I recently had the pleasure of bringing my 2008 Hummer H2 to Auto Pro Shop for some major repairs, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I have many good stories about this business from using their services over the last 12 to 15 years. They are very honest, knowledgeable, great long lasting repairs, and able to complete repairs in a very timely manner. A good example; my daughter came in for a visit and her AC was not cooling the car. I'm thinking ok here goes $1500 or more! They called me about an hour later and said the fix was replace the in cabin air filter" for about $50, any place else would have charged us at least $1500! On another vehicle they rebuilt the engine and it has run great for the last 150,000 miles.

Very honest and friendly people! Came in for an oil change and showed me I needed brakes! Did not push me to buy them right there but told me to get them done as soon as I can due to safety issues! I ended coming back for service a week later! Profesional and courteous people!

I Was given quote for several repairs at another shop, I wanted a second opinion. Told me what was wrong with my car and gave an estimate that was a lot cheaper than the other repair shop, for the same exact problems. Very professional and honest people.

Came in for quick service! Checked and topped off all my fluids! Said brakes were low but didn't push me to buy them! I told them I'd get them done soon. Very polite and courteous customer service!

Very nice staff and helpful. Very quick with getting on and fixing your vehicle. And very good at keeping it touch with you while working on your vehicle. I take all my vehicles here now.

I recently took my car to Auto Pro Shop for some repairs, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. If you want your car fixed at a reasonable price better go to pro auto they know exactly what they are doing I appreciate yall for fixing my car at a good price Firestone was tryna charge me a arm and leg for some belts for my car but nahh frfr auto pro is the best place for your car

Took my 2013 Sonata in for some general maintenance. They didn't try and "fix" anything extra that wasn't needed. They were up front about the wait time, they called me at every step of the process to get my approval etc. 10/10, I'll be a customer for life.

I only wish I lived in town so I could make The Auto Pro Shop my go-to auto mechanic. I heard a noise coming from my car, took it to Firestone they said it'll be $700, I didn't trust what they were telling me. Drove by auto Pro Shop, never been here before and asked them to check the noise. They took it inside and within a few minutes told me it was a bottom cover that is scraping against the ground and was not needed. The cover can be removed and won't cause any damage. I told them to remove it. when it was done, they told me there was no charge to remove that cover. Very honest and friendly people.

Great and warm staff! My belt was breaking on my car and I was able to drop my car off during a busy Saturday and get it fixed very fast same day. Although, The shop was very busy. They still fit me in the schedule and fixed my AC right the first time. The mechanic was so detail in his work and took the time to show me the problems that was wrong with my A/c. Mr Ray and the staff are very friendly and professional. I trust this shop to work on my vehicles.Again. this shop has blessed me and made me so happy. i had to hug the manager. On last week. when the weather got below 20 degress. my truck tried to crank but failed. had a mechanic look at it. My starter was completely loose from engine frame. The screws had stripped and broken from starter. I called Auto Pro and This shop wasnt sure when they could check or remove screws and when they could get to my truck. I trust God utilmately. But these guys kept truck overnight after i had it towed to their shop late evening. After mechanic looked at screws. He was uncertain if the engine would be damage in attempt to remove the stripped bolts. They took one day and called me back with the good news. They had to order the replacement bolts twice to get the correct ones. These guys are eager to help though they dont know when they can get to your car. I dont like leaving my vehicle. This shop dont like holding your car. its convenient to leave it for them so they can get to you when mechanic. is available. This is the first shop I dont mind leaving my car. I have known these guys for years and years and they have genuinely been the most consistent, honest people when it comes to any repairs and suggestions . They don t rush through any repairs and all the work is done with integrity and quality. Would recommend to anyone looking for a long term auto maintenance/repair shop. I called to make an appt and they told me no appt needed - first come, first serve - which is fine. But then they said it would take 2-5days!!!!!! before the could even look at my car.I need an oil change and 2 diagnostic codes read. 2-5 days is insane - who in Dallas can go without their car for 2 days much less 5?!

I been taking my car to them for over 8 years. They are very knowledgeable and quick on fixing any car issue. They are very trustworthy and their prices are affordable! I definitely would recommend them to anyone who is looking for some where to get their car fixed!

Took my vehicle hear a month ago bc it was leaking coolant. I was told my thermostat housing needed replaced. I ended up paying $606 $380 of that was for labor and it only took them 20min to fix it.....kinda fishy. A month later my car is having the same problem. Took it to my dealership and they tell me Thermostat housing is leaking. Brought it back to Pro Auto told them my housing is leaking only for them to say its my Water Pump and my belt needs changing all of this for $506 wow! Either my car was never fixed properly the first time or Pro Auto isnt owning up to their mistake. Besides over charging for Labor, the mechanics lack integrity in their work. I would definitely recommend comparing prices and checking their work. The guy who works the front however was very polite.

I have been using these mechanics for years. They started out as Ross Auto off of 75(central), they needed more space so they sold the old shop and moved into the new space. Part of the sale was that the new buyers got to keep the Name and the phone number, don't be fooled they are not the same.Ray and his guys have helped me and my family through countless issues on several different vehicles. They are good and honest about what they do. There have been a few times that I could not afford what ever was needed to fix the problem, and they were savy enough to come up with short-term fixes for me so that I could still drive my vehicle and save up to pay for the repair.I suggest them to anyone looking for a reputable, honest, and quick mechanic.

I had a state inspection and oil change here. They also replaced the wipers. Total was about $120 and took one hour. Lobby is a no frills affair with eight seats and pretty much nothing else.Mechanics seem knowledgeable and trustworthy.

Taken all of my vehicles here since moving to Texas. Never had an issue. Honest estimates. No surprises. 'Coach' is beyond words. Only mechanic now where i can drop off my vehicle and not worry at all about. Such good ppl, i even bought a car from them!!!

True story - took my mustang here for annual synthetic oil change and inspection (I'm cool like that). This was the first time (now 3 years running), and the guy said I had a leak on my sensor. I'm a bit of a mech guy, and I hadn't noticed, nor saw, any oil on the garage floor. So, I called BS and said not to replace it. Well... a month later I noticed it. Guess where I took it?!

These guys are THE BEST AND FAIR . They found a low level in my power steering cylinder and fixed it cheaply. City Garage EARLIER suggested they needed to change the fluid with a special fluid. Avoid them.Auto Pro is the real DEAL IN KNOWLEDGEABLE HONEST MECHANICS
