Great service! Upgraded my 2005 F-150 gauge cluster from a base model XL to a FX4 package and called them on a Tuesday asking if they did odometer adjustment because I wanted to make sure I didn't change the mileage on my truck and they said they do that! Then I called Wednesday letting them know I was gonna put the gauge in on Thursday and that I would be bringing it to them Friday morning to do the fix. Come Friday morning at opening time they were expecting me and got it done in just a couple of hours! They even noticed some bulbs were out on the cluster so they replaced not just the broken ones but all of them FOR FREE! Excellent service, above and beyond, 10/10 would recommend.

Had the best experience here. The owner was really nice in helping me figure out what type of cluster I needed over the phone. He got me in quick and had my cluster done in the same day. The price was great and reasonable so thankful I found this place!

Excellent guys to work with. We had our speedometer go out in our Boxster and the new part was over $5k, we took a risk and bought a used part hoping Zepco could help.. they were able to clone it for us (saving us $4,500) and it works great. I recently found out about this place, Mike is awesome he diagnosed my car without even seeing it.i had taken my infiniti i35 to the dealer and they diagnosed my issue as the instrument cluster. So I took my cluster to zepco,and Mike checked it free of charge and he informed me that he didn't find anything wrong with my cluster. He suggested that I check my abs module,and that was the issue! Dealership mechanic had misdiagnosed my car..

I took in my 2008 Ford F-150 cluster for repairs, Mike did a fabulous job. It s working perfect and great turnaround time. I will definitely be using them for any future repairs

Excellent Work. My G35X cluster is working like new. All lights are bright and working and finally my gas guauge is not bouncing around anymore. I know how much gas is in my car. Thank Goodness!

Excellent business! Brought in an old cluster that had never been accurate and eventually became unusable. He bench checked it on the spot and knee what it would require from years of experience. It was serviced and recalibrated for a very reasonable cost. And I was only without it for a day and a half! The big shops wanted a week before they could even look at it. I hope Zepco is around for a very long time. These are the places us old car guys need to support. Thank you sir!!

They do best work in town much less in the State. Used them since late 80s. They are fair pricing and great old school service.

I wish I had known them sooner, they did great job on one of my car, I am a dealer I often get a car with odometer issue and I always sent the cluster to another state or city for repairs with shipping throw eBay, takes a week or 2 to be returned till I found these guys, GREAT GUYS !! John and Mike they repaired my Range Rover cluster and they saved me a fortune. Thank you.

After months of searching to find someone to fix the speedometer in my 97 dodge neon , I ran across these guys. This was the best money ever spent ! The owner was so nice & explained everything to me , not to mention how great the turnaround time was. Awesome experience, would definitely recommend

These guys were great to talk to, informative, expedient, and reasonable. It took them a day to fix our speedometer and it now works perfectly. Shipped it back to us very securely in 3 layers of bubble wrap, too. Great experience and I recommend!

I lived far too long with a 2007 F-150 instrument cluster that had a mind of its own. That old Ford is almost a pleasure to drive now as Zepco repaired it to perfection at a verrry reasonable cost.

We use these guys exclusively for any speedometer repairs. The last two times I ve needed a cluster checked, that haven t charged me a dime. Super honest, very knowledgeable. Don t hesitate to use them.

ZEPCO is either out of business or they have the worst customer service policy around. I have called and no one ever answers, left voice messages, sent emails and done everything but mail a letter to them and can't get a response. Maybe they have enough business and don't need any more? I want to deal with local companies whenever I can, but this company doesn't want or need my business apparently. I've found several companies out of town that are very responsive and just don't understand Zepco's philosophy.

My W220 s500 mercedes cluster stopped functioning. Took it in at 10am had it by 2pm fully functioning. Mercedes wanted to repair it at a Cost of $3800. It cost me less than $500 at zepco.Thanks Mike for the excellent and honest service.

I called Zepco to see how much it cost to have my instrument cluster rebuilt for my Pontiac Montana and they gave me a price of $279 plus tax come out $295 and I can go to AutoZone and get a brand new one for $307 plus tax and have a lifetime warranty and don't have to drive an hour and a half to get it fixed and have to wait on it little bit too high on the prices when you get a new one from auto parts store for around the same price if not a little more and get a longer warranty so if you really need your cluster repaired you need to look at the option of getting a new one versus getting a rebuilt by this place or just shop around to you can find a reasonable price
