Every time I've come here I've had a great experience. The service is fast and efficient, the staff are friendly and communicative, i never feel as though I'm being upsold on services I don't need and they never do work without making absolute certain that I understand what is being done and why. I choose them over other auto shops every single time.My technician today was Elmer, and I really appreciated how up front he was and how well he went over each service with me and projected costs. Nobody likes being surprised at check out and he took care to make sure that I was informed every step of the way.

Today I went in for an oil change and state inspection, and was assisted by Romeo. I was in and out in about 15-20minutes. I dislike going to get oil changes when I have to get out of my vehicle and the only reason I had to get out of my vehicle today was for the state inspection. I was able to stay in my vehicle during the oil change and have Romeo explain everything to me regarding my vehicle needs. The customer service was great and Romeo did well educating me on my vehicle. I was even provided a recommendation list for follow up. Great service!

This is the best place ever! I broke down otw home from the pharmacy with my daughter (home sick from school) and was able to pull into this shop and the manager Roberto came out and reattached a hose that I didn t have on tight enough free of charge. He went above and beyond and completely saved the day, brought waters for us while we waited, and refilled my engine with coolant, we didn t have to wait long. We were able to make it home safely because of his kindness and knowledge. Thank you so much! I will be going here from now on for any future car needs and oil changes

Absolutely the best service!I got the best price on my new tires, and got my car back in about an hour, on a Saturday! The technicians are so nice and knowledgeable. They never try to "upsell" you on things you really don't need. I will always bring my car here for maintenance. Thank you all.

Elmer is a G, he didn t try to upsell me or anything like that. He informed me of some services he recommends for my vehicles but was not trying to force me to anything that I was not interested in doing today. Definitely a place I would recommend you can go to without having the fear of being scammed.

Came for an oil change and then asked about time it would take to do a tire rotation. He told me 10 minutes for oil change and 20-30 for rotation. I sat inside and after 10 minutes I decided to cancel the rotation as I was in hurry. I had gotten movie tickets for me and my son and I still had to pick him up. They told them they hadn't even started my oil change yet which was fine. After another fifteen minutes I decided to wait by the register and noticed that every other car that came after me for an oil change or service was getting serviced and my car was still sitting there. When a guy came in and asked how he could help me.I told him I was waiting for my oil change and he said, they would be starting it soon.After 50 minutes and other cars there had ALL gone, my car was ready. I commented that I wasn't super pleased that I had to wait so long and that I had somewhere to be or else it wouldn't have been a huge deal. Their response was " yes ma'am ".I pulled away and I thought something was odd but I kept driving and my radio was on.I live about fifteen minutes away and when I finally got closer to my home and driving at a slower speed near my home, I realized something was definitely wrong and sounded like something was dragging from the bottom of my car. I got to my house, got out and saw that the skid plate was completely hanging from the car.I'm already pressed for time, had to drive all the way back there and when I pulled in they said "we knew you'd be back because we found the screws" .They had my phone number from the form I had to fill out when I got there, so they could have called me as soon as they realized it instead of waiting for me to show back up. I got a "sorry ma'am" for the incident.And that was it.I'm definitely not a fan of leaving low reviews as I feel that everyone makes mistakes and things happen but this was two things, in a short period of time, and not a whole lot of accountability or responsibility taken on their part. Or, any kind gesture to me to make it right.

Elmer did an excellent job of doing what was necessary to get my car up to par. They also showed me what they were changing and why. I definitely recommend.

Been going to this place since they opened and never again. Came in today at 8:05 to fix a flat tire it took them almost 2 hours to get done. Other people who came in after me were serviced before me. And on top of that they charged me $40 for mount and balance on one wheel. Lately they take forever to get a simple task done.

Austyn was friendly, professional, led with common sense and a great attitude. Car needs quickly taken care of and he went out of his way to provide a great customer experience. Quick, kind, went the extra mile to provide the rarity of excellent customer service anymore! Will be back!

Beyond impressed and pleased with the overall experience.I came in to get an oil change and Leuri was very helpful, he advised me on the services I needed done on my Nissan Maxima. He had great knowledge and excellent character! Will be coming back to get service done on my Jeep Wrangler as well as in the future.Will most definitely be referring my family and friends here.

Evan was very transparent with what needed to be worked on and didn't push to sell work that wasn't needed. Overall a good experience. I'll be bringing my car back to have it worked on when anything comes up.

Good service but the customer areas were dirty.Went back today 3/2023 for a safety inspection. Took a long time as the tech seemed to be working on several cars simultaneously. Was told to wait inside, but tv was off with no remote and no way to get coffee. The employee who signed me in acted like he hated his job and didn't want to be there. Still dirty with massive spider webs by the front windows.

Quoted me a free diagnostic on the phone, but then $80 in person. When I told them about the phone conversation, they reduced it to $20, but told me it was better to come back on a weekday.

I used this shop for a few years but no more. Went there and they just ignored me for 20 minutes. There used to be some guys here who were quite courteous and had some snap but I think they've had a lot of turnover because the guys they have now look like they just don't care. I used these guys for tire repairs and inspections and some other stuff but now I will go elsewhere.

I replaced my Honda car battery at this store, but the battery was so bad because it kept dying. I thought the issue was with the car since I had just replaced it. I took my car to Honda service, and they said the issue was due to a very low-quality battery. I replaced it again at Honda service. Then I went back to this store and explained the situation. After a long discussion, the manager said he would talk to the battery company about a refund since the warranty had expired. He took the battery inside somewhere in the store, and we noticed it was leaking. I later called to ask about the refund, and the manager said the company accepted a partial refund. I wasn t able to come to get the battery refund. Today, I called them about it, and the current manager searched in their system and told me that they have no record of a battery change for my car. I then came with the invoice and receipt and explained everything again to this manager, and he said he would talk with his manager. His manager said their policy had changed, and they no longer have a record of my refund, so they did not refund my money. I just shared the story so you can decide how much you can trust them. If the manager changes, all their data about customers may disappear!

They work fast and efficient and friendly, Oil, change, state inspection, tire rotation, filter, change ,etc. also give a little discount for getting everything done in 30min. I'll will be back!
