Shaun Heiden a great job going over my car that needed a repair. Shaun explained the work that had to be done clearly I got my car back it was repaired perfectly.. I highly recommend Shaun and Crash Champions for auto repair.

I was hit my a uhaul truck and dropped my car off to receive a proper estimate. Michael was the representative that helped me and he was very frank and that ignored me for almost two weeks after he assured me the estimate could be competed within two days.My car was deemed a total loss so I came by to gather my belongings and this was the state of my car. Actual human pee was left in the driver side cup holder in the clear cup.Weed,trash and ripped up clothes were on my front seat. It was clear my car was not locked and a homeless person had been in there. When I let the staff know they assured me the car was locked and that the belongs were probably mine. DO NOT TRUST these people.

Shaun was very helpful & communicative all throughout the process of fixing my car. It was apparent he had my best interest in mind, and he gave regular updates on the progress. Overall he went above & beyond, and my car was fully fixed in a timely manner. I ll definitely come back next time I am in need of repairs. This location also partners with AAA and Enterprise so that made the rental & payment go very smoothly

I had a great experience with this company. Shaun went above and beyond to make sure my car was complete and to my liking. Also he waited after hours on a Friday to make sure I was able to get my vehicle because I got off late. Will definitely be back. Thank you!

Brought my wife s vehicle in for a hood adjustment. This shop did the original work back in 2017 and were known by a different name back then. Everyone was so pleasant and professional. Nicole set me up with an appointment so someone could assess the issue. I brought the vehicle in per the appointment scheduled. Shaun took a look and determined it could likely be resolved as I waited. Shaun was a total pro! He had the vehicle maybe 15 minutes and brought it back to me to inspect. The issue was resolved. Thanks to Shaun and the rest of the team for a most pleasant experience.

Sean is fantastic! I never had to worry about what was going on with the car because I got daily texts and updates throughout the entire process. They even noticed a situation on my car that needed to be fixed and called me and asked me if I wanted to add that to, the bill. I highly recommend crash champions, but you need to always ask for Sean!

Thank you Shaun Heiden for repairing my door on my Toyota Tacoma. I actually went out of my way to find him after he left his former business. He has been my crash consultant for about 10 years. He has repaired one of my cars twice already and enabled me to save it rather than having to purchase another. He also helped me get some more settlement money with my insurance company.call. The other quality competitor was twice as high. I will refer my friends and others to yall.

I can say that the previous members of Service King were absolutely amazing. I actually felt very upset to have come back a few months later to get not even close to the same experience. I was serviced well at the beginning of the experience. Easy communication lots of updates . A phone call away to get any of my questions answered. Eventually the ending of my repairs came and something as simple as a horn was not fixed. The part that made it more interesting was my hood (obvious part of the repair) was not even completely closing as well as my door suddenly not having a speaker on it. Moving forward it s been approximately another 2 weeks and the promise of fixing the issues were considered a courtesy . So far no follow up and my horn works occasionally. Other repair shops would at least give some sort of ETA or at least clean behind themselves (I.e. boot marks on mats). General Manager was included in the conversation as well as Michael. Empty promises here!!!

THE ABSOLUTE WORST SHOP IN RICHARDSON!!!! I used them after getting rear ended and everything that they did is falling apart. They were supposed to be done with my car in 2 weeks and it took them 5 MONTHS to give me my car back. When they did, they had been driving my car with an unbalanced lift, (I ride on airbags) settings were all over the place .and they got a nail in my tire and when I told them they did not help. The back light which they fixed fell off 1 day after getting my car and when I contacted them they never responded. The bottom carbon fiber piece that was replaced due to being rear ended was placed incorrectly and is constantly falling off. It took them 5 MONTHS for them to give me a car that s falling apart . I would never recommend using this shop if you need work that s well done. If you re looking for mediocre work this is your spot!Service: Body & Trim

Staff was friendly, recieved text messages along the way, car was vacuumed out and wiped down when I returned to get it, and the car looks nice. Additionally, they were able to complete it for less than than originally quoted which was a positive. Even agreed to return the rental as I picked up my vehicle on a Saturday.However, 2 things that I had to give feedback on.....I made an appt and had to wait 25 mins to be checked in. I flew over there to honor their time since they allow for online scheduling and then waited which means I could've taken my time getting there no problem. And when receiving my car back I was told about the emailed surveys but "anything under a 10 is considered a fail so please call us first before responding on a survey if you had any issues". I don't think that's fair to other customers. I would've gave a 9 because this location needed to be more adequately staffed as the phone rang with 2 people in the lobby but I refuse to lie for numbers sake so I skipped their survey but wanted to inform people here.Maybe call before you go and see if it's a good time, idk. Just my thoughts!

I took my vehicle in for repair at the Little Elm location. I had a scheduled appointment with that location, but due to a shortage of staff they towed my vehicle to this location. My vehicle was less than a year old. They refused to diagnosis the suspension issues that were occurring after the accident, which involved a major impact to the front driver side tire. This was a DRP for USAA. It is my fault for not listening to my gut and taking it to the Dealership's Collision Center. Their estimate call to clear coat the entire hood. Yet the elected not to repair 1 or 2 small rock chips in the hood. Instead that clear coated right over them making them stand out. I say stand out because I never knew that they were there prior to the accident. Additionally, the proper method would have been to repair the chips or at least offer to paint them if not covered by insurance. NOPE. Instead they just did a half @$$ job. There is over spray ever where and orange peel on the fender and hood. You will even see from the photos they didn't even bother to cover up the trim, which is now ruined. They also damaged the from strip in front of the mirror, doing God only knows what. I thought getting into an accident was the worst thing. I was wrong. It is now trying to have another shop inspect the damages that were addressed, having them try to correct the mistakes of this shops, and having my insurance company subrogate for the piss poor job of this shop. So yeah. There really isn't much else to say. Sometimes the lessons you have to learn in life are hard. So learn from mine. Take it to the dealer EVERYTIME. It is you right to have the vehicle repaired at the location of your choice. CHOSE WISELY.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

