after a bad firmware update took the computer offline. Darrius and the service team were excellent, made sure I was immediately in a loaner, and even had my car ready same day. Appreciate the help and service team helped retain me as a new customer.

Made an appointment for 10:30am just to pickup bracket for front-side license plate and to attach. Did not leave until 1:00pm. I think they forgot about my car, until I walked into service center to speak to someone in person. Service people are very nice, but I am so frustrated with the wait and process. They first quoted me $0 (that was the estimate I approved on the app) then said it was $54 something. Too much back and forth. It would ve been nice to know the price before I waited 2+ hours for nothing.

I read so many negative reviews on here that I thought about cancelling. But I had issues with another shop so stuck with it and I m glad I did. My service advisor, Cody, was friendly and genuinely cared about making sure I had the best experience. They were able to get me in and out quickly, and when I retuned the same afternoon for a follow-up issue, he was able to squeeze me in. I will absolutely return here. The shop looked clean, the waiting area was stocked with snacks and refreshments, and the advisors were good to work with.

I cannot begin to describe. I thought it was just me, maybe they were all having a bad day in that shop, and that is why they were being so RUDE. Zero customer service, no people s skills. But reading the other reviews here, and after having to call back again today for another service, I d rather drive 35 miles to the Tesla service center with better reviews and 4 1/2 stars For that first (and last) time I went there, I was very specific about what the car needed to have done. On the day of the service, I asked if they could please check my charging cable that had been overheating. I was told that I needed to schedule another appointment for that... it must be very difficult task to check the charging cable, what do I know Well, they ended up not doing one of the things for which my appointment had been scheduled. Some supervisor actually called me after I left a very dissatisfied feedback in the post service survey. He told me to bring the car back to do what they did not do the first time. What a joke. It was something simple I ended up doing it myself.Sadly, I had to schedule another appointment for a collision repair, because this I cannot do myself, so I thought I d give them a second chance. But the interactions about this appointment in less than 12 hours from having scheduled through the app have been so unpleasant: rude rude just rude.I am driving those 35 miles in hopes for better customer service experience.Services: Tires, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Brakes

The general manager here- Cassie Wilson- is a racist! She is a Karen! She needs to be fired. If you take a moment to read the negative reviews - you will see a pattern in the behavior and who is writing these reviews, minorities. We all seem to have similar experiences. I brought my brand new Tesla in (only 90 days old) to fix various issues. First, they refused to fix anything under warranty, when they finally proceeded to fix under warranty, they did such a terrible job. I took it back to show them what a poor job they did. She refused to fix their work, said it was within "Tesla specifications". I questioned her on how something that looked so bad could meet "Tesla specifications". Instead of offering to fix their mistakes, she told me to leave. The employees there follow her lead- they treat customers very poorly and try to charge you for things that should be covered under warranty. This is the worst Tesla service center. I took it to Westheimer and they fixed everything, without any push back.Until they change leadership at this place, service will not change. Stay away!

Mentioned some of their production defects which was promised by the manager to be fixed (interior trim had chip, exterior paint had patches and rear glass had paint all over it) and later denied as an out of pocket repair. Got the Model Y performance for 60k. Please ensure vehicle quality before selling them. I guess you guys just don t care!!

From reading the negative reviews, I was worried about getting serviced here. I needed some work done on my model Y, & I was impressed. I wanted to drop my car off the night before, so it can get serviced the next morning at 7am. They suggested I reschedule. I was annoyed. I decided to take a day off from work. Pulled up to the service center where the sign says & the windowed door slides up for me to pull in. The man that helped me went thru the issues the car had, told me he would give me a loaner, & I waited in the waiting room. Another employee comes out & asked me if I was interested in test driving a Model X. I said, "Yes!"When he parked the X, he said something was wrong with the X, so they let me demo an S instead. Amazing car! Now I'm dreaming about an S!Anyways, they loaned me a Model 3. My car was done by 10:30am. Dropped the loaner back, & picked up my vehicle while they had it Supercharged for me. Overall, I had an excellent service here! Thank you!

