Quality Control and Quality Assurance Services All Under 1 Roof. I trusted these guys to provide service to my Mercedes Benz S550 4Matic that was having misfire issues. I was surprised of the knowledge and speed of service Justin and his crew performed. Relocating from Atlanta,GA and found myself an A-1 GARAGE for ALL MY MECHANICAL NEEDS. Garage Guys I m BLESSED TO HAVE YOU GUYS IN MY LIFE.

I had a wonderful experience with Garage Guys. I needed extensive work done on my vehicle. Justin was great about walking through the details and helping me make the best decision. They were very thorough regarding comprehensive problem-solving. Justin kept me updated during the entire process. The experience felt more like a partnership, rather than simply a transaction. I would highly recommend Garage Guys!!

You can definitely believe all of the good reviews. These guys are awesome. From Justin at the front desk to Henry to Abdul they all do an excellent job. I went in for brake replacements and both Justin and Abdul explained my options in a way that I didn t feel like I was being given a sales pitch, yet explained which options would make sense for different factors. I decided to wait in the office for the diagnostics, and every single communication and interaction was polite and friendly. It didn t matter if it was interaction with customers or each other, they treat everyone well. I ve never had automotive service this exceptional, and I have been around longer than the average bear (if you know what that means, you re in my age bracket lol).I think the the age old sentiment of treat people how you want to be treated applies here. I suspect that this is also an example of good leadership as well as pride of ownership.I m glad that I decided to research long enough to see the reviews, put my faith in those reviews and drive quite a ways out of my way to check them out. I feel that people who make the visit will feel the same.Thanks guys, see you next time!

Mixed Feelings, but Generally Positive ExperienceOur first encounter with Garage Guys was nothing short of excellent; they provided A+ service for my wife's car, leaving us thoroughly satisfied. The professionalism and quality of work were commendable, setting a high benchmark for our expectations moving forward.However, a recent experience somewhat tarnished the previously impeccable image. In need of a Freon change, I reached out to confirm the service cost, recalling it to be around $150 - a mix-up on my part, admittedly. To my surprise, the quoted price was $190. When I mentioned my wife's earlier quote of $150, perhaps confusing it with another provider, the response was less than understanding. I was met with a dismissive retort: "Your wife can tell you it's $150 all day if she wants, but we don t change our service prices that are on our sign." This approach to customer interaction felt unnecessarily confrontational and left a bitter taste, marking a stark contrast to our initial visit.Despite this, I've decided to award a 4-star rating, primarily as a nod to our first experience which showcased their potential for delivering polite and high-quality service. I believe in giving credit where it's due, and while the recent exchange was disappointing, it doesn't entirely erase the positives. I hope this feedback serves as a constructive point, perhaps guiding a more customer-friendly approach in the future.Update: I appreciate your reply and the fact that you look at your reviews and use the feedback to keep your company great. We will return next time we need your services!I m changing my review back to a 5 star now.

Are you looking for a great car repair service? You have to checkout Garage Guys Automotive. The front desk service was a breath of fresh air. They were so thorough explaining what was wrong and what could be done. I was given a dependable car to drive while mine was being worked on. I was also surprised by the costs. Very reasonable. Its been 6 months my car runs better than ever. Seriously I am a woman and feel like a target is on my back whenever I go for car service. Not here. I highly recommend Garage Guys they are a true honest business. 5 stars and up. Thank you Garage Guys for being a fair and honest company. I will not go anywhere else .

Garage Guys have been such a life saver!I was recommended by one of my close my friends to come here, and they re very detailed in their report after they run diagnostics on your car and their customer service is stellar! Would definitely recommend people to come here!Abdul & Sandy are the people I typically speak with and they re totally amazing!

Justin was great on explaining details of the actual job that needs to be done. They did a great job on locating the main issue on the air conditioner. Honestly I cannot comment on the pricing on the replacement of the air conditioner compressor, because this is the first time I have an issue on all vehicle I ever owned.

I was recommended to get my alignment done here by Discount Tire. Let's just say these guys know how to run a shop. Very professional, kind and honest. Made me feel confident in the alignment they performed on my raised Jeep. It feels perfect now. Will be getting my alignment done here from now on.Thanks Garage Guys.

Took my wife's Mini Cooper in , Mr. Lee was very knowledgeable and kept in constant contact regarding the work needed and pricing. The shop did a great job on replacing the clutch and water pump , regardless of domestic or import these guys are the real deal.

