Came for oil change special. They are ok. The process of dropping car and picking up is unclear. No one tells you where to go. Your car isn't pulled up, you have to find someone to get your car. And if there's more than one person waiting then it's honor system on who's waiting first. Doesn't seem that hard to get walkie talkies and pull up your car like other places do.

Service department is horrible. I had an 1130 appointment time for an oil change. After the service person not knowing how to look up what all is included in my service warranty. He then tried to add on services without my permission. I had to stop him I was really close to just asking for the manager but by then my faith in this department was already at it lowest, and figured he wouldn t be able to help. So now it s an hour and a half later and they can t give me an estimate of how much longer it s going to take my car.

Sorry Toyota, I know you have excellent people working on this location. Today is a disappointment for me because the driver who s supposed to take me back to my home(curtesy driver) until my car fixed was the rudest person I have never met before. He chose the other person to drop first. My home direction was completely the opposite side of town. And I asked him why he even didn t let me know on the spot when he drop the other client. I m hoping the management will take the appropriate measures as he promised.

Parts are super expensive. And they change the price in hours, and say sorry we can t lower a dime. When you give the reference to the price that was given on the phone, he said i won t sell it to you, go buy it from other agent who have you that price. Lol.A $44 part costs me $70.Toyota of irving has reasonable prices as compared to them and also they have online prices too.I asked them can you match toyota of Irving price? They said go get it from there.I mean i am not there to beg, i will pay the price, no need to be rude bro. Just asking to make the price reasonable.Tbh, i wish toyota had oem parts available online through their own website. These middle men are rip off

Had my scion services and here and the staff was amazing, my service writer Doug was quick and helped break down exactly what my vehicle needed done and what I needed to be aware of on the next visit. Additionally there was a very handsome parts guy named Chris G. That helped me out with looking at some TRD accessories, he was very informative and very helpful, I'm not sure if he ran the parts department but I can't believe how knowledgeable about my car he was! I am proud to pass a closer Toyota store in Plano just to have this location service my vehicle the way it deserves to be.

My aging 2005 Toyota Sienna was in need of its State inspection and various concerns for its 100K+ maintenance. Lee S. took care of the appointment for me, gave me a complete rundown of the needed repairs and even gave me a guided tour of the undercarriage of the car and the issues they'd found. They needed to keep the car overnight. When I returned and picked it up I was happy with how the car felt, the drive and turning were great again, and engine seemed to be purring with health! It was an expensive bill but the car needed a lot of TLC after 2 years or more of my not addressing the maintenance issues I should have.

I do not recommend servicing your car here. I was charged over $800 for an oil change, tire rotation/alignment, and spark plug replacement. This servicing also took over five hours from the time the service specialist did the walk around with me to the time I was able to take the car home. They used to not add on ancillary services that are $100 each but I just can't afford to pay almost a grand every time I get the car serviced.

Horrible horrible horrible dealership. Unfriendly staff and miserable customer service experience. Bogus appointment scheduler online. I made an oil change reservation online and my car was done three hours later. When I asked about the use of an appointment if it is not kept, I was told visiting a doctor has the same experience. I wouldn't recommend this dealership.

Seems like a decent place. I think it's a bit over priced I had to wait a long time to get helped but the people were friendly and they had plenty of seating. They gave me a ticket for a "commentary $6 car wash". Other dealerships wash cars for free with service. Also if you have to pay it isn't complimentary......

Had a problem with my truck after receiving it's delivery from diagnosis. Ray the shop foreman was a step above on resolving the issue the next day after reporting it. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and understanding. He was very hands-on when it came to fixing the problem. Thank you!

I give this place negative 5 stars. This dealership is very crooked. They drove my vehicle home for personal use and somebody had their dog and children inside the car. The dog scratched up the dashboard and dog food was spilled in the trunk. Baby clothes were left in the back seat. And the car smells like wet dog. And they over charge you for simple labor. I recommend people stay far away from this place. Horrible management and worker's.

I have been using this place for last 6 years. Never had these guys made a blunder, they take care on the stuff well SD try to give some suggestions as well.Has a nice waiting area and a separate working area. The shuttle service staff is very friendly and accomodative.

Even though I had an appointment, it took 3 and a half hours to get my oil changed.If you can at all, it's better to do this during the week. They do have shutter service,so theoticaly you can drop it off on your way to work. But that didn't work for me since I have to use my car all week.Still everyone was really nice, they do a thorough job and try to warn you if they see a potential future hazzard. It was great.(Except for the screaming children ... not everyone has a Saturday babysitter.)

Poor services! I made appointment for oil change for my Camary 2018. Get in the garage on appointment date/time, no body came until I ask (after approximately 15 min). I requested call me when service completed but got no call. I decided to come to the cashier and noticed my car service has done. Total time for just oil change is 2.5 hours is not good. This place should improve the process. Courtersy Nissan dealer in Richardson is much better compare with Toyota of Richardson.

