I was an out of state buyer and i would strongly advise anyone to stay away from this place. They seem nice on the phone but once i got my car it had a multitude of issues. buyers beware. Im gonna have to rebuild the transmission fyi.

Got scammed, odometer read much lower than what it actually was. Was on previous owners title transfer which I found out later, on the area I signed it was not marked. Spent thousands in repairs after and eventually junked it. Buyer beware.

I bought a car from this dealership.Have to say, the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car.The sales reps were EXTREMELY nice and patient with me, and answered all of my questions.The car? Magnificent. I am actually writing this review from the car I bought :). It rides smooth, no mechanical issues. They were very transparent and told me everything about the car before I bought it. It is clean, and was kept in great condition.I recommend this service to any Texan wanting to buy a used car!

I bought a 2011 Mercedes C class from Quality Motorcars and have to say that I am quite impressed with the deal and service that I got. I got a great car without any problems for far less than what I expected to pay and the paperwork was completely painless. I spent maybe 2 hours total from the time I walked in to the time I walked out with keys in hand. It was a refreshing surprise compared to the last time I bought a car. I will definitely be coming back next time I need another car.

My experience at Quality Motorcars Richmond, TX was excellent. I am the type to be suspicious of sales people of any kind, but Jason was very friendly, helpful, and honest! He worked with me on my trade and gave me a great deal on my "new" truck. We were still finishing up after closing hours and I did not feel rushed at all!! I'm so happy with my purchase! Thanks!

**UPDATE** **BUYER BEWARE** we thought it was a great place to get a used vehicle but I higly suggest to keep your money away from these scam people and go to a dealership where they dont lie, or scam you out of thousands. After a year or so of owning it it was so hard to call them to pay your bills and they would never answer. When we went to trade the vehicle they didn't answer for hours and almost refused to give the dealership the payoff amount or any information and kept hanging up. They say they report to the credit bureau but they don't. Please just stay away from them.

I bought a car from here not too long ago and it was in mint condition, everything went well. The dudes are really friendly and will cater for all your needs which is superb, and I will definitely return in the future if I need another vehicle. I thoroughly recommend visiting this place if you're looking for a used car in mint condition!5 stars from me!

Not really understanding all the hate in these reviews.I've done business here on 2 occasions and both were great for me. The last time I went to buy my car the guy I spoke to was nothing but polite. The car is still working and I know dealerships have a bad name for the lying salespeople but I took a chance and he wasn't lying, car is performing how I was told it would and have had no problems so far. Would recommend to anyone!

Moses, Nina, the receptionist and mechanic were all great. The truck was just like shown online, and they did everything to make the deal happen. The price was right, and the truck was great. We were very comfortable with the whole experience, and my daughter is happy with her 'new' used truck. Highly recommend Quality Motors and the great staff. Thanks!

Awesome Experience in my car buying. Very nice staff. Nolvia is a jewel. She was very tentative to my every need. The smile, the awesome greetings means alot. I will purchase another car soon from this dealership.I like that there is a nice variety of cars. I'm a BMW lover, so when I initially came to the dealership and saw so many BMW's - I was sold. Thanks for making my car buying easy.Yes, it was easy - no red tape. No third degree.See you guys again soon! :-)

This is an amazing place to buy used cars. They were honest and fair. We have had issue after issue with the title transfer (NO FAULT at all by Quality Motocars) and they have bent over backwards to help us. Mr. Bennis and Moses have been more than accommodating to us. I would recommend them if you are looking to purchase a good used car.

I purchased a car from Quality Motorcars less than 10 days later the car is stalling at every stop. I was advised there were no problems with the vehicle when I purchased it. When I called for assistance I was told we sold you the car as is. When I said I expect the vehicle to be repaired or my money returned otherwise I will contact an attorney I was rudely told go ahead and contact an attorney and hung up on. Quite the opposite of the trust, integrity, and respect they claim to be founded on.

Dishonest guy. Sold me a VW Jetta 2006 in perfect condition back in 2014 and immediately started having serious issues with it. The car cost me 7000 $ and reparations on it ended up being more expensive than the car itself. I ended up exchanging it for a guaranteed second hand car directly form VW and they took the car for parts!!! It wasn t even worth fixing to them.

Great cars are being sold here! Purchased a Toyota from Quality Motorcars in late 2014, and the car is still running fine today. Previously, I purchased a car from a dealership, but a month later the engine died and I owed over a thousand dollars for a replacement, here this is not the case!

