Stellar customer service. Everyone from management on down are consummate professionals. Very thorough and knowledgeable, walked me through the nature of my car's issues with great precision. They have a shuttle service as well, everyone is terrific. Highly recommend!

We are very happy with the standard of work here and especially their willingness to stand behind it. We had an expensive service performed and some time after we had to go back due to a defective part that was installed as part of that service. Caliber fixed the vehicle and resolved the issue at no cost to us and in fact moved their schedule around to complete it in one day so we could take the vehicle on a road trip. They went above and beyond for us.

I want to thank Mark and the whole staff at Caliber. We used Caliber Collision in May for my son's car when he ran over a tire on the highway and I told myself after being so happy with their work that if one of our cars ever needed to be in a shop we would use their auto care. Today was the day. My SUV rear door would not shut electronically or manually. We took it in to be repaired. It ended up only needing a simple fuse. They replaced it free of charge. They are very caring and professional. We will definitely bring all of our cars here for any future work needing to be done. Thank you!

I brought in my Accord for an oil change at Caliber Auto Care- Fulshear. The staffs are very friendly and professional. They inspected my car and recommended replacing the cabin air filter and engine air since they both looked very dirty. Communication throughout the service process was clear and transparent. The timely completion of the service exceeded my expectations, and the pricing was fair. Highly recommended!

I dropped off my car at 8:30 in the morning, everyone was very nice,waiting area is gorgeous, no one else was there at the time, it took until almost 4 pm to tell me my battery cable was bad. I called for an update at noon, was told I would get a call back in 20 mins, an hour later I was told the person I had to speak to at the front desk still wasn t there, Got a call around 2:30 from someone in service to tell me they didn t know what was wrong yet. Finally got a call around 3:45 from the front desk person to go over the quote and I asked if it really took all day to diagnose a car and she said basically yes because of all they had to do. She also didn t say bye at the end of the call and just hung up. On the quote page they sent me all the photos were time stamped for 3:17 and 3:20. When I got there to pick up my car at 5 they said they had to connect the battery cables back still. I personally wouldn t go back. Bad communication, and took a whole day and 110 dollars to diagnose the car.

Service was excellent. I never mind waiting as rushing to get things done fast is not always a good idea. The job was done right the first time and I was made to feel comfortable and appreciated while I waited.

Baylee was the best ! I always get stressed when I have to bring in my car for a check up. Baylee put me at ease and took care of everything! Great customer service and I definitely won t go anywhere else.

Usually stellar service, this last time was not. As a non-mechanic, I immediately noticed things not done per my invoice. These were minor things, but again, things I can notice - tires were not aired up and interior was not vacuumed out as paid for. This leads me to wonder what other, more critical services weren't done.

Great, fast service and price. Really comfortable chairs! If you have wheel locks, always double-check for the key. Nearly drove away without it.

We took my wife s car in for a couple of new back tires and an alignment. This was discovered at the last service and is the second step of a three step plan we set up with our service advisor. We have plans for a brake job when we have the car serviced next. It s nice to work with a crew that understands that we need to plan work to make the budget work and still keep the car safe and reliable.

Brought my car in for a state inspection. Service was done promptly, but they found an issue. Without getting into details, Pete helped me resolve the issue and showed tremendous customer care.Thank you Pete and Caliber Auto; you just gained a returning customer!

Had a great experience with Caliber Auto. Fit me in on a Saturday, waiting room is comfortable and clean. Joe was very professional and made sure the vehicle was attended to as soon as he could. Definitely will return here again for auto repairs.

8 hands service (4 techs!)....Attention to detail and extra care demonstrated by the technicians who tended to my vehicle. This is not your typical quick lube places. Each tech is very meticulous and does a thorough job in inspecting and performing the appropriate service. Very professional management and service staff. Clean facilities and waiting room. Starbucks coffee and water service. Definitely a High CALIBER operation. I will bring all my vehicles to maintenance and repair in the future. Thank you!Services: Tires, Tire rotations, Oil change

I get my car's routine service done here. Customer service here is excellent. The waiting room is clean and comfortable. There is a kids play area and they have coffee water and tea available. Price wise they seem to be in line with the other places in the area.

Extremely bad experience. Service folks were apathetic and disengaged. My oil change included top off of windshield wiper fluid, when I got home I had a fluid low light, checked my tank and it was empty. Made me question whether or not my oil change was actually done.

The first time I took my car here it didn t go so well. But due to other shops being so busy I decided to give this place a go again. I talked to Baylee in the front she was very nice and helpful. She made me feel comfortable about taking my Nissan there. Mark was very good about telling me how the process would go and giving me affordable prices. Julia was very sweet and informative about how everything was going too. Thank you caliber!

The folks at this location are exceptional!!!Pete , Mark and the team here are great! From oil changes to car repairs, nothing but good things to say about the Caliber Fulshear LocationThey definitely have gone above and beyond for me as a normal everyday customer and will continue to earn my business! They also have a very nice waiting area with tv, courtesy shuttle to drop you off at home or work if needed, a place for kids to play and a nice selection of coffee and hot and cold drinks.Thank you Fulshear Caliber Auto Care for always taking care of my vehicle and me as a customer!

Great service from Manager David and Mark at the front desk. I got my 4 brand new tires from them and David was very prompt and kind to understand my needs at the time of our first interaction as initially I needed (or I thought so) 2 front tires but eventually decided to go for all 4 considering that 3rd tire which I thought was repairable had 3 nails holes in it. David was very helpful and led by example by changing the tires himself as they were short of one staff member due to a religious holiday. He changed the tires himself and instead of making me wait for 2 hours, he finished within 20 minutes. Thank you Dave ! I really appreciate it!The only constructive feed back that I would give is that do communicate with the customers after changing the spare tire as with these new vehicles where everything is computerized, lots of warning lights started to go off in the dash board as the spare tire (donut) doesn't have the required sensor that senses tires pressure, lane departure warning and brake system. That way customer(s) would know what to expect in case of driving with a spare tire (smaller donut type tire). This will also save time for both the staff and customer if explained briefly before the customer leaves.Best wishes.Shehryar (Shawn) Iqbal.

Our experience with Caliper was out of site. Everything was clean, the coffee hot, the work was done on time, the employees were friendly and sat down next to us and chatted with us while we waited.

Talk about an awesome auto care service. Besides it being up to date, clean, and friendly... They are actually HONEST here. Brought my vehicle in here for brake inspection cuz I thought my brakes need to be changed. The first technician who looked on the rear brakes thought they needed to be changed. So they needed to get done and they drove me home while they worked on my vehicle. I got a call later saying that when they took the tires off they found that the brakes actually did not need to be changed. So instead of being dishonest about it and processing anyway, and having me pay for it they didn't charge me anything and just did some minor maintenance for free (grease).Highly recommend this place, very friendly and was a good experience.
