Shane the G.M. is a low-key, straight-forward manager who tells you like it is, doesn't over-promise, & finds legitimate ways to charge you less--or warns you ahead of time if his estimate has to go up. The work here is excellent. These men quickly turn-around routine jobs, &can handle very complex, lengthy jobs involving various suppliers & get even very advanced work done in timely fashion. Is there a better local mechanic shop anywhere in the country? Frankly, I'd doubt it.

Beware!!! I decided to take my car here because of the great google reviews. I had issues with my a/c that needed to be repaired and also needed an alignment. They looked at my car and told me I had suspension issues. I opted in for the full work up because I felt it was warranted. It ended up costing $3800 which I thought was a little steep. Nevertheless, I paid for the services and my a/c was working properly. However, since my car was returned I ve been having trouble with the engine. It s been making a rattling noise. I called them to tell then issue I ve been experiencing since my car has been returned. I took it in so I could get an oil change and look at the rattling noise. They looked at my car and said parts of my engine needed to be tightened and it would cost me an additional $1800 for labor. This is RIDICULOUS!!!! I didn t have that problem before I took my car there which leads me to believe that they must done something to my car so I could come back or they didn t properly put things back as they should. Now my car won t even start! I had a technician look at my car and they said it s not the battery, terminal, or alternators. Do not bring your car here unless you want more issues than you went in for.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Jake and his crew were able to trace down a metallic grinding sound on my 2017 Colorado pickup that only has 34000 miles to bad bearings in the differential (Rear End). Jake took care of everything in a timely manner. I have since got my truck back and everything is working great. I wouldnt trust my vehicles to anyone else!

Took my car to the guys at Car Care because of a rattling noise from a loose plate. Jake checked the car out, fixed the issue and charged me nothing. Professionalism, timeliness and true care is top notch. I recommend.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

They were wonderful! They save my daughter 1200 . She took her bmw here for a second opinion! Of course she s a female!!!! They fixed in a timely manner and superb customer service! My daughter said she will definitely use them from now on!

Went in without appointment to get a vehicle inspection. The fellow at the reception desk was attentive and efficient. They had it done in just over 30 minutes. My experience was wonderful and job well done!!!Ray was cordial and courteous. It was midday Friday when l got there. I needed an oil change and state inspection. He said that there is an hour and a half wait to which I responded ok Waiting area is clean, quiet.and comfortableLess than an hour I was called and my truck is ready!!!Surprised and pleased with the excellent service and prompt time promised (early)I m very satisfied and pleased with this professionalism for a first time customer!!!You guys have my support and will spread among my friends family and neighbors!!!

I have heard and read many greats reviews on this business so I decided to give it a try and was definitely not disappointed! I took my daughters' car in to get serviced and from beginning to end, they were very professional and courteous. As a female, I always get the feeling of condescension when I take my car in but at Car Care USA, they took the time to explain and made me feel reassured that I took my business there. Their service was very reasonable and affordably priced and our car runs great! I will highly recommend them to friends and family! Thanks!!

This place is awesome! They have taken care of myself and my wife for years now. John C., John G, Robert, and James...all of you are great! My wife's SUV has over 160,000 on it, and these folks are helping us to keep it going strong. I'd trust them with any work I need done, because they go above and beyond. Very fair and honest. That's exactly why I drive clear across town just to get to them. I'd recommend anyone to give them a look.

This place is awesome! I was in a hurry yesterday and needed an oil change quickly. I called and spoke with John and he said bring it up. I dropped off my truck and ran an errand with my son and returned to USA in about 30 mins. When we arrived the oil change on my truck was already done and it was parked in front ready for pick-up. I've used USA several times and the service and professionalism has been great. They are my car care pros when I need one and I recommend them to everyone.

I normally don't post reviews, but these guys are so great! They honored my warentee with a smile, and they never try to cover anything up or make me haggle on the price for days (like our last mechanic did). They are friendly, professional and take ownership of the work they do. I highly recommend them.

