I purchased an auto from them back in April of 2022. That experience was amazing absolutely hands down best experience in purchasing an auto and I ve purchased many throughout my life.Now, for the horrible experience. My car is a little over a year old. My A/C has decided it will work some days and not others in this 100 plus degree weather. I scheduled an online appointment per requirement for service. I arrived yesterday approximately 1 hour prior to my appointment. Might I add I put on my appointment request customer would wait along with exactly the said problem. The young man told me I would have to leave my car ..ok nobody told me ahead of time my car would need to be left and I just drove 90 minutes to arrive at this place. I was very upset so the Manager Mike comes out. They do not have a loaner car for me and proceeded to tell me that if the A/C is currently working they will not be able to diagnose it. I m fuming mad at this point and walk out! I have contacted corporate along with some others as well. If you expect service after the purchase go with American made car!Update:Spoke with Alex the GM and assured me if it is a warranty issue they will get it fixed as my concern was with the mileage and going over the 36,000 miles. Once this issue is resolved I will update and change my star rating.He also made me aware they get 500 appointments a day and do not have time to review them ahead of time.I feel as if instead of addressing issues they make the customer feel as if they did something wrong. I was also informed by Alex, the owner made the statement if this does not stop they will break ties with me and refuse service.Update:September 5thTook my car back in for them to repair and the blower motor was bad. Service Department was very nice and Victor text along the way to keep me informed.

Received a email stating service for a old lease on a Mazda I purchased at this Dealership. The service department has emailed me, that same car is due for its 6 month service. This same service department charged me a high amount for one of my maintenances on the car, they didn't tell me what it would be before I arrived for the appointment and I was already there. Mind you any time I waited on the waiting room they always wanted to ask me to upgrade chair the filter for this much, and add this or that. I need a strut repaired and they allowed me to leave after paying nearly 600 for a maintenance and never brought up the broken strut, but were trying to sell me tires. I went home and my boyfriend told me the car was still not driving correctly. After we went back together which is sad. He told them they as a service department couldn't see the strut was broken but wanted to charge me more for extra unnecessary add one? They did maintenance on the car and never bothered to tell me about that one issue that was covered under my warranty! We went to discount tires for new tires and had the car aligned as well. Please be cautious and always make sure to get the estimate and all the charges separate for each service they are requiring for the maintenance.

Took the car in to have the AC looked at and the screen replaced due to a ghost issue and have the Apple Car Play installed at the same time. The ghost in the screen was diagnose in 2022 but they couldn't get the parts. Took it in August 2023. They wanted me to pay again for the screen diagnostic as the initial diagnostic wasn't in their system. After much arguing they took the car in. They sent a video to give you a recap on what they found and need to be done but it was inaudible. Called in but the receptionist at the service center refused to pass me to someone who could talk to me as "they only send a video" and "no one is allowed to talk to me". Again after much arguing and calling twice, I was put in touch with the Service Center Supervisor. He explained to me that they just need to fill up the AC, they had the replacement touch screen in stock and would at the time install the Apple CarPlay. Approved for the work to be performed.Went to get the car, paid and drove away. To my surprise arrived at home to realize the Apple CarPlay wasn't installed.Called back Mike, told me to come back the following day and he would himself install the Apple CarPlay.Arrived that day as agreed with Mike, car was taken by a technician, waited 45 minutes. Then Mike came to see me to tell me they couldn't do the Apple CarPlay. Apparently my car was too old.I was told 3 times it could be done, took the car 3 times to the Service Center, was charged $2,000 ++ and still no Apple CarPlay.Mike told me it would be better for me to take the car to Car Toy where they can actually this type of work ?????Would I have known a year ago Mazda couldn't do it I would sold the car, save the $2,000 and bought a car that is modern enough to have the Apple CarPlayIt was the first Mazda I bought, the poor experience with the quality of the car itself was a turn off when after only 5 year it needs a new screen that "wasn't covered by the warranty".The terrible experience with the Service Center that tells me I would have better luck with another company doing the work just adds insult to injury.

