SERVICE DEPARTMENT WARNING. I took my vehicle in for a warranty battery replacement. While it was there they did a complete check and sent me an email for some recommended items to approve or decline. The engine air filter and cabin filter were on the list of recommended items to replace. I declined. I also informed the service advisor via phone that I had just recently replaced them myself and I thought that was odd. Well, I got the vehicle home and pulled them out to inspect and they were perfectly clean. (see pics) The pictures they provided weren't even my filters.I spoke to the service manager (Jeff) and he claims that the tech "attached the wrong pics" to my estimate. That's odd because my vehicle did not need filters, how can the wrong pics be attached for a service I didn't even need??I dodged a $150 bullet. Don't let this happen to you. Filter changing is one of the easiest d.i.y. maintenance items you can do.

As a woman, I ve had my fair share of traumatizing experiences at dealerships. BUT, those days are long gone now that I ve had the absolute pleasure of meeting Dave Wells over at Richardson CJDR! Dave treated me as if I was his daughter shopping for a new Jeep lease to replace my existing one. He was genuine in all of the information he shared and pushed me to make the most fiscally/financially responsible decision taking into account the most important car features desired. He empowered me to embrace negotiating with the financier. I could not have had a more pleasant experience and walked away completely content with a 24 Jeep Wrangler 4XE. I would feel comfortable referring ANYONE to Dave because I d know for certain they d be in superb, caring and honest hands! Thanks Dave! You re the best!

I was shopping for a vehicle for several months until I found Richardson Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Dealership online. I sent one email and received a phone call from the general manager of sales regarding my interest in a vehicle. We spoke about my needs and soon after he arranged a phone call with Logan (car sales representative). Pricing and arrangements were done within the first 3 hours of the initial call. I then purchased airline tickets and drove the new vehicle back home (600 mile roadtrip).Logan is an all star salesperson with more information on my new vehicle than I knew what to do with. That's a good thing with all the new technology. Logan went out of his way to pick me up at the airport and have all my documents ready for signing. Less than 45 minutes on the Dealership floor. Logan also made sure I made it home safe by calling me several times and making sure I was staying alert during my drive home. 100 percent satisfied with every aspect of my purchase. Thanks Logan for all your hard work! 5 stars for sure!

Hello, friends don t take you car and truck for services in this Dealership because I take my car start everything was fine just the engine light come on and out they charge me 3837$ for service but after 3 weeks I towed my truck and I fix it the issue with 150$ now my it is no leaks no engine light one please if you want to put your money on the trash try it , see the picture they don t know what theydoing the seals are not for this truck . Unprofessional 0 star I don t happy at all stole my money Iam going to claim this case before they do with some one else.

Great car buying experience we purchased our 2024 jeep gladiator our salesman Omar went above and beyond! Several little things needed work like our cruise control not turning on Two days later took it to my nearest dealership which happen to be platinum in terrell I was asked to leave it overnight & it got broken into window shattered & all tires stolen I had a terrible experience at platinum Terrell they were no help whatsoever. However Richardson CJDR took matters to their own hands in helping my family. I can t thank them enough for everything they have done! I highly recommend this dealership!!

I am extremely pleased on the level of service, the ability to understand our car needs, and the professionalism of Richardson Chrysler, Jeep Dodge Ram.Specifically, I want to recommend and thank Dave Wells of being one of the best consultants/sales person we have ever met in the industry. Best dealership experience we have ever had! They made it so memorable for our daughter. Went WAY above and beyond. Balloons and even ducked her Jeep with a basketball duck because I mentioned she played. Danny went the extra mile to get the exact vehicle we wanted and Tanner made the process smooth on the sales end. Finance guy was great as well. Best price by far that anyone offered for our trade-in. We came all the way from Lubbock and we are not disappointed! We will buy here again in the future!

I bought a car After three days the transmission broke down and I've been waiting for a response for more than a 1 month and 6 days.They sold me a car without letting me take the test drive, part of the seller "Luis's" fraud. Today 4th November the manager said that I should sell the car or trade because they are not going to pay for the repair which is around 9,000 dollars.Now, in order not to solve the problem, they are saying that if I return to it they will accuse me of invasion of private property.Today, November 4, I went to the offices, the only thing they told me is that they are not going to do anything for me. there are no solutions .