It took two tries to set up a service appointment and a body shop appointment at the same time to address delivery day issues. However, the service team addressed all concerns and did a great job repairing the paint crack. A loaner vehicle was provided and they detailed my vehicle before returning it.

They don't provide any transportation even though the wait time is 3 hours.Tesla should be ashamed of making cars with horrible build quality. These cars are way too expensive for what they are worth. There were gaps in the windows which made the drive way too noisy and the seat belt for the front passenger was rattling. These issues forced me to go to this dealership but they don't pay for the transportation. Even the worst dealerships pay for ride share services.

Richmond location has always disappointed me. Lazy workers, they would not even like to hear whats wrong with your Tesla. I live in Richmond but ended up driving to Westchase loaction to have the problem fixed. I have asked to speak to their manager or supervisor but nobody has ever accelerated the issue. Dissatisfaction and disappointment with the Richmond location. I hope someone reads this and takes some action before its too late.

zero customer service. I know it s a repair center but you need to be reasonable and have some customer service training. I walked in to ask questions to be cut short end and asked to leave by an African American employee with an egg shaped head. Terrible attitude and honestly I couldn t tell if he was special ed or not so I don t want to be rude. Wish there was a manager there to talk about this because I was flabbergasted by the way I was treated and never will go back to this place.

Horrible service. While some service advisors, like Josh and Ana, were great, others (including Lloyd or Wright) were rude and unhelpful. I brought my new Tesla Model X to the shop for repairs after delivery and encountered multiple issues. Unfortunately, the team failed to resolve all the problems during the first visit, necessitating a second visit.During the second visit, the local service team claimed that a third party, such as the tint shop or myself, had damaged the window seal. However, I find this claim dubious since they were the ones who first handled the seal and failed to detect any damage. It appears likely that they damaged the seal themselves and are now trying to pass the repair costs onto me.In an attempt to hold the tint shop accountable, I asked the service manager to provide a written note stating the possibility of the tint shop causing the damage. To my dismay, the service manager refused to do so and even threatened to send my bill to debt collectors.Overall, my experience with this service center has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. The lack of accountability and unprofessional behavior exhibited by some of the staff members is unacceptable. I hope to find a resolution to this matter promptly.

I should have listened to other reviewers.TLDR: avoid this Service Center at all costs. Go to Westchase / Woodlands. Terrible customer service.Long story:- Made an appointment to have the 2020 MY front suspension replaced. An agent called, I explained I installed a third party front suspension and now wanted to replace it. She put me on hold for a few minutes, checking with manager and told me to go directly to the Service Center to order the parts. Tesla don't touch 3rd party installation. The appointment was canceled along with $140 estimate cost- Showed up at Tesla Service Center Monday morning, explained the situation to a different agent. He laughed and said the previous agent was wrong. They now created another appointment to look at it. Estimate $420 to "look at". Completion estimate 1.5 days.- Next day near the completion time, received a Tesla message requesting to approve the cost of nearly $10K to install new suspension. Asked to call me and after detail discussion, I asked them to cancel as the cost is excessive and I have no budget for that. They charged $420 (for all 4 suspensions) even though I told them the original appointment was for the front only. Well I paid and touchlessly drove away.- Just 4 miles entering Hwy 99 at 60mph, heard some loud flapping noise so stopped and looked underneath. Appeared the undercarriage (big piece of plastic on the front) broke off. As I need to run an errand, I slowed down as much as I could and when I got home, text Tesla the photo.- They called, apologized for the situation and asked me to take the car in the next day for repair. They promised won't charge for the repair.- 1 hr later, they sent a text saying their tech didn't break the undercarriage and now sent me an invoice of $241 to fix it.- I have to drive out of town tomorrow to work so my wife will have to take it it but so far I'm out $420 and 2 days and probably a bit more until all gets resolved.- Well they called after saying not able to call me or leave a message. Final damage, hopefully around $280 to replace that.I learned my lesson well now. Not all Tesla Service is as good as others. The fact that Tesla said it wasn't their tech's fault and the undercarriage broke off 5 minutes after I drove away really presented a huge safety issue something that Tesla is after.

