If there is a ZERO STAR, that is what their service center dept deserves! We wasted 4 hrs of our day today for incorrect and misleading information that was given to us by random pre assigned service advisor assigned to us. He told us he will send request for loaner vehicle, I tried to ff up 2x he said still waiting approval. 3 hrs passed I went to look for him at his desk he is not on his desk. I approach one Of the Assistant manager at the back to ask for assistance to look into the case, he said TOYOTA does not provide loaner cars , they don t have that. Instead, they offer car rental if appropriate and needed. We have trim issues on our TUNDRA 2024 that was just purchased Dec 21, 2023. Waiting for feedback from GLOBAL TOYOTA office . He said that the parts are on Backorder and no ETA for now. Service advisor wants us to comeback again to drop the truck so they can restart the documentation and request the part. No efficiency and proactive way of approach. Of course I declined that suggestion and ask for a better way of handling it. He said thats how it is! I then asked for MANAGER, he said manager on break. I insisted and need to speak to someone even if assistant manager. He then sent me Service Manager KENNETH who was seating behind his desk all through out. When I started to tell him what Service Advisor KAMRAN told me he could not save him bec what KAMRAN said was all INCORRECT. The part is not on Backorder because it s not a part it is the interior trim, ceiling cover. He said no need to say Backorder bec it s not. And he confirmed that there is NO LOANER VEHICLES. False info, misleading claim, inefficient system and poor customer service. For a very expensive brand new truck this sucks!Following to these comments, we went back to the dealership and asked our sales person if he could try to help us out with this problem. He did his best but long story short nothing has been resolve and more problems pop up that wasn t present before. This time it is worst. Totally disappointed and disgusted with this purchased. Total waste of time and put a lot of stress.

The staff are really honest and helpful. They give you honest prices and I've never had a bad service person once (despite my old car's increasing maitenence costs) The waiting room has a fish tank and a TV with free wifi and a coffee station in the back. Also, they offer a free bus service within a pretty decent mile radius.

Service is great. Stephen had me out in under the quoted time even when I added an inspection last minute on top of my scheduled maintenance/check. The best part is he/they didn't try to sell me anything or push any extra service on me. I got what I wanted and was in and out. That's rare these days.

I am completely dissatisfied with this place "Toyota Fort Bend" and don't recommend it.invoice #: 1018454customer #: 1803507date�of service: Oct/27/20231. I brought my car to change oil, filters, and do a tire rotation. When I took back a car, the air conditioner worked with noise and was loud. I asked to fix it, and they declined.So, I received a car with an issue with the air conditioner that I didn't have when I gave them my car. I don't know what they did to my car. The advisor became rude when I showed that they screwed up my car and even didn't apologize.2. I particularly don t like and don t recommend Toyota's advisor Collin Lutz . I go here a lot for maintenance on my camry. Service sometimes is HIT and MISS. I guess it depends on your service advisor. But what gets me is my last visit. i was checking out some trucks asking questions and getting looked at like i was wasting the salesperson's time.

Was there for regulation service twice.Pros:Can book appointments online and easilyHonor the time of appointmentSome offer or coupon will be availableGood facility and locationCons:Some advisors behave differently based on race and gender.Don't feel that sense of someone caring about you or your carEven if you're waiting, the service advisor will send a text that car is ready won't come and talk to you about what's done/ needed or recommended

After a few days of driving my newly purchased preowned car home I was having issues with my Head lights, not being about to see at nite and operate my vehicle safely.I talked to the Service manager, he took my concern serious, and scheduled me for service and took care of my headlights immediately at no cost to me. The service was fast and easy.This dealership cares about its customers and the safety/ quality of the cars they sale! The lights work great now! 5 Stars

I only went here because I thought my problem was covered by the warranty. They said I had corroded battery cable ends. First quote was over $6,000! Then they said there was a work around that would be about $800. That sounded fishy since I know my cable ends are intact and at most would need a cleaning, so I towed the car to my normal mechanic. He found only a loose cable and fixed it for free. This service department is criminal! NEVER COME HERE FOR SERVICE!Service: General repairs & maintenance

They will waist your time and energy as they approved me, then sold the vehicle as I was in route to pick it up. Don't waist your day there.Go to Kayalar Motors for your vehicle!

I went to do my very first service this past Monday morning due to the tire pressure warning. Mr. Montalvo was very professional, helpful and kept me informative on each step to ease my anxious and got my vehicle back after lunch and was able to continue my day without rescheduling. Thank you so very much, you re really an angel to me.