Bought my second Jeep Renegade from Richardson Chrysler Jeep dealership. My salesman was Omar . He sold me a car two years ago also. He is wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car! He makes every step easy. He is patient and professional. Love my new jeep!

Took my van in for service. Got a 45000 mile maintenance package and came in to diagnose a rough idle and engine light. Performed the 45,000 maintenance but was unable to find time in the shop to diagnose my issues with the vehicle running poorly. Service advisor told me to pick up the vehicle and that he would reach back out to me to schedule service when there was availability. It s been 3 weeks. No call back. No messages. Called the service center a few times and left messages. No response. Just awful. They re way too busy to care. Recommend going to another dealership that at least wants the business. I just want my vehicle fixed and diagnosed. It s under factory warranty and they won t even give me the time of day. Super disappointed.

Shout out to Tiric who was my salesman. Extremely professional and courteous and went above and beyond for me. I also got to give props to the sales manager Jovanny. When all out to get me a good deal on the Challenger I was after. Overall I'm extremely impressed with this place. Would definitely recommend for your Chrysler needs.

Have had a few dissappointments from Richadson Chrysler Jeep Dodge...In October when i bought my first brand new Jeep.. i specifically asked that the intrest was NOT a daily accrual.. then Stellantis sends me a letter, basicly saying that its a daily accrual... READ THE CONTRACT ALL THE WAY... Shame on me.Calling on the extended warranty, i jusut found out that the "Brand new Jeep I bought in October" went into service in July. It was a demo at Bonham!!! This was not disclosed... and looking back at paperwork it says nothing.. BUYER BEWARE. They've done everthing else They've said they would..finish tint, lift,.. but not sure how this is supposed to keep me coming back.... are all dealerships like this..

Just a great experience from my initial phone call to driving the vehicle I wanted off of the lot. Frank really works hard to make everything great and goes far beyond my expectations. Very friendly staff, and they gave me the price posted online. They also worked within me, above and beyond, to get my down payment processed. Now I m the owner of an Outback Wilderness and loving it.Thanks so much!UPDATE: My husband noticed that the steering wheel was off center while he was driving the vehicle and took the vesicle in for alignment. The shop showed my husband that the strut was bent, which was the reason the alignment was off. My husband contacted the dealership and even took the bent strut to the dealer, and the dealer advised that, with so few miles, the inspection would not have included an alignment. Still, the dealership did not attempt to make us whole or assist us with the cost of repairs.

Worst experience of my life. Traded in a perfectly good vehicle because I wanted to get back into a truck. Within 24 hours the touch screen for the truck started experience "ghost" issues, where essentially the radio was unusuable. I reached out and informed my salesman Iyad of the problem, and he assured me I could bring the vehicle back in and it would be taken care. I proceeded to bring the vehicle in the following day, where to my surprise, Kortez and the service department laid out a detailed list of possible repair charges I would be responsible for. Dumbfounded, I left with the vehicle and brought in to 2 local dodge dealers and both where curious as to why another dealer would try to charge me for a repair for a certified pre-owned vehicle, with a known issue with that models touchscreen radio, that was only purchased a day ago, and was instructed to take the issue up with Richardson Dodge again. After a day of not being able to get a service manager or anyone of significance on the phone, again I resorted to contacting my sales rep, who again assured me to bring the vehicle down the following day while he was in, and they vehicle would be repaired and to not worry about it. To top it off, the dealer even offered to cover the cost of my Uber home while the vehicle was in repair (of course when it came time to order an Uber they then informed me it was a $20 limit, so my sales rep had to pick up the additional $15). The vehicle has been left at the dealer for a week now, and go figure, they were not able to make the necessary repairs, and I was texted an invoice for what I owe for the "service" of the vehicle. Needless to say, I found this entire experience absolutely miserable, and thoroughly regret ever setting foot inside this dealership. But if getting hung out to dry by a dealership within 24 hours after purchasing a vehicle is your kinda thing, then i assure you Richardson Dodge is your place to shop!

