My daughter bought a pre owned Tacoma today and our salesman, Sam, was GREAT! Start to finish, it was a pleasant experience, including Jesse in finance. Everyone was very nice! I highly recommend! My only suggestion is to bring a blanket because it s FREEZING in there!!

I had such a great experience with Robert Walker and Cody T. Cody followed up with me non stop until he found the perfect vehicle for me and my needs. I promise you this if you need a great deal Call Cody T or Robert Walker. Brian Smith did my paperwork and made it super easy. I love Toyota of Richardson.

Rob B was awesome and very clear with insurance! This was my third time in a dealership and was distinct from the others. My salesman Amer(Red) was cool and ready to give help. Of course they have to sell but overall he helped me and kind of understandable so I recommend coming to this place, take your time to think about getting any car or not. Don t feel pressure and work together with the dealer so both sides win.

I had the pleasure of talking to Terence, who was extremely nice and took care of my needs. He made sure he worked with my no down payment and got me to the amount I wanted to pay for my car note. He even compared prices of the same car from numerous website to make sure I had the best deal. In addition, he was very nice and was very genuine. He wasn t like those sales people who would lie to you just to make a quick sale. If you ever need a vehicle, I recommend Toyota of Richardson and ask for Terrance!

Check your KBB!! Dealership bought truck back after they were caught switching warranty plans in the finance department. Everything was according and agreed upon prior to going to finance side. After them buying the truck back they owed $13,000 in return but WILL NOT CUT THE CHECK until title is in hand. Credit union was contacted and verified vehicle was paid for in full by dealer and in transit but they will not hold their end of the deal after contract was signed agreeing they will pay up the money once car was paid for. Robert Alici used car sales rep could not keep his composure and was pulled away from speaking with us due to him yelling in his own new car sales building and wasn t allowed to speak with us. Brad Clark, Managing Partner main director has been contacted on several occasions and appointments set up via front desk rep but has not been able to be contacted. After several trips and false promises, false contracts and verbal agreements we have made no progress. If you do decide to purchase review your contracts!! They will change things without your supervision. I would not recommend any purchases if you do make sure to read up before coming and inform yourself on who you are about to deal with. Now going on a month without a vehicle and no check from the dealership that is owed definitely inconveniencing my family that has been more than understanding and patient very poor business. Truck was for sale the following day but yet we can t get a check because title hasn t arrived in there hand physically. Please be aware! Truck in question pictures have been provided.

I can t thank Terrence and Rob enough for helping me purchase my dream car. They assisted us from the moment we walked in. Terrence answered all of our questions and was professional. Despite being busy, Terrence and Rob worked as a team and assisted us in a timely manner. This was our first time purchasing a vehicle, and they made the experience smooth. Our experience at Toyota of Richardson was easy and painless! Corbin Martin, our sales rep, was great at helping us locate our future vehicle and made the process super easy and quick! We arrived at 11:30a and drove off the lot by 1:25p! Everything was top notch! Couldn t recommend them more!

Had a great time, as much as one can buying a vehicle in this economy, at Toyota of Richardson. Meghdad "Matt" Ghasemi was a great salesman and did his best to work with us and get us the best deal. I recommend coming here using him if you can. Great service, kind and knowledge people.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Toyota in Richardson , and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was greeted warmly by Ryan Boyd and Bobby Jefferson. Bobby then made the entire experience as smooth as possible. Good customer service, friendly employee, I was welcomed with a bid smile. Overall, the whole experience was a memorable one. I am grateful for making it possible for me to own a car through Toyota of Richardson. I promise to be a loyer customer and made Toyota of Richardson proud. The manager, finance manager, and sales manager are all amazing people. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family members because they are the best I have ever seen. Me and wife were looking for a specific color and edition of the Rav 4 as we live 4 hours away we weren t able to find it, we happened to have called Toyota of Richardson, we spoke with Akhil who said we don t have the specific trim but if we would wait he would get us one, after we put a deposit, we were very skeptical to put deposit but he then said which I will never forget I won t give up so you shouldn t and that s when we decided to put the deposit. Within a couple of weeks he got us the car we wanted, and this was more special as my wife just beat cancer and she really wanted this color and trim. He not only delivered with a smile but also followed up with us that night to check if we reached home Safely as we drove from 4 hours away. What a great customer service and experience Thank you Akhil and Toyota of Richardson.

Thank you so much Matt for the amazing customer service. After a not so great experience in the used vehicle department, I decided to walk over to the new vehicle building prior to calling it quits. Matt was immediately attentive, patient and a great salesman to work with. He worked with us for a few days making sure we found exactly what we needed. He sent us photos, videos and was always available for any questions we had. Ultimately, he was able to find the perfect vehicle with a great deal we could not resist. This was the second car I purchased there and the process was a breeze, it only took roughly two hours. There was several colors to choose from of the style I wanted. Lonnie was very attentive to what I wanted and the budget range I wanted to stay within. When and if decide to car shop again it will most definitely with them.