Town North Mazda has an excellent service center. The sales associates are laid back, friendly and honest. I love how whenever I take my car in, they text me a video of my car on the lift and walk me through the underside components they inspected. They also show under the hood if they did any work or tests there. It's so cool to hear the mechanic's thought process as he records himself walking around the car. I will definitely be coming back a third time for my next routine maintenance interval.

I went in to Town North Mazda after receiving a call from Isiah with the intentions of purchasing a 2021 Mazda 6. I didnt qualify for that however, Isiah being as awesome as he is didnt just try to put me in anything. He made sure it was something I could afford and be proud of. I am head over heels in love with my 2014 Lexus IS 350! I can't leave out my boy Craig in financing this pair of guys together are outstanding! I will be purchasing another car from them. If you're looking for a good reliable affordable car go see Isiah and Craig they will take care of you just like they did me.

Not sure why they hide the coffee and vending machines far away from the service waiting area. They are actually in the back near the bathrooms. Service managers have no energy. Facility is new.

Victor is the best service advisor! He knew my name even though I have only been there a few times for oil changes. He told me exactly how long it would take to service my car. Then called me when it was done.

Aaron was the guy in services to answer my call and fit me in the schedule. I may live far from this dealership but it s the one I m going to if I need anything instead of McKinney.

The staff was great! Very friendly and informative. I love that they send a video going over the whole vehicle. My only complaint is that the wait time was almost an hour longer than they initially estimated.

It's a jungle out there like Monk just to say. I'm on the market for my 8th car, I've dealt with many sales people and dealers before to fall for their sales techniques...The sales person laughed at me because I didn't want to add their packages service and other fees they presented me. The current value of my car for trade in according with the bank its 6k lower thanp their appraisal... Then sales manager tries to persuade me talking about interest rates fluctuations by the Department of Treasure which is off topic... I walked away from rigged system of car dealerships.I went to another where the story its different... Third dealership this week... Whatever happened with give customers what they asked?

Super bad attitude, no patient. I call several times, and left the number, but no one back to me. When I come to the shop, still bad attitude and even threaten me because I don't want to drop off the car. ridiculous!

I love the Service Department. Victor always makes sure I am satisfied in my decisions for what service needs to be done. Receiving the video of the inspection and breakdown of my car needs is a great addition. I will never take my car anywhere else.

Sammy was easy going and friendly as he helped me buy my CX-5. Financing was relaxed and painless. This dealership has an easy-going vibe that makes the car buying process smooth. Overall, great experience. Would definitely recommend!

AC suddenly quit working on my 2019 CX-5 and they can't get me in for two weeks. It's hot out. Mazda of McKinney got me in next day.To owner response: I called on a Wednesday and they told me Monday was the earliest they could get me an appointment, not same day. Then they informed me about the A/C machine and told me two weeks.Service: Air conditioning

Be very proactive around warranty inspections. You have to book weeks in advance which leads to a high likely hood of your warranty being voided if you miss the window. If the wait for a simple inspection is longer than a week one would think they would hire more staff to reduce the backlog. One would be wrong.

Fast service. Have a decent waiting room, coffee provided. My agent Raylene was nice, but she wasn't in her best mood! They send you a video during your visit, checkin motor and breaks and stuff, which was sooooo cooool.

Perry the tech is the dude to go to for alignments. He was really respectful, knowledgeable, and chill. Places need more people like him. He went over and beyond helping me with my alignment problem on my 2004 MSM I thanks Track Dog Racing for recommending him. Keep up the good work Perry!

They're good in what they do they make sure your quote is correct they will call you if something else is wrong with your car to see if you would like for them to correct it I love Town Mazda Nort

We have been coming to Town North Mazda's service department for years, and our service advisor/consultant is Viktor Bernal. Viktor is amazing on all levels of the spectrum from greeting, customer service, friendliness, respect, customer engagement, information, promised time frame. and more and more. This service location will nickel & dime you on everything including $100 fee to read the check engine light(usually free at other Mazda dealerships and even auto zone)They will also try to charge you if parts go out when under warranty and there are any cosmetic blemishes(e.g. scratches)I will stick to driving further to dealers where you aren t charged for everything they can imagine
