Huge thank you to Julian for being so attentive and helpful. I came in an hour before closing but he still was happy to help and gave me great advice for my car. In the past I have had bad experiences when it comes to fixing my car so I will 100% be back and just for him!

I had a terrible experience with this shop. Never even got an apology. The customer service was terrible. At one point, the person handling my claim told me that my car was giving too many problems and if he were me, he would get rid of it and get something else. Wow, that was rich . . .Short version:Took about 8 trips to the shop and 5 months to get my car fixed properly. And I had to use another shop to finish the job. While they fixed my car the first time, they broke the radio. After several attempts to fix it, I had to end up at the dealership to get it fixed. And then, my trunk flooded when it rained because they didn t seal the repair properly. Twice!Long version:I was hit in the rear quarter panel between the back door and the trunk on the passenger side. The insurance company paired me up with the shop. They fixed the car within a month.And then the problems began. After I picked up my car, I noticed that my radio wasn t working. I pulled the diagnostic codes from the radio, and it said that a speaker was shorted. It just happens that the amp is in that back corner where I was hit, and all the speaker wires run through that panel. First, they claimed that the radio just died while they had the car, not related to the work. What a coincidence. After several attempts to fix the radio, they gave up. Fortunately, the insurance company agreed to fix the radio at the dealership where I bought the car. They found a shorted wire and the sub was blown.I thought my car was good now, but I started noticing a mildew smell. Well, it turns out that my trunk was flooding when it rained. I took it back to the dealership to get it looked at. They found a leak in the trunk where the repair had been done on the seam between the trunk and the quarter panel. So there I go back to the shop to get it fixed. When I showed up, they started blaming other things like my sunroof, or another ding that I have had on my trunk for a few years. Finally, I convinced them to test it and they agreed they didn t seal it properly. They put a blob of sealant and told me to come back in a couple of days for a retest. No apology for flooding my car. Turns out it was still leaking from a second spot, so they had to fix that too with another blob of sealant. Again, no apology. And they left some loose screws inside the trunk that tie down the interior to the frame.I would NEVER take my car here again.And for the guy that told me to just buy another car, well, he got promoted. Go figure.

My car was in a hit and run while parked and I brought it to Caliber for repair. The quality and customer service were both excellent. My car is only 5 months old but it s looks as good as new now.

I took my car in for a quick service because I didn t feel like doing it itself and as a mechanic myself I have to say, best service ever!!! The guy Julian was very informative and definitely knew his stuff. Keep up the good works!

Pretty painless process. If you are worried about having a perfect repair I.e. just a daily commuter car then the repair will be acceptable. If you are worried about paint quality then shop around. It looks good from 5 feet but there is paint clumping and debris under the paint.

Yet again Caliber Collisions doesn't Cease to amaze me. Julian Chappell & Kyle Helmke Both took great care of my vehicle & I. I pulled up and Julian took my vehicle in fast without hesitation & took care of my vehicle fast, efficient, & with great precision . I was a bit skeptical going with yet another Caliber Collision for body work, my previous experience was NOT the least bit pleasant, but I had heard positive feedback about the Fulshear Location.Off the bat, the team here hit a snag and were quick to follow up and communicate their issues with me. Oscar, the manager over my vehicle, handled everything exceptionally well; my questions, concerns and doubts about the whole process were understood and resolved with a great amount of empathy.Honestly, he restored my faith in this company. If you re looking for a body shop, I HIGHLY recommend Fulshear Caliber Collision.Most Importantly, I highly recommend any establishment that has Oscar under their belt. PERIOD.

This place left my car like absolutely new. They did a great job w paint, and fixing and all and plus a great job communicating with me. Plus it took less time than expected. Oscar did a great by communicating along the process and he was the man along with all the people that helped me repair my car. Very Satisfied

Backed into a post in Infiniti - denting chrome trim. Stopped by and talked to Oscar. He said it would be cheaper for me to order the part and let them attached it. I order the part online and went back. Oscar had it installed and looking great in 30 minutes. VERY reasonable. Great guys.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I want to personally thank Pete and the team at Caliber in Fulshear. We bought a truck from a dealer that most likely should not have been sold without much needed repairs. We brought the truck to Caliber and spoke to Mark. He gave us a realistic timeline and kept in communication with us. It was t an easy fix, but they didn t not rush the work to ensure a complete repair. We had a trip that we had to use the truck for and they made sure we would be able to go. They even called after the trip to check on the truck. If you have a vehicle that is need of repairs, I definitely recommend contacting them.

I had a great experience with this shop. My repair was small, but they treated me very well. Great communication. Clear estimate of cost and time, and great fast workmanship. If I ever (I hope not) need anymore bodywork on one of my vehicles this will be my first stop.

We have been here 3 times. Unfortunately for us (bad luck) but it s where we prefer to go since we trust their work. Each experience has been great. Smooth. Twice was for our daughters car. Once for my husbands. Used insurance twice. Self pay once. The cars look new after they are done. Oscar is who has handled our vehicles and he is 110% good at his job. They even got scratches out of my daughters car! Thank you!!! Her car looks like it did when we bought it. So very pleased with this location. Hopefully we won t need them again but if we do this is where we will go.They communicate very well on the status of your car. My daughters car was reallyquick!!

We needed to attach a front license plate to our 2016 Audi A4 there was no bracket but had plexiglass to attach I called day before Cyndi said bring car, when we arrived she called Oscar a technician he said can do took car in shop was back in under 5 minutes with a fantastic job. Caliber Collision does it right. They did an amazing job fixing up paint that was left from a scratch up. Kyle did a fantastic job communicating what would be done to the car and the process was smooth and quick.