Michael did an excellent job taking us through the paper work and our many choices for coverages and asked several questions about our driving habits to ensure we selected only what made sense for us! I would like to express my disappointment regarding the recent communication about the delivery of my license plates for the truck I purchased. During the sales process, I was informed by the sales representative that the plates would be mailed to my house or that I could pick them up. However, I have now been informed that shipping the plates to my house is deemed too expensive, and I am being asked to pick them up instead or that can ask the sales rep if he can deliver it since he was that told me to it could be delivered.While the deal has already been finalized, I find this change in information and lack of consistency unprofessional. Had I been informed of this policy from the beginning, I would have been prepared to pick up the plates myself. Clear and transparent communication is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and trust.Moving forward, I hope that the dealership can ensure better communication practices with future customers to avoid misunderstandings such as this one. Despite the inconvenience, I am willing to pick up the plates as necessary. I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope for smoother communication in any future transactions.

Nick and The Richardson gang went above and beyond to ensure my complete satisfaction. Despite my initial hesitation about parting with my 2020 Willy's Jeep Wrangler and working within my budget, they delivered outstanding results. Not only did they meet my budget, but they also included numerous additional features that exceeded my expectations. They flawlessly fulfilled my demands, leaving me as a happy customer who walked away with a fully loaded 2023 Sport S Jeep Wrangler. TLl;DR ver:They came out ~ $3,000 ahead on my trade-in + purchase deal by undervaluing my car and charging me for something I didn't need, but they can't pay $15 to ship license plates.If they're going to waste 3 hours of my time, I'll spend an extra 5 minutes to advertise for them. Go somewhere else and save your time and money.Detailed ver:I bought a car here about a month ago. I was told that license plates would be mailed to my address on file (I live 37 mi away, which takes me a good 1-1.5 hours each way during traffic).I was informed that the plates can only be mailed if I live more than 45 miles away. But I was told that I can provide them with reasons why they should ship the plates, and they'll decide if it's valid.Here are some other things that shaped my experience:1. I had quotes from 3 different dealers for the trade-in on my car. Richardson Chrysler was 10% lower than the other two.2. They don't say this anywhere that I saw, but I was told at purchase that there is a non-removable/non-negotiable $1500 warranty that is IN ADDITION TO the listed purchase price of the vehicle (they might have called it something different, but it's the same kind of scam).3. They will try to sell you an additional warranty ON TOP of the $1500 "mandatory" one.First, they'll tell you what option they're suggesting (platinum something). They told me the price was around $4,500.I said no (first time).Second, they'll tell you that they can get you a discount on it, and they'll lower the price to an unbeatable-sounding ~$2,250.I said no (second time).Third, they'll tell you that they can apply a friends and family discount and get that price down to around $1,800.For the record, I still said no, and at that point I was very quickly processed and shown the door.Note: You can't use these car warranties anywhere. Unless you're ok with your car sitting in the shop for 9 months while they literally work on anything else first.

Be prepared to waste your time. Went for one car. It was "sold" right before we got there. They brought another car that had visible damage but in a higher trim level with triple the mileage. The sales talks were fine. Once we got into the finance office it was downhill from there. They have crazy high dealer add-ons and when you request them to be removed they just increase the sales price. They talk so much and so fast you can't get a word in. If you do get a word in they insult your intelligence ("Oh you've bought 3 cars in 10 years...I do this all day every day" ...direct quote). They watch you on cameras when they leave the room while you are talking. That's how they knew we were fed up and were leaving. Then, when we tried to get our keys to OUR car back they had to fumble for them and gave us the wrong keys. It was at best an accidental bait and switch and a waste of 3 hours. I've bought quite a few cars from all kinds of dealers and this was the absolute worst experience I've ever had.

I visited your dealership on Saturday, November 25th and Monday, November 27, 2023, looking for a new vehicle. I was after a white Jeep compass and limited in budget. To whom this may concern, I just want to highlight over the fact how great Kortez was at helping me resolve the issue with my truck. He went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. His actions alone will make me a repeat customer. He listened to my requests and respected my demands. Was no way condescending when my requests sounded ridiculous. I commend his awesome behavior!