Bought a car in early 2010, I got to test drive it as well as being informed with issues that I might possible arrive at in the future, which was really minor. Its half way through 2016 now, and I have got to say, the car is still going strong! I really do recommend this service, they have customer support and communication

Company deserves 0 .Sold me a 05 Prius for 4k that started giving me problems within not even a week of having it . The battery died replaced the battery for $200 after I already spent all of my money purchasing the car to have the battery go out again. It seems like there some type of electrical issue. Please be careful purchasing from this company.

We bought a 2005 Volvo XC90 from Quality Motorcars just 4 days ago. The owner was friendly and our experience there was good. Now onto the problems when we brought the car home....first the drivers side mirror does not work, in fact it was being held up by a piece of tape that was hidden, next as we were wiping down the seats the leather started peeling off, come to find out someone had a cheap spray job done recently to hide the fact that the seats were in bad shape, next the engine light came on, now we need to find out what is causing that. Obviously the engine light has come on before and it has just been reset to hide it from customers. I am very angry that when a customer comes to buy a car they get scammed, not sure why someone who owns a business would do that, it only hurts their business. So now we had to pay for a new mirror, have the seats redone which costs $300, and then fix the engine light problem. I hope future customers don't get scammed!!!

Very great service i received from Quality Motorcars. I purchased a Nissan Altlma 06 with 56,000 miles and runs like it was just brought from the dealership. Has very cold A/c and when purchased it had a clean title with was a plus for the price i paid for the vehicle . A++++ service

This place does not even provide a Carfax. If you want the vehicle history you have to pay for it yourself. Was told the car was fully serviced with a fresh oil change. After taking it to my mechanic we found out that it was not. Oil was low and dirty and needed a new oil change. Check engine light came on one day after we purchased the vehicle. My mechanic told me he suspected they had reset the check engine light! Would not recommend these guys at all! Lawsuit pending.

My experience with Quality Motorcars has been very bad.I had bought a car from this dealer in the month of May2014.The day i got the car home i found that there is problem with the rear door glass.Even after that i am facing lot of other issues in the car. Once i made the payment of the car was made to the dealer, he was no longer entertaining any of my questions.I would not recommend any buyer to buy a car from this dealer.

STAY AWAY!!!!! I read the reviews before I purchased a vehicle here. I thought "maybe I'll get lucky and won't have problems." Boy was I wrong, a week after leaving with my car it would not start at at all. When I called to tell them about it Moses acted like he didn't hear anything I was saying at all, and kept asking would my payment be on time. So after getting the first problem fixed, guess what happens two weeks later? The car starts shaking anytime I drive. So I get that problem fixed as well. You think I'm done? Oh no, tighten your seatbelt(that would come undone) because there's more. You'd think what else can go wrong right? Well my A/C went out next of course. Thanks to my neighbor for fixing it free of cost. Nothing else can happen right? WRONG!!!!!!!! Next problem, my electric truck will not close. I get that fixed, all good right? Nope, stops working again 2 months later. At this point Im just losing an abundance of money on this car. And finally, the engine start shaking and making a clicking noise when I start the vehicle. This is where I'm done. So I go to buy a new vehicle and get the one from quality appraised. Guess what the value is? $200..... $2-0-0!!!!! On a car that I was playing $400/month on. The dealership informed me of all sorts of painting and past damage that had happened to the car. As well as many other issues with the engine. So I'm done at this point. I was able to buy a great new car from a real and legit dealership. Guess what my car came with? A 3yr/32,000 mile warranty, along with a 5yr/100,000 extended. The day after getting my new car I decided to cut ties with the junk from "quality" so me and my wife take the trip to return the car. I left the broken window down, and was nice enough to let them keep the bungee cord that was holding the trunk down. We pull into the lot, I park the car, and get in my new car with my wife(who executed a perfect turn) I left a note in the car saying I no longer wanted it. Along with my empty sonic cup. There's a reason these cars are sold "as is" and that reason is they know they're not "quality" and once you drive off, YOU'RE FU#*ED!!!!! Speed past them.P.S. They didn't tell me that my gas meter was broke, and stayed on "full" no matter what. So I ran out of gas 3 times. And once while driving on 45. That's quality right there.P.S.S. So I checked their website, and guess what? The car that I had is back on the lot being sold again.DO NOT BUT THE CAR WITH THE VIN 1G6KD54Y3XU762271

Bought a car that had an oil leak & over heated problem that wasn't showing at the time of purchase. I gave hime 5000 down for my payments to go down but he still sticks me with a 4000 finance charege and at the end of almost paying it off the car brakes down on me. After all this he took the car back. I was better off going to a dealership.

Very shady liars & crooks!!!! As I traded in my old car, the salesman talked trash about my car. (Yes, it needed work but mostly cosmetic.) However, my sister informed him that she would buy my old car from them later that week. Needless to say, he lied to her & told her that the car was sent to auction to be sold for parts. Then come to find out, the car never left the lot except to be repaired so they could resale it for a higher price. Horrible customer service!! I will NEVER return to purchase or trade in my vehicle & I wouldn't recommend anyone doing business with them either.

