Chandler helped me out with a Briggs warranty issue when other shops turned me away. They called me with status updates throughout the process, which was refreshing. My mower is back up and running! Their store is clean and professional and the staff is friendly and willing to help. Great experience, definitely recommended!

It is a nice clean place but it comes with the price if you buy anything be careful not to buy without doing homework if you return it they charge you 25% restocking fee simply go to home Depot, just returned two chainsaws chain and charged me 25% without even verbally telling me

Thanks Chandler for spending lots of time helping me select the perfect Zero Turn mower for my application: residential, St. Augustin Grass. Cuts beautiful with the mulch kit. I am 65 and have medical issues to where I could no longer use a walk behind mower. Mowing had become a chore. Now with the Toro Timecutter Zero-Turn, mowing is fun again.

Great and honest service. I went in there thinking I was going to have to spend $140 on a new recoil assembly for my Toro Commercial 21. Gentleman at the counter suggested to just have the internal spring replaced and they were able to do it in under 10 minutes, saving me at least $100. Needless to say, they ve earned my business moving forward.

Richardson Saw & Lawnmower is top notch! I always take my mower blades and my chainsaw blades here for sharpening. Normally, they call me within days to say they are ready! Today, I brought them in and within hours I received a call that they were ready! Now that's service! The front sales department is great as well as they have a large selection of lawn equipment.

I was greeted by William . Concerned with my issue on my Echo weed eater. He sold me the part had it installed and would not accept a tip . Man needs a great review and a bonus. Best service I ve had in 50 years.

This is the place where I buy my landscaping equipment. They offer warranty thru the manufacturer. They also give you financing options even 0% interest if pay within a certain time period. They have mostly everything you need and if they don t you can always place an order. They also offer repairs and parts.

Bought a Honda mower today. James clearly explained the various features of models of interest. No push for expensive models, just a solid technical discussion. This has been our second purchase of Honda equipment at this store, the first one was the quiet Honda generator. Reason for buying here is simple: The store offers excellent warranty/repair service, as evident from the other reviews.

These guys always take care of me. I took my weed eater in for service when I couldn t figure out why it wasn t working, and within 5 minutes they had it fixed free of charge.

Through Covid and parts & supply shortages, these guys continue to show up and show out. They're courteous, friendly and always willing to go above and beyond to meet our needs. Our business will always be a loyal customer as long as Chandler's in charge!

I bought a new 200.00 weed trimmer. I received good advice and noone tried to oversell me. An employee went outside to make sure the trimmer started up. It didn't. Thank goodness he cared enough to give it a go. He got me another weed trimmer. This one cranked right up. I appreciate the good customer service. All employees wore masks. Equally thankful for that. Better customer service than the big box stores.

Excellent service. When you buy new equipment they are glad to teach you the proper way to use it. Don t forget to purchase proper pip (personal injury protection) gear while you are there.

Great service, fair pricing and over awesome experience. They have a good range of commercial and residential equipment. I am not in commercial lawn care and feel like I get treat equally. Customer for life.I purchase a mower and chainsaw and have had other equipment serviced there.

Great customer service (after I was helped and waiting while the guy went in the back I was asked if I needed help by three other people!). Friendly and helpful. Well stocked with parts and every piece of power equipment you'd ever need for your yard. Definitely a five star business.Follow-up: I had taken in a Toro leaf blower for warranty repair. 10 days later a brand new one was delivered to my doorstep by UPS from Toro. Again, terrific customer service!

Brought my 52" Scag Freedom Z in for repair. Fabian had great customer service at the counter, was very helpful, and gave me an accurate estimate of when I could expect my mower back. I called to check on my mower a few days later and Eric couldn't have been more helpful. He checked to see if my mower was ready, and when he found out it wasn't, he went a step further and found that the part had come in, but hadn't been received into the system yet. He told me he would try to get the part received, and try to get the mechanic (Chris) to install it by the end of the day. Less than an hour later Chris called me to let me know it was ready. When I got there, Chris thoroughly explained the work he had done and let me know what to keep an eye out for. Being a commercial guy, I appreciate the great experience I had here, and I'm thankful to get my mower back as soon as I did. Top notch quality and service! Richardson Saw & Lawnmower is A1!12/8/2021 update:I was dropping off my 52 Scag V-Ride II for maintenance and picking up a new 32 Scag V-Ride II. Fabian is a rock star as always, and has been awesome since I first started coming to Richardson Saw in 2018. Every time I m there he makes me feel welcome, and is great with solving my repair and maintenance issues. Eric was helping other customers, but still found the time to greet me (by my name - he s only seen me once this year, and only a few times before that), and ask me how I m doing. Jonathan was fast and efficient in helping me through the financing process. I was in and out in no time. Super smooth! In 2019 I bought my 52 Scag V-Ride II from Richardson Saw. Their friendly staff, excellent customer service, and great advice are the reasons why I returned this year to purchase a new 32 Scag V-Ride II. I am located in Euless, and there are a few Scag dealers in my area, but the trip to Richardson is always worth it. They always go above and beyond to let me know my business is appreciated. Richardson Saw is STILL A1!

I've been going to Richardson Saw & Lawnmower for almost 20 years. Wonderful sales and customer service. I've bought my blower, grass trimmer, and most recently a chainsaw. Chandler was very patient, answered all my questions, and walked through the chainsaw startup process. Excellent customer service! The prices are the same or very competitive with Home Depot and Lowes so I don't know why you would go anywhere other than Richardson Saw & Lawnmower. Their service department is equally impressive.

Took my 5 year old lawn mower in for a spring tune up. It s now running better than when it was brand new. Prices very reasonable. These guys are great.Need a new lawn mower? Need a tune up on your existing mower? Check these guys out. I highly recommend.

I contacted Richardson Saw and Lawnmower because I was looking for a part from Toro that was suppose to be delivered to us. Richardson S & L was the dealer of record. Henry went well above and beyond customer service to help me find out what happened and got the part reordered. He not only took my call, but instead of putting me on hold said he would call me back, he did twice to give me updates on what happened. All this great service for a 2.00 part. Remarkable in this current climate to get such great service. Henry, you are great.