I would recommend Car Care USA to anyone in Richmond or surrounding areas. The owner and staff are honest, friendly and knowledgeable. They always make time to help with your needs, especially if you're in a bind.

My vehicle was shutting off unexpectedly - while idling and while in park. Super scary & random... so I took it to Car Care USA on my day off and explained the shenanigans. Ray Jr & their staff was attentive & responsive and clearly explained to me what their diagnostic approach would be. They found one issue and the repair cost was extremely affordable. I picked up my vehicle later in the day and will definitely go back without hesitation if I ever need to. This business is run with professionalism, integrity & kindness. I had a great experience and you will too.

Competitive pricing, no hidden costs, thorough explanation of services and pricing. I will recommend and I always do to anyone who needs their cars looked at. Car Care doesn't only takes good and honest care of your vehicle, but theygenuinely care for you as a person.This place even have a box for prayer request!That's Awesome to me!!!I will never take my car anywhere else unless for insurance purposes.

I have to say, this is an extraordinary business. I just needed my front license plate bracket installed because I just moved here from a state that does not require a front license plate. They did a fast and very good job and refused to take any money from me. I gladly tipped the gentleman that helps me out of sheer principle. I highly recommend this business because they do it the right way. Great service! Today I actually came in for an oil change with a coupon received in the mail. To my surprise I actually received a lesson regarding the different types of oil and got a better quality of oil for a savings. They also gave advise of potential problems that I should be aware of. I feel so blessed for the savings and education!

I have been getting service at this location for about 10 years now. For me it is rare to find a shop that can trust. John and Ray have always seemed to have my best interest at heart. They evaluate and provide their expert opinions as if they were making the same recommendations for a family member. Great Service, Honest and they stand behind their work. could not recommend any higher!

Was very impressed with Car Care USA! Those at the front desk where so nice and willing to chat and help me decide what I needed to do with my car. They offered refreshments while I waited and the front desk girl was so sweet and even shared her personal stash of hot chocolate with me when I asked if they had any . Did not feel pressured at all when they did a full look over of the car and came back with suggestions of what needed to be taken care of in the next 20k miles. I really appreciated this as none if it was necessary at the moment and I felt like they actually cared about what is best for me at this time and not just getting more money now. Great job guys and thank you !

Friendly staff! Very fair and honest with repair and cost. Had rear brake pads and power steering flush on Q50. Done within a couple hours. Will definitely come back for any future car needs. Highly recommended! Thank you Car Care USA.

I live Car Care USA. They are always so welcoming. They keep you informed every step of the way and best of all, no price gouging!! As an ex-mechanic I don't except BS and I can see it from a mile away....they are great and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else!

These guys are awesome! They service our company fleet and I've been taking my personal vehicle to them as well for the past year or so. The owner, John, is great. He is very helpful and accommodating. When we send a Tech to have their vehicle serviced, they never wait. He gets them in and out and for HVAC service company, we greatly appreciate that. For my personal vehicle, I had a really bad experience at Christian Brothers (got completely ripped off!!). I don't worry about that at all with Car Care USA. I feel confident and secure using them and would highly recommend to anyone. I finally found a mechanic I can trust and that is everything.

This was my first time going here. My a/c went out (blower motor). They diagnosed the problem within a hour. After giving them the okay to go ahead with the repairs, they finished the work in about two hours! I was very impressed with this repair shop. Very honest, reasonable prices, great communication and great customer service. Ill definitely use them in the future for oil changes and any repairs needed.

I Googled certified mechanics and God led me to Car Care USA. I called and spoke with Jason and he told me they work on all types of cars. I was so pleased to hear that! I took my car in for the repair needed and discovered they are a Christian business. God is good! They are honest, friendly and professional! I was pleased with the repair done to my car. Car care USA was efficient and very reasonable in its prices. The waiting area was clean and neat. Free wi fi, and plenty of reading material. I got my oil changed and I was in and out in about 25 minutes.Fast and friendly! I will be returning!
