My experience with Christian Brothers on the Grand Parkway in Richmond was over the top AWESOME the Gentlemen that work there are seriously the nicest, kindest, respectful, patient and knowledgeable young men. I can say l never been anywhere to get my car serviced and felt special and appreciated as a customer, well l felt all of that. I highly recommend them if you looking to have your automobile serviced in the Richmond and surrounding areas. I have found my car service place here. Thanks Eric and Jerome and all the guys there.

Christian Brothers customer service is amazing. They are always very friendly and accommodating to my needs. The maintenance done on my car was top-notch; quite apparent by the superb sound and the smooth way it drove. I especially like the communication about every bit of work being performed and there are no hidden costs. A very professional, fair and honest staff that I can definitely recommend to anyone. Call Christian Brothers spoke to a manager regarding a vehicle I was looking to purchase made an appointment they inspected the car, gave me a detail written overview with photos of my car inspection. They also took the time to explain everything needed to be address. Highly recommend these guys outstanding shop outstanding Customer Service thank you, overall 5 stars.

Simple oil change required facility need to order correct products. Spouse took in her vehicle and all communication came to me, was told would need to add separate account to communicate with her directly, So all messaging which came to me at work had to be forwarded to her. Finally, the service tech felt compelled to be critical of our new vehicle choice. Went twice won t be back ..

Great service. They forgot to give me back my lug lock for my wheels after I picked up my jeep. When I called after close at 6:03pm and explained that it was missing, they had an employee drop it off to me at my house on their way home from work that same evening.

I had a problem with the dashboard lights in my car ... a mystery to me, took the car to Christian Brothers to have it checked. I was holding my breath at the possible cost.They took us home in their courtesy car: for customers who may have a long wait. Great They called about 30 minutes later, said my car was not broken.Turned out my daughter had messed with some knobs that shut off the dashboard lights. I appreciated all of their courtesies. You will too. Lois

Brought the car in for 90k maintenance and Austin was very helpful in answering question and giving advice on the services. Also, was very transparent about the cost. Finish the repair on time as promised. Would go back again in the future. Thank you

This was my first time going to CBA, and I felt cared for and the employees were very friendly and engaging. They explained the process for my oil change and did a complete inspection. They showed me what else I should consider to have done as a follow up without pressure. Hopefully they will become my go to mechanics. Coming from Seattle I had a mechanic for 13 years that took care of me and never tried to cheat me. So I hope CBA will do the same. So far so good.

This team of professionals are amazing. They treated me like a king. Respectful and caring. They went above and beyond of what they were supposed to do on my vehicle. They run a full diagnosis and spotted issues that my regular mechanic haven t done. On top of it, they took me home after dropping off the vehicle, and picked me up when the vehicle got ready.Thank you very much Christian Brothers for what you for our community.Manuel Q.

Christian Brothers Waterside has been the biggest blessing to me and my family. They helped us when we literally were ready to give up. They put us back on the road and made sure we were taken care of. Not only do they have a new customer for life out of me but also a lot of my friends. I was having a problem with my car losing a massive amount of oil. Although we couldn't uncover the problem immediately, Robbie was very patient, communicative, and overall friendly throughout the entire process. He got my problem knocked out in less than 24 hours. And even though we still have yet to uncover the problem, he gave me a recommended course of action and steps to follow to help us find the problem. We will definitely be revisiting this place very often. He deserves a raise lol.

Competitively priced, courteous & top notch advice and service.We were the first few that moved to Waterside (2001) and now that the dealer warranty has expired, we are glad to have visited this fine establishment for our vehicle maintenance.

The staff is fantastic, (we worked primarily with Eric). They take pictures of everything and make sure to help you understand what is going on with the vehicle, and what the options are to fix it. Quick and effective. Super happy with our experience.

Was told by different mechanic that I was gonna need a new motor $$$. After thoroughly freaking out,I went to Christian Brothers Waterside location for a second opinion. After talking with Jerome he made me realize may not need new motor,might be something less tragic. Turns out it was a stupid sensor causing all kinds of problems and wrong opinions (other shop) . car is running smooth again . I am grateful for the honesty of Jerome, he could a told me yup, you need a new motor. He took care of me in my moment of stress and I will be a customer for life now. Thank you Christian Brothers waterside

I have used Christian Brothers Automotive Waterside for everything from oil changes and registration inspections, to major mechanical work. They have been fantastic to deal with. They tell you up front what a service will cost (a lot less than the dealer's cost btw) and they deliver on time. Five stars.

Great customer service. They are very friendly and thorough with any question you may have. I walked in for an oil change and state inspection. Even though I didn't have an appointment, they were very fast and detailed in their work and report.

Ho. Ly. Cow. These people are so sweet!!! Jerome in the front is literally the definition of customer service!! You ll see a dapper picture of his face if you looked up best costumer service Also, Johnny in the shop is AMAZING!!! He goes above and beyond for his costumers! I met a couple people in the waiting room and they were all very happy repeat costumers! Needless to say, THIS is the place to come! I wish I was local so they could be our local people thank you Jerome and Johnny for everything!! And everyone else who helps this place prosper! Oh!! And their coffee is SO GOOD!

I came to Christian Brothers Automotive on national oil change day because they had a special for a free oil change for single moms. They were so wonderful to all of us there. They had people from the corporate office serving us Whataburger breakfast burritos and pouring us coffee. They not only did the oil change for free, they aired up my tires as well just because they noticed they were low. They seemed to truly care about us and they made us feel special. I will use them for all my future auto maintenance and repairs! Great customer service!Service: Oil change

This was my first ever visit to not only CBA Waterside, but CBA in general and I must say I was impressed. We took advantage of the Facebook special they ran and as soon as i said I was interested they reached out to see if I needed any help with booking. It was no differnt once we arrived up for our appointment. I was greeted by everyone there, they made an effort to make conversation, and walked me through everything they found with no pressure what so ever. The key was thier transparency and honesty. Overall, they provided an amazing customer experience from start to finish and would highly recommend. Shout out to Jerome, Phillip, & Travis for making it a great experience!!

I needed a headlight replaced, I made an appointment and was in and out in less than a hour. Perfect. Friendly atmosphere, good communication of issues with timely solutions. Shuttle service provided is appreciated.

People here are very kind and makes you feel valued.Jerome was most accommodating in dropping and picking me up from home. The staff are caring and concern on your safety and makes you aware of what you need to pay attention to for your car maintenance. They don t charge you for every little things that needs to be fixed in your car if it is possible.I recommend you to service your car in this honest place.

from the first time that I had called in, and by the time that I left everyone on staff, including Austin was very knowledgeable and helped out with everything that was wrong with my vehicle. I would recommend going to them all the time, they are upfront and honest.

Great service, very welcoming and friendly. The service team keeps you in the loop regarding time frame of repair, and also what is needed. It was my first time, but it will surely not be my last. I was very impressed with my first impression. Keep up the awesome work!

I promise I am not a diva, but it is difficult to find a shop that knows how to service a Corvette. Christian Brothers had no trouble acquiring parts and completing repairs in less than 48 hours.

Hands down the best Automotive facility ever! Very family oriented, professional and down to earth! Took my Mercedes in to have a new battery installed and found out other issues needed to be fixed. The team took care of everything for me right away to ensure my kids and I made it back on the road safely! Jerome and the rest of the staff went above and beyond in all areas, definitely a blessing!