In and out w an oil change in 30 minutes. Made appt online, Joseph G was my assigned advisor. Very nice. I mentioned my coupon I found on their site and he applied it towards my bill. Afterwards, he told me the tech suggested a couple procedures to be done. I declined but will keep it in mind after I do my own research. Never did I feel pressured which I really appreciate. Thanks and I ll be back next time.

Folks please be careful. This dealer is asking insane markups in middle of recessionary times. You expect a fair price but this dealer is adding all sort of fake markups like market adjustment fee, nitrogen fee. Jeez why did I even wasteq my time here...

We drove into the parking lot and met by an employee who directed us to the Service line. We were met and checked in for service immediately. We were concerned that the Service Tires Light had been showing. They took the information and asked that we wait inside. In less than 30 minutes we were on our way. They had double checked pressure, fluids, lights, etc. We were happy with the fast service.Thank you Steve Robles.

i have been bringing my car here for a little over a year since we moved back to the area, and have always had the most incredible service that is fast, with honest prices, and the best quality customer service. I always request Kelsey Le as my service technician. she takes time to analyze the issue with my car, and give me real and honest feedback. will continue to request her at every service appointment because of her great customer service!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I recently had new brakes installed at another Toyota dealership, along with new engine and cabin air filters. I came in for oil service and tire rotation, and they still asked me to approve the above mentioned services, again! Unfortunately I will need to find a service department that doesn t automatically want to perform unnecessary work.

Was greeted by a tall old man with hair coming out of his ears and nose, rude, uninterested in helping and no knowledge when question were asked. Mark ups are insane. Avoid.

I came in for a routine maintenance, and they recommended to also get my filters changed. I declined these services because I had just changed them about 2 weeks prior. I did not tell them this information and just declined them. Later, after I received my car assessment, I saw that they noted that the filters were "excessively dirty" despite them being almost brand new. This shows that they are being intentionally deceptive to make customers get their filters changed when it's unnecessary. 2 stars since they were able to complete the service quickly but they really fit the stereotype of dealerships scamming and ripping people off.

Cars on the lot are unavailable for purchase. I guess they just want to make it look like theres inventory. **In response to the owner, the vehicle was not sold. There was no way of selling it until it passed everything and it could only be test driven in the parking lot. I was given the option to hold the vehicle for purchase by putting money down and I would be contacted once the vehicle was ready for sale if it would even pass everything. There are many vehicles like this in the lot. As a customer thats ready to walk out with a purchase that same day this is not a proper way to do business and mislead. Drove 50 miles to view several vehicles under this same situation and was told they were available when I called. I should have been told that they are only available to look at and drive in the parking lot from the start.

We took our Prius in for a diagnostic after the hybrid light came on. They said it would cost $360 for them to run the diagnostic only to be constantly put off with "it's an electrical issue". We explained from the beginning that we are a single vehicle family with medical needs that cannot go without a car for very long. The service department also does not have loaner cars. After 6 days of having to call for daily updates after the service person didn't call at the agreed upon time, they say we need to pay an additional $1500 for them to keep looking for the issue. We asked for them to send their courtesy shuttle (they're still charging us the $360) because we cannot go any longer without our car right now. They said no one could come get us, and they waited until 20 minutes before closing to tell us this, which means we couldn't make other arrangements. Evidently their managers leave at 5, which is presumably why the service "manager" refused to let us speak to a manager today. They've promised to send the shuttle tomorrow but will not give us a time. This is not the first bad experience we've had with this service department or with this dealership, but we will pay for the tow to the further dealership next time we need repairs. I definitely do not recommend doing business with Sterling McCall Toyota (Don McGill is more reliable and doesn't lie and string you along, in my experience).Service: Electrical

Second time using this dealership for servicing our Toyota's. Saturday no appointment for first service on my wife's car. They needed about 1.5hrs to complete the service and one recall notice. We used their courtesy service for a ride to my in-laws and the service writer called very close to the promised time. Fairly easy process.Service: TiresService: Tires

Kevin got me my parts and they were not only specially for my car, they work perfectly. I ordered wrong and Kevin was super nice to correct the order. These experiences makes going back for oil changes or parts enjoyable. They even have an area for complimentary soft drinks and coffee. We love our toyota cars and SUV.

I paid a $180 to replace a battery with 6 years of warranty. After after 2 years and 2 months, the battery was completely dead. I have never had that problem with any of my batteries that I've bought from autozone or Walmart. I called Sterling McCall Service and they told me that they would replace it for free so I drove about an hour and got there. When I got there, they told me that my warranty is now pro rated, and that they would charge me a $120 to replace my battery. I spoke to the manager, will, and he was the rudest person I have ever met. 0 professionalism, 0 customer service. Another reason why you should never trust this dealer to do any of your work. They just take your money, and they give you 0 service in return.