Had a very good experience at Toyota of Richardson while shopping the last 3 weeks for a used Avalanche. Of all the private owners and dealers they had the lowest mileage vehicle albeit at a higher price. I took into account the ability to get the truck fixed if something went wrong in the first 90 days and was even upgraded to a longer warranty for little down. This turned out to be the deciding factor as well as the great care I received from my salesman, Adam Flores. Since I only have a motorcycle to drive he came and picked me up and drove me to the dealership. They did a real nice job of prepping the vehicle and Jerry made finance a snap. I got a great vehicle out of the bargain and am extremely satisfied. No hard sell or let me talk to my manager stuff. Buying a car is a lot different than it was 20 years ago. With the internet if you go into a dealership unprepared, shame on you. Good people at Toyota of Richardson. thanks so much for making my day!

They pretend that they really care about you but in reality they're just like any other sales person trying to make the sale. Once in the finance department, James Brown did not seem to take no for an answer. He will keep you in his office for hours trying to convince you to buy something you had told him no to in the beginning. We then asked him to send the paperwork to the bank we got the loan from and he did not do it. We then had the bank call them to get it done and they send paperwork with the warranty we had said no to on the statement. So make sure to check the paperwork before signing the final papers. They will try to trick you. Then when we picked up the car they did not have it ready when we specifically said the day and time we were going to pick it up. To make it worse, they did not even fill up the gas tank to full. Definitely do not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I when to get a standard Oil change this morning, when i pulled up. I noticed only three cars in front of me. The employee that walked up to me asked what i need, i simply told them i need a oil change. Not even a full second passed. I was told it will take 3 hours.. on a TUESDAY Morning. Every time I go to this Toyota repair center, i get bad Customer experience and service, last time I was there i was told it would take 2 hours for an oil change, i ended waiting 4 hours for an oil change. Im not upset at the employee. I'm upset at the service over all, the management of this business. I hope that the SEO and CFO of Toyota read my comment, because this is the face of Toyota and customers are upset and are likely not going to recommend Toyota from this area. Richardson Toyota.

I fixed my inverter pump here. They fixed pipe, coolant control valve, coolant liquid, the brake liquid, spark plugs($230), which charged me $1350. However, inverter pump problem still's on, and they want to charge me extra $750, cuz they said computer told them there were no problems with my vehicle. However, inverter pump is the main reason why I am here. I told them I got four lights on my dashboard, the problem usually occurred when the outside temperature is high. They ignore my statement, and said your inverter pump is broken based on what you are saying ???!!! Anyway, I didn't believe that part is broken since the computer detects nothing for that. I can't believe that pro people only believes in computer diagnose result and the entire store ignore what the customer said. Never will be there.

Have had a few recalls done for our Toyota's and the service is great. They are quick and generally do their best to coordinate with one another internally. They have free coffee, donuts and cookies too. Free wifi keeps me productive while waiting.

Completely rude, awful people. Go ANYWHERE but here! I received a phone call telling me to come pick up a part that was in on Friday morning, then made the 45 minute drive to the dealership only to be ignored standing in line by myself for 15 minutes watching a sea of "old boy" males walk around me, ignoring me entirely despite the fact that there were a TON of people working there, not busy, and talking about what flavor ice cream they wanted for lunch.After my wait I was told that my "part wasn't in" and not only that but it "probably would never be in because its on back order". He then tried to get lazy because I was upset, and tried to get me to order directly from the Austin facility instead, so that I would be charged shipping instead of the Toyota of Richardson dealership. I was never even told that this part was going to be a problem getting ahold of. After my entire ordeal, I got back home and looked for the part on a certain "worldwide auction site" (That you probably know and starts with an 'E'.), and I found the exact same part available with FREE SHIPPING for over a HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS CHEAPER!!!! This place is a scam. Will -never- go back.( Also this is a side note in case someone from management reads this, but it looks like the frigging 1960's behind your counter. ALL MEN. ALL RUDE. ALL DRESSED CASUALLY... and yet one SINGLE female up-front as a cashier in high heels and lipstick dolled up to all hell. I just hope none of your workers files a suit, because it's obvious something is 'wrong' with the management here. It's 2014. Get with the times and hire some people interested in doing their jobs. )

Tooooooooooo bad experience with their free car drive service. Let me wait three hours. And never show up. Never been here!!! I told you. They will ignore you. And cheat to say they called me twice. I m waiting here for three hours for picking up.

Buying experience OK - post-purchase paperwork and service was terrible. You're better off with another dealership that can manage to get your title to you the first time... theyve had 2 tries and now I have to do it myself... and its going to be a duplicate.

Just bought a Toyota Highlander and received super service from our sales gal, Sara Rodriguez. After one month as a salesperson, what she lacked in knowledge she made up for with enthusiasm and a desire to please. She got us answers to all our questions, and did not pressure us with a heavy sales tactics. We drove home with our car that afternoon and enjoyed our experience at the dealership.

I went in to look at cars and for the next 4 weeks I have received toooooooo many phone calls from a desperate salesman trying to sell me a car. I have requested several times to be removed from their list and for them to stop calling me. They don't, they just have a manager call me. There sales people are RUDE and the customer service is BADDo NOT shop or buy from them.The good reviews on this site are from their employee's
