Outstanding! The entire experience was great. They were prompt in their communication, they were transparent about pricing, and more importantly friendly and approachable from every perspective. It s nice to have major work done to your car and not feel like you were bamboozled out of a bunch of unnecessary projects. In the 12 years we ve lived in Houston I have used countless mechanics for our cars, and never returned to any of them .nice to have a new trustworthy mechanic. The entire team made the experience. Oh, and I forgot to mention they have great prices and the turnaround on the repairs were amazingly fast!

I can't say enough about the outstanding service I received from LA Auto Sales mechanic shop. When I had an oil leak and a troublesome battery, they went above and beyond to get my car back in perfect shape. The staff demonstrated expertise, diagnosed the issues quickly, and performed the repairs with precision. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. My son took his 2013 Ford Mustang v6 in for repairs on September 3rd, 2022. We paid for a new motor and a new clutch kit. It took the company about 4 weeks for the repairs. When we picked the car up it was making a rattling noise and we took it back 2 days later upon their request. After 2 days, we asked what the problem was and when will the vehicle be ready. We were invited to the repair shop so they could show us the issue and said that they had ordered a motor for an automatic Mustang, but my son's car is manual and that's why it was making that noise. They discovered that the flywheel was not the correct part for that particular car and told us that we had to pay for a new one if we wanted it fixed. The total cost quoted for the repairs was $2,800. Of course, they found other things that needed to be repaired so we agreed to purchase a new clutch for an additional $697 which included parts and labor. We paid a total amount of $3,919.33. Today is November 11, 2022 and we still have not picked up the repaired vehicle. We were informed that if we didn't pay for another flywheel (a flywheel came with the clutch kit) that they wouldn't be completing the repairs. After going back and forth about how they ordered the wrong motor, the wrong kit which included a flywheel for an automatic mustang, we left and gave them 2 weeks to have the car ready. They said that can't happen because they were going on vacation and the repair shop would be closed for a period of time. We waited patiently until they returned with no callback, we paid a visit to the repair shop to be told that they could not find a used flywheel that fit that model of car. My son found a new one for $349 and offered to pay half of the cost and they refused that offer. So we asked for the keys to take the car with us at this time and they said we have to wait an additional 2 weeks because they had other clients in front of us. This is unacceptable!!!!! DID I MENTION THAT WE STILL DO NOT HAVE THE VEHICLE IN OUR POSSESSION. Please do not use this Auto Repair place, they seem to be inexperience and don't want to fix THEIR mistakes.Services: Transmission, Engine repair

If you are in need of a used car I highly recommend you purchase a car from LA Auto Sales. I purchased a Mazda cx5 from them a year ago and I love my car. It has never given me any problems at all.

Needed some maintenance done on my honda accord, which required more than a few services done. They had it ready by the end of the day (as I requested) and didn't up charge me on anything else. Kept communication open and car is running smoothly. Liz was very helpful and attentive. Great repair shop, lowest prices in Houston metro. Offered me after tax $400 for condenser replacement, part and labor. Other shops were $530 to $1,100. Able to get part delivered and do labor in under 4 hours. Will definitely go back for something else. Looks like a lower overhead shop so able to offer lower prices.

Service since day one from quoting to getting my vehicle fixed in there, everything was excellent! I am truly more than satisfied with all the experience, communication the service. I don't know anything about cars so when my engine light came on, I first took my Infiniti to the dealership. The dealership could not and would not explain why my car was having the issue besides "normal wear and tear" and yet wanted to charge me $$$. Then, a friend referred me to L.A. auto sales. When I took my car in, the owners were able to explain what is going on and gave me different possibilities of why the car was having the specific issue and how they would fix the car in each scenario. They kept me updated throughout the process, and my car was repaired within a week and, most importantly, at a fraction of the cost the dealership quoted. They even called me to follow up to make sure everything is good. We will be taking all of our vehicles back to the shop in the future for repair/maintenance.I am very impressed with their work and professionalism, what an amazing woman own business! Have been going here since they ve been opened and always feel my car riding smoother leaving their shop. 100% recommend. Always have my car in and out. They have changed my control arms my rotors my brakes I get all my oil changes here as well. The control arm was going to cost me 1300 at the dealership and they got it done for me for just above half the price I was quoted at Nissan.

Greatest experience ever. LA auto not only completely fixed my car but the owners were honest, diligent and went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met and questions answered. There is nothing more comforting then to know that there is an honest shop that doesnt gouge the client and genuinely care about the people it serves. I will be taking all my vehicles to Liz and Ariana instead of dealerships that rip its customers off.

I recently went with L.A auto sales for a rack and pinion repair which was a very sophisticated repair. They saved me more than twice as much money that the commercial shops were trying to charge me! I couldn't believe it. They were even able to get me the same exact part that NTB was trying to order for me for half the price too! They were very attentive and professional with the whole process. Had my truck feeling factory new when they were done with it! Would definitely recommend L.A auto sales to anyone and everyone! Saves you a lot of money for great quality. Will be coming back to them for sure!

Not only do these ladies have great customer service but an incredible knowledge in cars. They are always willing to take the time to explain the services needed in detail. Always doing an extraordinary job in repairing and helping me maintain my cars. Unlike others you keep going back for the same issue NOT at L.A. Auto. I've gone through an engine replacement, complete tune up and many other repairs but what keeps me coming back is the routine oil changes. They've managed to keep my vehicles running smoothly. Great customer service!They put a new engine in my car and it runs like new ! I would Definitely recommend these two girls to anybody that's looking to get their vehicle repair. I brought in my Kia soul for a minor issue. Liz and Ariana were not only professional, But they were also kind and knowledgeable. They walked me through everything and we're concise and thoruough with explaining to me what was going on. They helped me understand the issue and how to maintain it so it doesn't become and issue again. I highly recommend their service

Everytime I go here my car feels like it went to the beauty shop! I just got a radiator replace the fan oil and brakes all in one visit. Great customer service and always super friendly. If you have any car troubles or just for a check up bring it to L.A Auto Sales!

Wow!!! These gals are amazing. I had two cars to fix that I thought would require a big repair. They literally fixed both like new and charged me less than anyone would. I was able to purchase a vehicle for a very reasonable price from L.A Auto the vehicle has given me zero problems. They were also able to repair damage that I had made on the car which they did an excellent job with. They have great communication skills and are very professional. Went in for a headlight repair and came outwith a gushing radiator. They said the leak was already there, but it was so much that the car most likely would have overheated on the 15 mile trip to their shop. When I asked for pictures it looked like water under the car. When I spoke to the owner Liv, I asked her for her last name. She immediately put me on hold. When she came back I asked her again and she paused and had to think about how to spell it. When I asked her why she couldn't remember, she told me she was just hot. It was probably a lie or it wasn't even her. We got it towed off their lot as to not get scammed for any money.
