It is difficult, if not impossible to find a mechanic (shop) that is trustworthy. I have used Dillard's for a couple of decades now and I cannot recommend them more highly. They are professional, diplomatic, and trustworthy. I have never had a negative experience with them. They are not condescending to women and that goes a long way for me personally.

Great place! Very helpful and considerate! Highly would recommend them for any mechanical issues. I got my Car's Air Conditioner fixed here! Definitely my go to place when it comes to car issues!

Taken my vehicles there for a while. Great service! Also, they will only use genuine parts. Not aftermarket junk. Would definitely recommend taking your vehicle to them for anything.

Best reliable honest repair shop I have ever used. Charles went out of his way to fix our van. We needed our van for a trip out of town and Charles took his time at the end of the day to see we were ok. Thank you Dillard's.

The folks at Dillard s took care of some brake system maintenance for me.Cost less than I was expecting and they did a great job. I will defiantly use them again when their services are needed.I asked them to finish before lunch so I could use the vehicle to pick up kiddos from school, and they delivered with an hour to spare.

I've just returned home from Dillard's Mechanical Specialists. I am angry and sad at the same time. It was the exact diagnostic from O'Reilly that this man charged me $105 for! All he did was to park my car in his shop to kill time. I got fed up and decided to go there after calling and speaking to him 5 different times between 8:00 and 12:45pm. When I got there he told me the engine light has gone off though it may come back again. Should the light come on again, then it will cost me $882 to fix it. I asked for the diagnostic report and paid, and told him I will not say anything to him as the Lord saw it all. I will never even look right or left at his shop every time I drive through FM359. This man adopted a crooked, mean-spirited, and dirty tactic to keep my car in his workshop for nearly a day despite my repeated calls. AVOID this place. This man has no soul and has all it takes to be a Trump: selfishness, wickedness, ignorance, meanness, a slice of arrogance, and no fear of the Lord.

We have been using Dillard's for years now for both our personal vehicles and vehicles at our shop. Always do great work and are incredibly helpful. Good work and pricing. Highly recommend them.

My air conditioning went out, and I went to Dillard s because a friend recommended them to me. I was charged $50 for diagnosis and was quoted at $1800 for parts and labor, which I was not able to afford at the time. I decided to get a second opinion and found a mechanic who did the job (diagnosis, parts, and labor) for $560. The people at Dillard s were very friendly and diagnosed the problem accurately, but I was able to find a better price elsewhere.

This shop has a very friendly staff and reasonable prices regarding fixing mechanical issues with your vehicle. I recently had my inspection completed on motorcycle which they did in a reasonable amount of time. I always take my business to Dillard's.

GREAT Service. I have been using them for over 30 years and they are trustworthy, reliable, honest, and always finds the problem and fixes it right the first time. Couldn't go to anyone better. They are the best!

Charles knows his way around Mopar. I don't know what they do but it always feels as smooth as the first day I bought the car after I take it to them.

This place is either crooked con men or clueless, incompetent idiots. My car was running hot when idle at a light or sitting in traffic. When driving, the temperature was where it should be and never overheated. After researching this issue online, I deducted the problem was either: 1) the engine fans were not receiving proper grounding 2) or the relay(s) were bad 3) or there was a bad sensor(s), or a combination of any of these. I told the guy over the phone that I thought it was bad grounding since I saw a wire cut in two that was grounded directly to my car (inside near battery). Long story short, I took my car to Dillard's on a Friday and they told me my computer (PCM) needed to be replaced since there was no communication or connection with the fans. The guy quoted me $750 to replace my computer (PCM) and I had to pay $50 for the diagnosis (which I was informed of before they looked at it). I knew my computer didn't need to be replaced because if that was the case, I would have had other major system problems and most likely the car probably wouldn't have started, let alone able to drive. I refused service and took it to another mechanic the next day on Saturday. On Monday morning, the second mechanic called me and said the fans weren't working because there indeed was no grounding for the fans just like I suspected! I paid $50 to have them splice some wires and ground the engine fans properly. Now both engine fans are working properly and the temperature of the car is not rising when idle. I concluded that Dillard's is either crooked con men or clueless, incompetent idiots. Beware when dealing with this place.

Beware these folks will charge you $100.00 just to diagnose your issue. Effectively hooking up your vehicle to the same machine Autozone will do for free. The issues they discover are the same ones but they require the diagnostic fee. Instead of NAPA know how it should be NAPA knows nothing until the computer tells them.