Service Advisor Justin helped me with all my questions with my vehicle. I will definitely use Garage Guys Automotive for any future repairs. I never felt pressured and all repairs needed on my vehicle were explained in detail. I received text pictures of motor and what needed fixing..Thank you Justin for all your help

The young Latino at the computer was very helpful. He went out of his way to help me with some of the features that I was unaware of. He is very knowledgeable with Ram 1500 trucks. This place is awesome! I called one day because my tail light when out and, I proceed to tell Abdul my life story about when I tried to fix it myself going on and on. He listened to me complain and said come on and we will take care of you. It took me longer to drive there than it did for them to fix it. Quick and easy service I love it!!!

Price are not reasonable they have a coupon 44.99 of full Synthetic oil change. We done I was charged 80.00 they feed you some line of how the oil changed really $96? And then they minus the $44.99 That's not how a coupon works. a coupons plus tax like everybody else won't go back. I wouldn't have this information if I didn't come shop your at the end of the street off fm 2977 before new gas station.with about a few chair on the right side when you enter door to the the left the desk with two guys One hispanic at the first computer and one caucasian at the second And I wasn't the only one who complained about the coupon either. I was trying this place because the neighbors was given a good review. But after this and you call me a liar and says I wasn't there. makes it even more upset I'm not coming back and not recommending to anyone try at your own risk.( receipt don't lie)

I thought this place was legit, turned a blind eye when my alignment wasnt done right, mechanic didnt tell me I needed a new tire, he just did the job so they can get paid even though it was a tire issue clearly. Went back a couple of months later for a coolant leak and they quoted me a price which I agreed on. Later that day they called me and said they found a broken bolt and had to fix that which bumped the price to an extra $1000! They told me the bolt mysteriously broke due to wear and tear. Never heard of bolts randomly breaking on engine compartment for no reason. I know they broke it when they where trying to fix the issue but I had no proof so i got stuck with paying the full price. Had to get a loan out to pay. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP UNLESS YOU DONT MIND GETTING SCAMMED!!

I could not be more pleased with the service at Garage Guys! I'm totally a DITTO with all of the glowing reviews! Abdul & Lee are super friendly & knowledgeable. The technician did a fantastic job on the front suspension work, on my 2000 GMC Sierra pick up truck with 377K miles. Replaced ball joints & control arms, & did an alignment. The vehicle drives like it did 23 years ago!! I'm so glad I found Garage Guys & I'm sure you will be too. I highly recommend them & will be returning there for all of my future auto repair needs.

Listens carefully to fully under the poblem as described . Efficiently diagnose problem and present a detailed repair procedure with estimated cost. Completes work as promised. Vehicle is returned clean and in good condition. I use Garage Guys for repair and maintenance on my Mercedes. Excellent service. Last work performed by Jay. Did an excellent job. Very satisfied customer. These guys literally saved my life. All of a sudden my car made a lot of noise. I called Gararge Guys a few minutes before they were closed. They welcomed me to come and get it checked out. Came to find out my brake fluid leaked. They have me a rental, took care of my car and always kept me updated. Garage Guys are simply AWESOME and AMAZING!!!

This place has been a blessing for us once again. They completed a major repair, timming belt, water pump etc etc on my 2008 Honda Odyssey.Sandy and his staff are very detail oriented, they listen to their customer concerns and take notes. I recently had some maintenance, oil change and tire rotation, done at the Garage Guys. My experience was excellent!!! Everything was handled very timely and professionally with the help of Lee Walsh! Very happy my car was thoroughly inspected because I m about to take a long road trip and now feel very comfortable that I should not have any car issues!!! I've never been to a shop with such a high level of care and attention to customers and the vehicles they work on. The detail that really floored me was their Comprehensive Multi Point Inspection! The Digital inspection is a thorough report, full of pictures sent to your phone that can be checked online so you can see what the tech sees. Having a service like this available for customers truly shows how much care and effort they really put into their work. I've never felt comfortable leaving my car at a shop and I'm happy to say that this is the first one where I am. The staff is always extremely friendly and welcoming. I usually have a cup of joe when I'm hanging out in the lounge and watchin Netflix on the TV. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone in need of a good shop. I'd give more stars if I could!

I love the texting system that allows me to see exactly what is going on with my vehicle.Lee was an incredible help in every visit to Garage Guys. Definitely would recommend this place!!