These people have been absolutely amazing! On my 2nd car. My lil sister bought one too. None has seen the shop yet (hers did but she hit someone). BMW runs perfect, had it two years. Chevy suburban had 250,000 miles on it and I m at 300,000 now and replaced nothing but tires on both. They don t buy bad cars to put out on there lot. If they don t have what u want now....WAIT! They move cars very fast. Mechanic can fix anything. Test drive it and if anything doesn t seem right, tell them. They ll make sure nothings wrong. And clarify any concerns. It s a used lot.... I imagine they grabbed a bad apple once.... but you ain t got a shot of finder straighter car dealer that s for damn sure. NO ONE HARRASSES YOU WHEN YOU SHOW UP!!! Very rare!Moses and his buddy are 100.Just amazing people at this lot!Use this review....YOU BUY ARE CAR AT ANY OTHER USED LOT in this area... you lost your mind!God bless!PS... first of all don t try to be late but these people wouldn t repo my $h!T if u paid them. Trust me.My dad has been in ICU the 2 months and they dealt with me.... I was ready to give them the car bc I understand business. Don t duck there calls. They just wana speak to u. If u work, I get it.Lil sis wrecked her stuff* and they let her roll back the payments a month when she sent proof of it gettin fixed.Test drive, and if u know nothing about a car... bring someone who does and have them ask Moses mexhanic,,They ll address it.ILL BUY MY THIRD CAR HERE

I've bought an Audi A6 2010.It's the most awesome car I've ever bought and the car was high quality. I used to buy a BMW few years ago from another Store, and I had to change oil and brakes after 19 days.

Waste of time.They had a Jeep Grand Cherokee limited advertised online and it was not on the car lot. The guy said that he can have it there if I call and schedule an appointment.I call back and he said it was there and available to see. I'm 10 minutes away and he informs me that it is being taken for a test drive. 2 hours later and still the same excuse. Thank goodness I planned ahead and was shopping at other dealerships in the area since I was coming from a long way.Furthermore some of the 5 star comment users here sells cars for this dealership (that's fraud in my book)

BUYER BEWARE-I went through 3 cars from Bennis in A YEAR and lost over 13 grand in down payments and payments. First car couldn't be fixed even by Volkswagen, he took it back and made me pay another down payment on another car which was falling apart as well. Went in for a third time and got an Infiniti and paid a 3rd chunk down payment for the motor to blow. When his brother told me they would make it right I assumed that was the truth but I can't even get a response. Nobody wants anything to get legal however not having a driveable vehicle for a year will leave anyone with no choice. Especially when their words mean nothing. Do not buy from this man you'll get a piece of junk and end up in a "white water" of cars of sorts! Horrible experience.

HORRIBLE place! I bought a truck not even two years ago and have put three times what I paid for it back into it just to keep it running. I have four children, and one was an infant at the time. So, to sell a piece of junk, one that the ac went out right after buying and would randomly die on me even on the freeway, to a single mother of four little children just shows you the type of people these are. They are incredibly rude unless you are handing money over to them, after all that is all they care about. I spoke with the "owner" Eddy multiple times before coming in and he was so nice, until the transaction was over. Then, a true a*# came out of him, assuming this is so because there was no more money to be got out of me. Until, my mother came with me to pick up my truck the next day. He talked her into trading in her car, he did give her a decent deal on that, and buying an Acura MDX. He made the deal that almost seemed to good to be true...... because it was. SAME THING with her car. AC went out, the compressor is bad and for any car people out there you know how much that fix is!, and the motor makes a crazy noise while driving, her check engine light has been one for the longest, and DO NOT get me started on the inside of the car! As other's have wrote, they rig everything to make it just long enough for a poor person to buy it. Everything, I mean everything, that is plastic, which is about everything, in her car has fallen apart or completely broke off. What looked so nice sitting on the lot, now looks like someone went after it with a bat on the inside. Two customers somehow bought two MASSIVE PIECES OF SH&%, coincidence... I think not! And they too are a*#ss... just had to add that in. :)

I had a great experience with Bennis. He answered all my questions and assisted in finding the perfect car for me. I drove away in a 2006 VW Jetta, and I couldn't be more than happy! I've had the car for 2 months now, and I have yet to see any problems. I am very happy with my purchase! Thanks again Bennis!!!!

Just bought a used car from this dealership. The manager on the floor was one of the nicest people, and one of the most honest salesmen I've ever encountered. Brought me right to the car that I needed, and helped me out a ton. Thank you.
