Customer service was awesome from the beginning. The manager Jerry Shapley explained every step of the process to me and made sure I was kept up to date on the entire process from start to finish. I will definitely recommend Sterling McCall Fort Bend to anyone who needs their services.

Today I pickup my repaired Kia Sedona 2018, and I am very impressed with the outcomes. Vehicle looks like new and I am happy with their customer services. Shane is great - he provided me with everything and explained the whole process.

Whoever they got answering phones and greeting potential customers are lazy, lying, time wasters.All I wanted was a simple, straightforward, out of pocket estimate for some damage to my truck. I set up an online appointment requesting an estimate. I get a call back the same day asking what I needed. I explain that I need an out of pocket estimate and the woman tells me I don t need an appointment, I just need to come in anytime during Monday through Friday. Okay? Well my appointment was on a Saturday, so could I just come then. Sure. I make my way to their location, waste gas, and get stuck in Christmas season traffic both on the way, and back, just for the lady at the desk on Saturday to tell me they don t do estimates without insurance. She gave me all of the instructions, step by step, on who and what to call for insurance claims. But no estimate for out of pocket repairs, of course.They know the game, get the insurance estimate, do the job for a lower cost, pocket the rest. But so do I, and to not even want to do an out of pocket estimate for a customer is disgraceful. Therefore, I know this place can t be trusted.I couldn t tell you anything about their work, because I never got the chance to try them out.

Incredible experience! Matt and everyone else went above and beyond. The entire process was painless and easy. The level of communication is unmatched. From start to finish, we were kept informed. They even finished before their estimated completion time. I knew i could trust Toyota to handle this in a professional manner. Terrible experience.Took 6months to get my vehicle back.Lack of communication from Sterling.I literally had to keep calling for updates. Multiple delays which were rarely communicated with me until I had to reach out.If a date is given and that date will not be met, why not give the customer a call to inform the customer. Nope. At times they would send an automated text to inform that the date is being pushed back but I d say that was less than half the time. Majority of the time there would literally be no communication.After 6 months and my vehicle is now ready upon arrival I notice my parking sensors were missing. What s crazy is the back of the vehicle was not even damaged in the accident so how and why are my sensors missing.Open the door and part of the car floor is missing, someone didn t put it back together. Oo and my tire pressure sensors no longer read. But my car is ready . Just terrible!

I brought my car here after an accident. I worked with Yancy and she kept me informed on every every update. I did not have to do anything else, they worked directly with the insurance to get the cost covered. My car looked like new after they worked on it for the month of December.

These guys are in so much of a rush that it negatively affects the quality of their work. When I initially went to pick up my vehicle they had failed to tint the glass that was replaced, there were hundreds of glass shards remaining in the interior, 4 dents/dings on the exterior were still present, door edge guards were installed on one side of the vehicle only, and there was over spray on my taillights and wheels. To their credit, they mostly (not completely) remedied these issues when I brought them to their attention. There are lots of weird forces at play between body shops and insurance companies and it is on you to stay vigilant and ensure your vehicle gets repaired satisfactorily. Bottom line: If you do not have an eye for inspecting vehicles make sure you bring a friend that does before you take receipt of your vehicle. PS - Don't forget to pursue diminished value and/or loss of use funds with the insurance company; don't leave money you might be owed on the table.Update: I am still finding things that were done poorly a week later. Broken clips in the engine bay, random plastic piece in the glove box along with a piece of paper that says "Scott" on it, engine bay and gas cap area is caked in dirt/dust that was not there when the vehicle was dropped off, and the fuel economy for the current tank of gas was horrible when I picked it up which is indicative of extended idling and/or hard driving--neither of which are acceptable. I am glad the repairs I had done here were mostly on the insurance company's dime. If someone is paying out of pocket, I cannot advise them to go here in good faith. This makes it look like 'Toyota Certified' appears to mean installing Toyota branded parts and not much else. Seriously, slow down and take more pride in your work.

Really good customer service. I had to get my Lexus repaired at this locationMy agent was Yancy Mejia, she was very prompt and kept me updated on the work being done.Once all repairs were done they informed me.I will highly recommend this location for any of your body work

so we go there after having bought 3 cars no one seems to care we were repeat customers didn t have the exact model we wanted mind you a $60k car so they said they would try to get at another dealer and call us - still waiting for the call

I would advise any one not to take their car here at Sterling McCall collision!! They kept the car for 30 days and the car still isn t fixed properly.

I got into an accident and had to leave my car at the nearest collision center. I was so lucky to have been able to leave my car here. They were very informative and helpful. The receptionist Isabela was super kind and made me feel safe during a very stressful time. Tony was very prompt and kind as well. The team went above and beyond. Highly recommend this place!!!
