Took my Camry in to find out why it was shaking so badly when braking. They were very friendly and professional, and diagnosed it quickly. Brought it back a week later for servicing; they provided courtesy drop off and pick up to my apartment, and once I picked my car up it was driving like new. I have trust issues and was worried that the problem wouldn t be fixed or that new ones would start, but everything went great, and they even texted me a few days later to check in and make sure I was happy with the service.All in all I highly recommend Century, and I ll definitely be back if and when I have future car problems. Thank you very much Terry, Mike, and all the rest

Great service. I came in with an issue with my transmission and Mike immediately offered his best assessment of my problem and was able to provide a very affordable solution to keep my vehicle running in top shape. I recommend Century Automotive & Transmission for all your vehicle repair needs.

I live 30+ miles away, but I still take my vehicles here every time. I've never received bad service(s) from them, they always tell me what they see, so we can plan accordingly. The service manager, Terry, is very sweet and treats me like family, I value that. I also love that there's cats that live here The owner, Mike, checks in on me to see how I'm doing and how my vehicles are doing. Regardless of whether I have an appointment set or not. Beware of the so-called warranty they offer. We brought our car in to have some maintenance done on it to the tune of around $1500. My wife didn't even make it to the first stop sign when she noticed there was an issue. We brought the car back in and they test drove it. Y'all, the speed of light is fast, but I think they were faster in denying that the transmission issue was their fault at all. I asked if it could have been a loose wire or something, nope, not that, not their issue. I asked that since they did a transmission flush could that have cause it, nope, not their issue. They must be really good because they didn't put it on a lift or anything and they immediately determined the cause of the transmission issue (funny how they figured it out so quick). So if you are expected them to stand behind their work, well, beware, because they are super quick to point out that it's not their fault at all.I was also quoted one price to fix the back window that wouldn't roll up and come to find out it was more than that, no problem, sometimes parts can't be found. I asked if they could rig it up so that it wouldn't roll up or down as I plan on getting rid of the car. Take a look at the picture for what they charged me $90 for. Must be some really good tape.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance

Century Automotive & Transmission is a joke. My dad had his transmission rebuilt by them less than a year ago and is already having issues. He took it back to them over a week ago and it sat in the parking lot. Multiple calls to them to get an update on the status but Mike and his team didn t have the balls to return the call. Stay away from these frauds.

I have been to Century Automotive many times since 2021. The service is always good as expected. Out of the regular service like oil change, Mike also did a few other fixes for me. And I have always been satisfied with the result.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

This place is a hidden gem. Excellent customer service from the front desk rep Terry! Although I didn't want to hear the news of needing a new transmission, I appreciate their transparency. Plus, the transmission check was free, which is very rare nowadays. Thanks Century Automotive!

Left us waiting on the work to be completed with no call to say there was a delay on multiple occasions. Our car wasn't ready when promised and we had to take it elsewhere. Offered a free oil change as compensation and when we gave them a second chance, they STILL didn't get to it. Disorganized, unreliable, poor communication. Go elsewhere.

Century Automotive is very professional and detailed. I got an enormous quote from Ford to fix something, so I took it to Century for a quote. They were a little less than half of Ford, for the same thing. And they fixed my car in one day!The car is driving great so far! Thank you for being so knowledgeable and detailed oriented. You saved me from putting a transmission in my daughters jeep. You noticing it was still under warranty from the other company who put it in. The place i had taken it to previously did not see or notice this. They told me I needed a new transmission. I am now receiving one for free due to it being under warranty. Due to your knowledge eyes. YOU WILL BE THE ONLY PLACE I WILL EVER TAKE MY CARS TO. Thank You!

Mike and the crew at Century are AMAZING! It is extremely hard to find anyone who is willing to work on our 1958 Buick. One place said it would be several months before they could get to it, and Christian Brothers took the car, charged us over $150 to look at it and gave a list of things to fix that came to nearly $13,000 for parts and labor. Mike at Century took our car for a second opinion, which he gave for free, and was honest about what actually needed to be fixed. He took care of our car for $3000, a savings of almost $10,000!!! And he has been extremely helpful with advice and recommendations, as well we will never take our vehicles anywhere else! We are Century people all the way!! I really enjoy the experience at Century Automotive, Mike really gets hands on with helping to diagnose problems with your vehicle. From Ms. Terry to the mechanics, everyone is personable with you in helping you solve any issues you may have. I really like that I always receive a follow up email or text to be sure I'm 100% satisfied. I highly recommend them

For this visit I had brake vacuum pump replaced and belts. I had some cooling lines replaced that were discovered to be leaking. I m sure it was from that one winter apocalypse we had couple years ago. The air intake manifold piece that had several holes in it which was apparently glued back by another shop which was causing excess air to come into my engine. This is the only place that I know that does an amazing job with a multi year warranty.I ve had other work as well on previous visits. Transmission replacement 2015 Silverado, brakes, front left and right wheel hub assembly. All amazing work with a smile.On this visit so far I have to say the brakes so far feel great! I feel safe and confident.As for my engine, I feel like it is running better and has more power. I am feeling a difference!Thank you Mike and your team for the detailed work that was done and issues found. It's great that yall welcome me and listen to my vehicle issues. The staff is kind, reassuring and never have an issue explaining back to me what is going on. Century Automotive was incredible! They quickly found the many issues with our truck and made all the necessary repairs without trying to sell us on things we didn't need. They were great at communicating throughout the whole process. My 2-year-old son LOVED going there because Terry gave him a batman hot wheels car and it made his day! It is super convenient if you live in the Pecan Grove area too. I highly recommend using Century for any car issues! They were wonderful.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change
