I was involved in a hit and run and wanted to pay for the damages out of pocket to avoid the hassle with my insurance company. I was quoted 4300 for the damages in the image and Nate refused to allow me to review the estimate. I was also told by another associate that they re not allowed to share the estimate details. Sounds like questionable ethics and business practices to me. I d love to give them 0 stars because I am truly disappointed in the blatant disregard for customer loyalty and integrity with this collision center.

5 Star all around, from making an appointment on the app, sending service center driving directions to the car, dropping off the vehicle, everything is 5 star. We currently own 3 tesla, buying the 4th soon. BTW, there is no smelly oil, no black greasy floor, and no nasty mechanics in Tesla Service center.

Just had my car repaired there. Special thanks to Jess Ci, who was very kind and quick to arrange for my car to be assessed and moved on with the insurance paperwork. Antonio was also great, very friendly and keeping me aware of the services along the way. It took a while for availability to take my car in for repair (something for Tesla to address), but once there, work was done relatively fast.

Antonio was so great to work with! Super responsive and transparent. He got my car my back to me within 2 days. He also stayed on top of the adjuster and made sure I was able to pickup my car as soon as it was ready. This was the best experience I ve ever had with a collision center.

First experience ever with Tesla Services and Collision and I am very pleased. They got my car repaired faster than expected and she's like brand new! The response team is very fast, they were very communicative, and overall, I very much enjoyed my experience with them in a very upsetting time dealing with an accident to your baby. Shout out to Antonio! Super dope dude, very communicative and approachable with questions. All my concerns and questions were answered and I would 100% return here if needed (lets hope not).

Antonio was great. Got me my car back in less than 1/4 of the time that was quoted. I realized additional issues and the service team are on top of getting a fix. Highly recommend.

Truly the best experience. My Tesla was rear ended, the other drivers insurance was not paying the full repair, but Nate went above and beyond, back and forth several times until we got the other drivers insurance to pay the completion. Thanks Nate & Tesla team.

My experience at the Richmond Tesla Collision Center was exceptional. My service advisor, Nathan, was very knowledgeable and assisted me throughout the entire process.

Tesla service sucks in general but Richmond is on another level. Scratches, missing parts, sloppy inspection.Whoever serviced my car I hope you're the 10% and got fired.

They were nice but the mechanic wanted to charge me double what the repair should cost. Walked next door and got the same repair for half the cost at the service center. So make sure you check. Also the ladies at the front desk were very helpful!

I had a wonderful experience at the Richmond collision center , Jessci went above and beyond to help me get my rental turned in at Hertz across the street and get my vehicle at the collision center .

Dear god do not leave your car to get repaired at this location its a complete mess. Highly recommend going to a another Tesla location.