I was referred to Service King after being rear ended. Shaun managed my repair process, navigating communications with the insurance company and helping make arrangements with a rental car easy, all while planning a complicated repair. He consistently went above and beyond in trying to find the right solutions when parts for my car were hard to come by or other issues came up and he focued on the quality of the repair. Shaun stayed in touch with me consistently with updates at each step. He is an honorable guy who is interested in producing a very good outcome. I can certainly strongly recommend working with him and with Service King.

Stay away. Dishonest. They put the wrong bumper on my car. The rim was repaired and color doesn't match. The door was blended but wasn't done correctly. Now in process of getting repairs fixed by Lexus. My car was left outside and received hail damage. I had to file another claim on my insurance and pay another deductible. They don't follow up you have to call and never get a straight answer and never get a returned call. Allstate pushes you to use there shop. I will be changing insurance and filing a complaint with the Department of insurance.Michael was the service advisor. The manager was rude no help and I just left.

Shaun Heiden took over my car after the person I was working with left. He was really nice and helpful throughout the process. I even had to go back because there was something that needed fixing and he got it done super fast and efficiently. My Toyota Corolla looks like new now. Appreciate you Shaun.

On May 18th of this year, I was in a car accident, and my insurance company arranged for my car to be towed to this location for repairs. Guiding me through the process was Shaun, my designated contact and mechanic. Let me tell you, Shaun is truly exceptional! Despite my limited knowledge about cars and having never experienced an accident before, Shaun provided me with invaluable assistance. He communicated complex details in a way that was easy for me to grasp, ensuring a prompt repair and response for my vehicle. They ve had our car for 8 weeks, and the entire time the car has sat, not being worked on. We ve been calling everyday and have not had any progress made. The only progress that has been made is because I hired the third party vendor that we needed to move forward because the coordinator more or less said we ll get to it when we get to it after they already had it for 6 weeks. Now the repairs can be made, but nothing is being done. We re paying for a rental out of pocket and it s costing us thousands and we are about to go out of town and don t have a car to drive. We been told this was being escalated, twice. No one has reached out to make this right. I was told today that they would call me right back and I never heard a word. We will never do business here again.

Well. What can I not say about the customer service Shaun gave us. My husband had an accident in his truck over a year ago, and service king repaired all obvious issues. Little did we know there was a crack in the support bar that recently broke. Shaun went checked it out, researched our old claim, spoke to his supervisor Derek and they were able to get the insurance company to cover it. They didn t have to work so hard to make that happen. They didn t have to go above and beyond. But Shaun did, never complained always a positive attitude. With all the things happening in our life, he truly was a blessing to us. Thank you Shaun!!!!

I ve used them before a few years back And after all this time they are still top notch VIP style of service!First setting up for appt for estimate is simple and conveniently flexible. Once you arrive they are diligent bringing a personable concierge experience , showing their willingness to help, and finding out your needs.They made it clear about the damages of my vehicle, options, next steps and asked what would be most convenient.Mike and Derick also kept me posted every step of the way via text. From the ordering of parts all through the stages.And when I picked up my vehicle AMAZING! not only was there Absolutely no sign of anything my unique blue was absolutely matched and on point!Thanks Mike & Derrick, for turning an unpleasant experience into a great one!I truly appreciate you guys!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Walked in to get my estimate for my vehicle. Place was very clean and plenty of seats. Even had coffee! People were so nice and polite. Thank you Mark & Nicole. After visiting and talking to other places. Service king is the place to go. I'll drop off my vehicle next week. I'll update after I get my car repaired.

I used to take my cars to another local shop that Shaun used to also manage. When I needed a recent repair and found that Shaun was now at Service King, I was a little apprehensive but based on the number of years that he as repaired my cars I decided to give them a try because I know that Shaun is of high integrity and will make sure that it is done right and on time. As always, Shaun did not disappoint! I highly recommend working with him.

Shaun Heiden was the service technician that appraised the damage to my car. He did a very efficient job at looking at all areas of damage and arriving at a fair estimate. He helped materially and explained the entire process.He helped me to obtain a fair settlement with the insurance company!

If you expect your car to not be filthy inside when you get it back, go somewhere else. Had a knob on the steering wheel that someone at the shop took. There was no need to remove anything from the steering wheel for services that were done to the vehicle.Celestino was my service advisor and he was very helpful and professional. I would never use Service King again, but Celestino was fine and not part of the problem.If they say the car will be done on the 1st, expect to hear nothing till the 4th, then they will tell you it will be ready on the 9th. And it won't be ready on the 9th. They are very disorganized.Trash and plastic bins were left in the car. They left a cover for the back hatch in the truck that doesn't belong to my car. I'm sure someone else is looking for it.Took a month and a half to complete job. Not entirely the shops fault, had some delays with insurance authorizations. Still, run from this place, go elsewhere.EDIT: Now that I have seen it in bright sun light, the paint job is pretty horrible. Several shades darker than factory, poorly blended. Bad orange peel texture. Will be contacting service king to her them to fix their poor painting.