Not sure why this location has low reviews but when I went last week, I had a fantastic experience. Service is completely contactless and quick. Lounge is wonderful. I didn t want to leave lol.

Easily the worst service center I ve ever been to. I got linked up with a gentleman who struck a VERY striking resemblance to Peter Griffin. Everyone working there seems miserable just waiting out their shifts.1. Attitudes are awful2. They do what they can do charge you for services that should be covered under warranty3. If you argue enough they will cover it all. Just a matter of matching their rude and horrible energy.Save yourself the time and efforts and go to the Westheimer location.

Terrible service. My car ran into acurb using smart summon which this Tesla shop could see and yet said it s my fault and the driver is supposed to pay attention. They were not willing to help at all. It s insane to think that you buy a 140k model s plaid and spend 15k on fsd only to be told that you are liable for anything even know they are using my data to make there system better. Elon and the entire team at Tesla should be ashamed of how bad there system is and how the screw over their customers.

Unfortunately, I had to leave disappointed. We had made a test drive appointment and even confirmed it when we arrived. However, a large number of other customers were also left confused when the doors were all locked and no one answered the phones. A large car carrier delivery driver was also frustrated as he was trying to pickup/drop-off vehicles. Left with no options, we decided this wouldn't be a place worth trying to make such an important purchase decision at if this is what we can expect.

Wonderful service, timely, and fantastic people who know how to run a Tesla service center. My car ran over debris and caused a coolant leak, which was towed to this location. They diagnosed and waited patiently for my insurance to drag their feet for 7 days, then finished repairs in 2 days, ahead of schedule. Plus, it was lower than estimated cost. Because I do not live in Houston, they gracefully gave me an extra day to pick up my vehicle without an overnight storage fee. Awesome communication, pristine staff.Note: Tesla service centers do not work with insurance so you as a customer have to get a reimbursement from your insurance company. Lesson learned hereServices: Electrical repair, Tires, Auto glass repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair, Auto body & trim replacement, Auto maintenance

Unreasonable method of having customers accept cost of repairs. They require approval of worst case cost before they even look at the issue. Even if it should be a covered cost, they won t even look at it unless you approve the cost prior to the tech looking at it. And you won t get a chance to reject the service after finding out what the actual cost will be.Overall, not the employees fault. They apparently are following rules that are created for their efficiency with little regard to delivering customer service quality and common sense

Terrible service. 1/10. They don t know what they are doing. I have came in multiple times for same issue and they kept changing the appointment time. They need to learn from BMW and other automakers.

Had an appointment at 12 noon, drop off my model Y. Was in the waiting room from 12 to 6pm, around 3pm I requested a loaner car to go get lunch but an employee said they didn t have any at the time. Asked how long they still had with my car, he noted he will check and get back to me. Continue to wait why asking anyone I could reach but no answers. At 6pm Ana asked me my name, left for a few minutes, came back and said they haven t started services on my car because they we re waiting approval from me . Note service won t be completed but because of my long wait she can offer a loaner car. Loaner car was dirty, smelling cigarettes, less than 20% charged. Had to wait another 1 hr for the car to charge before leaving . Have to pay service close to $2000 for cracked windshield and faulty tire pressure. Horrible service, absolutely not happy.Service: Auto maintenance

Worst service ever. Most tesla service center have bad service but this new has hit an all time low. After having the vehicle towed bc the 12v battery went dead, it sat at the service dept parking lot for a couple of days. After multiple messages stating pickup was 8/2 at 5pm, we randomly get a message stating our tech was able to diag your issue and replace the battery now, vehicle is ready for pickup. No kidding, we already knew the 12v battery was dead bc that s what the roadside assistance team said.We go to pick it up last night bc it s contactless pickup , well guess what, they forgot to leave the key inside the vehicle. Now I have to drive back over there again today to pickup the key bc they won t drop it off at my house.
