Excellent experience at Surround Sound! AJ was incredibly helpful in getting me set up with a great set of Focals and a new stereo. The install cost was very reasonable and they took the time to familiarize me with the stereo. Super happy customer

Aj is amazing! He is always so nice and giving everyone a quality experience when they show up. He's honest about pricing, as well as overly fair. The guys in the back do an amazing job on the installs. Randy, Joel & Leo really bust their butts when they go to work. Those jobs are definitely not always easy, but they get it done.

Been bringing my cars (multiple Nissans and Teslas) to AJ for nearly 15 years. Always great results and he stands behind their work. Also, probably the best prices in DFW. I have absolutely no reservations in recommending them

I have a 2015 Jeep Renegade Latitude & I Was Referred To AJ by a close friend of his that he could get the job done so I bought a after market radio offline brought it to him and boom he took good care of me and even gave me a warranty appreciate you AJ!

I brought my 2019 Tundra in for amp and subwoofer installation. Then again brought it back for full window tinting and nano ceramic windshield. My experience both times was very professional and pleasurable. I enjoyed the knowledge and attention that was given to help me make the best decisions for my style in customizing my badass truck!

Update many years later! I called up, spoke with Ali and AJ, didn't remind who I was and got my surprise upgrading my wife's car in just under the deadlome with almost no notice!! Always great catching up and always quality work from fantastic people!!! Got all the windows tinted on my wife's car and they were kind enough to squeeze me in last minute and the best deal for truly quality tint (Highest Quality Ceramic non-metal infused tint) and pricing is flat-out unbeatable for this kind of expertise!! We'll absolutely be back for the front windshield clear heat rejection tint and replacing the tint on our Jeep and new Audio System and Remote Start for my Wife's car. You guys rock and keep up the fantastic work!!!Been going to surround sound for about 4 years now, Mark and Ajay are truly great people to the core! They are extremely honest and always cut you the best deal no matter what! I can promise you they always treat you from the second you walk in, like a friend they haven't seen in years! AJ and the team are great. Had system installed in my kids car at surround sound 3 years ago. My son recently thought his speaker was blown brought it up to surround sound and AJ and holly got me right in they troubleshooted the issue and it was a crossed plug that came out and my kid put it back in the wrong spot in the amp. That is what caused the amp and speakers to sound like they were blown. Straight up honest and dependable, life time warranty on install and there was no charge. If your looking for a stereo surround sound is the place. Excellent service and warranty.

I wanted to change my car speakers and Surround Sound were absolute professionals. AJ offered to listen to the car's audio and made sure that I was making the right choice before I purchased anything. I'm a little new to car mods but some of their long-time customers gave me some great advice and assured me that I was with the right people. They are reasonably priced and I will be trusting them for all of my future car modifications!

I just had a receiver and backup camera installed in my father in law's SUV by Surround Sound and AJ was excellent! He gave us a very reasonable price and helped us after in figuring out how to use some of the features! Excellent customer service! Highly recommend you get your equipment installed here! Lot of stereo places will not install customer bought equipment or they will charge a "testing/bench fee" to penalize you. Not here! Very honest and straightforward!Will definitely return for all my future needs!

AJ and his crew provided awsome service. All other audio shops were charging me an outrageous amount to fix my cars audio problem. I have a 2012 lexus IS250 with factory amp malfunctioning. 3 other estimates were double and triple what AJ quoted me. It was a simple fix and they did not price gouge. The workmanship ans service was great . AJ quoted me a price and stuck to it. WIll bring all my vehicle to this audio shop in the future and I strongy recommend using Surround sound for your car electronics needs. My car is bumping now and I am extremely satisfied.

Had a great experience here. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable. All pricing was upfront and accurate. The work done was great and they left the vehicle in great condition. On top of all that, they agreed to stay after hours to allow me time to get to the store to pick up the vehicle - Excellent customer service.

These guys went above and beyond on their customer service skills, quality of the job, attention to detail, and price fairness. Marvin and a young lady took care of me and gave me all the technical info needed to make sure that I got what I wanted, they kept me posted all the time about what was happening with my Jeep (wrangler 94). Will definitely come back again and totally recommend them!

We took our 2003 motor home to Surround Sound to have a new radio and back-up camera installed. A.J. and his team installed a modern radio and camera system in short order. However, the initial radio had a lot of background noise when using hand-free calling. Although we told A.J. we were willing to accept the radio as it was, he asked that we leave our vehicle with them a little while longer, and they ended up providing a solution that eliminated the noise and made all the features work perfectly. We are completely happy with the work they did, and they went above and beyond the norm on customer service. I highly recommend this company.

My 2003 Chevy Tahoe finally has the radio working again. Surround Sound with blue tooth and phone able to speak through the stereo. So awesome. Very affordable.

Friday, their busiest day.. Didn't know - didn't make any difference.Was referred by dealer on new full size vehicle. Wanting window tinting.I walked in, no prior call or appointment.Hugo greeted me, very nice and friendly. I Explained what I would like done and where I had been referred from.He explained about different types of tinting and and quality and installation. Showed colors and choices available and made suggestions for the vehicle I had. Very nice explanation and NO salesy or pushy stuff. Good clear and informative explanation and cost options.He said they could do it today!Would be about 1 1/2 hr. I thought I would need to bring it back. They have two work areas.Busy place, but relaxed atmosphere and nothing furious. Professional and pleasant and interesting business.I handed him the keys, looked around at all the cusom equipment and he let me watch the installation of audio and visual equipment in a Lamborghini.These guys do really special custom high end things. Didn't treat me or anyone any different regardless of spending thousands or general window tinting. Kinda fun just watching.Very impressed with Hugo and A.J. and the other guys working there. Friendly, conversant, straight talk and pricing.Great job on completion, less than the 1 1/2 hours.My full and complete five star recommendation.Absolutely pleased!

I've taken multiple cars there over the years, nice ones and trashy ones and the service has been the same quality...i.e. I needed to tint my POS dodge truck due to some road trip action that needed to happen. They knocked it out 2hrs (including old garbage tint removal). The work is quality thanks to AJ.

Service is very good, they treat you very good! But the work on my car was on just didn't like it when they don't clean up their wiring job and make it look clean. It might just be me I like everything to look professionally install and not messing.

Got a dash cam for Christmas. I wanted a professional install job so I checked a few local places and chose Surround Sound. We struck a deal over the phone and the install is perfection. These guys are honest and their work is top notch.

I dont recommend this place because they dont stand behind there work. I took my car for several things and spent thousands only to find out they burned the computer to my car. Im having to pay a shop $1250 for a new computer. I spoke to the owner and he was willing to help at first then after keeping my car for an additional month to try to find the problem i ended up having a tow truck pick it up. I told him what his tech did to my car and they denied it ,the owner did not offer to pay for the computer after i told him what it cost. Bad buisness will not get u anywhere, do not go there!!!!!

This place is awesome. They put Carplay in my car and did an excellent job. Even drove me and my elderly mother to the shopping strip down the road while they worked on my car. I will go to them for future needs. AJ and his staff were wonderful!

I have completed five cars at Surround Sound. While I understand that for some people customer service is imperative for me the work done is all that it matters. They've done everything I asked for: mirror upgrade, stereo upgrade, tint, front end camera and back end camera installations properly so I can't complain. I always go back to this place.
