You've lost a customer...I called to confirm the battery I needed was in stock as well the closing time. I arrived roughly 20 minutes later (15 minutes before closing time) to find the door locked. Store was fully illuminated, signs lit up, red-neon 'open" sign still lit up, etc. I called the phone several times, knocked on the door, and honked the horn. After waiting 25 min (10 minutes after closing time), I left.You've wasted my time and left me in a bind. Had I known that the doors would be locked, I would've sourced my battery from a different store while they were open. Now, it's after 9 pm, and I'll have a dead battery that can not be replaced before work.

I love this O'Reilly. It's convenient on my way home. These guys are super nice with service and fast. They helped me with wipers and put them on for me too. I Sounding like Cardi-b famous bird said OooKkk...not in front of them of course..

Micromanaged like crazy, no one appreciates you, district managers hire potheads just to fill a management position you know who you are they tell you one thing then spend the rest of their day talking behind you back. Was told this will be a better quality of life for you and your kids farthest thing from the truth ever. Spent 10 hours a day working, wasn t able to see my daughter go to bed. Fire people for no reason, had not one single write up and spent 15 years just to be stabbed in the back. District managers collect a check sitting at home while managers work like dogs. I m thankful that they opened my eyes to how much they mistreat and underpay ever person. If I knew I was going to be making 20 grand more at my new job I would have left 13 years ago. Don t waste your time, as manager I was told to start people at 12 an hour, that s in itself is a joke, you might as well flip burgers!

I called ahead for pricing on a battery. Was given the price of course when I got there it was way more due to extra charges. Fine. Then I asked if there was a way if they could tell if my freon was low to my ac. Guy said no. No way they can check or help. Ok fine. Before I swiped my card, I asked if they could help me install. The guy said he ll look. I said, Ok, what does that mean..? Went on to explain why they couldn t help. I didn t want to complete my purchase then find out he can t help me install a simple battery on a pretty basic car. Overall it came across as if he did not want to help at all any way. I canceled my purchase and left.

Horrible times to live in when the customer service gentleman is slouching on his personal phone. All his manager needed to do was help him out but he wasn t even on the property.

A shout out to Christian. He really took time out of his day to help me. In the rain no less I needed help with a check engine light in the middle of a 40 hour drive. He also helped me add more motor oil to my car. This guy is awesome and everyone else seemed nice as well. Thank you!

I go to this oreilys for all my car parts. Yes online can be cheaper, but even the budget options are of great quality. The cashiers are also quick to make you aware of sales so that you don't overspend unnecessarily. Special ordering parts is also hassle free. The website is also very accurate when showing what is and what isn't in stock. 5 busted radiators out of 5

Rude, overpriced, wanted to charge me over $100 just to return my old battery then charge me for a for the battery plus the warranty. Over all over $300 and they refused to change it, despite me asking for help before they entered in all the information. They said it is difficult to install. I told them I didn't know how to change it and they said they would not help me. Never go here!

Fernando is the man, always quick and good about getting parts. If they're out of stock or can't get it on order he always gets you the part number so that you can look for it yourself. This is why I always choose Hi/Lo O'reilly over all other competitors.

I always find what I need at the auto parts store. Just pay attention to the entrance near the highway as I tend to miss it a few times!

I called looking for a part and they had it, I told them that I had paid less at another location, I was told that if I bring in a receipt that they would match the price, I took 30 min to go get the part and I get there and they tell me that they are not going to match the price. I have been using this place at least once a month if not twice a month since they opened. NEVER AGAIN!!!! I will drive across town and use someone else for my parts from now on and I will make sure to tell all my friends about how this place treats their customers...... If there was a - Star, I would have used that!

I'm from out of town. I needed headlamps for my car. I walked in and looked up and down that aisle for close to 10 minutes without one person ever even acknowledging that I walked in the store at all so I eventually just walked out and I guess I will buy somewhere else. I would give it zero stars but that wasn't an option.

Didn t give me any fuss when I told them that my battery that was still within warranty was found by my mechanic to be low. They just walked straight out to the lot and replaced it. Pretty happy with that.

They did diagnostic test and researched codes free. I then purchased a Mass Air Sensor and fixed the problem. Only took minutes and saved hundreds to fix

Thank you guys for being so helpful!! I wish I had got the name of the guy who helped me. I had a check engine light on and he quickly checked it for me and gave me good advice on what to do next. All this was for free and he got nothing out of it while it helped me tremendously!! Thank you
