Not sure why this place has bad reviews. I had nothing short of a fantastic experience! Eldin was very friendly and communicated every step of the way! My car returned very clean and looks good as new! It was also super convenient because there is also an Enterprise rental car company inside too. 10/10 would recommend!

Don't recommend servicing your vehicle here. After Toyota of Richardson Service installed the driver airbag (recall remedy), driver and front passenger door panels weren t flushed. You could see between the paneling and door. A body shop told me there were clips that weren t pushed in correctly, causing the panels to pop out. There is a dent on the driver door after they serviced my car, the reason I was at a body shop.Initially, called Oliver about the dent and he said he did not notice the ding when I dropped the vehicle off. Oliver asked if I could text images of the dent to his personal cell so he could ask his technician. Oliver text Tech said he didn t see it when we worked on it.. and didn t call back to discuss a solution, due to the shop being busy. It has been difficult to have anyone resolve the issue and I've had to be the person to pursue a remedy. Oliver had referred me to Richardson Body Shop, next door to them. Richardson Body Shop said I'm better off googling paintless dent removal (PDR) services since it'll be around $50. I needed to provide an estimate to Oliver, not a verbal opinion. The estimates I received from two alternate body shops were around $250 - $300 due to the dent being on the body line. I called Oliver back and his response is that he'll need to talk to his manager, again. Not sure who his manager is, but I've heard employees talking amongst themselves, saying that they don't mind taking money from customers - they love it. Probably true, they prefer taking money from customers, not fixing their mistakes.I have driven Toyota vehicles and have had them serviced at Toyota Guam, impeccable service. Toyota of Richardson Service can't compete with a small island in the middle of the pacific ocean?It s been a little over a week since my service/issues. I've accepted that they rather avoid the problem and continue to lie then do the right thing. I don't have time for false hope. I've switched my services to Toyota of Rockwall and will handle their mistake and pay for the dent myself. I'm grateful I was blessed, one of the body shops (not recommended by them) fixed my panels for free while getting an estimate for the dent.

Finally got my car back after 6 wks. I m usually read the review before doing something, but I didn t read this time cause I ask my friend about the shop waving deductible. I ask them to fix the dent on my car and they circle like they going to fix it. That dent wasn t fix. I don t have time to tell them cause it take 6 weeks. If you ok with waiting for 6 weeks, it be your place. This is the last time with any Toyota of Richardson I be willing to do business with.

We had our shattered Toyota truck towed to Richardson Body Shop. In all honesty, we felt the truck was totaled, but the insurance company didn't see it that way at first. The front desk was responsible and helped us immensely. Legend was wonderful and i would not hesitate for a second to use this body shop again, with Legend as our adviser. As it turned out, once the truck was disassembled, it was totaled. I was grateful the body shop took time to disassemble the truck and did not attempt to try repair a truck that should have been totaled. All the great reviews you read about Legend are true. He seems to good to be true...but he is real and I am here to tell you his standards are high, he knows his business and takes pride in what he does. He knows how to deal with the insurance companies and will take care of you. His name says it all...and I am grateful to him for taking great care of us. I highly recommend.

When they finished my car and I did a walk through, I noticed the handle paint was chipped. They said they would get another and replace. Its been weeks and I haven't gotten a call back. Then the fender they replaced popped off. They said they would order a new strip of tape to put my fender back on and its been 1.5 weeks and no call. Before they got paid they seemed to stay on top of things.Very disappointed call back in their callback service.

Very, very, very poor customer service. I dropped off my vehicle there for repair. Insurance company pays for repair and car rental. Traditionally, body shop will work with insurance company so that they know the repair cost and time. But it's not the case with this shop.Due to COVID, delay is not unusual. This is totally understandable. I had to call the body shop multiple times to get the latest ETA. When I knew it was pushed out again, I asked my "service advisor" to update the insurance company. He refused and said it's not "something he normally do". He said I should call the insurance company myself. But the insurance company wouldn't take my word for it. All estimate has to come from the shop (money and time)! I have to mention that it was ME who had to call the shop from time to time to get the status update. My "advisor" never called me for any status change. I would recommend you take your money somewhere else.

It's been over 2 months and my bumper isn't fixed, how incompetent can you be to require over 2 months to fix a bumper. You'd be better off trying to fix your problems yourself instead of taking your vehicle here. 0 stars if I could.

My car has been at this repair shop almost 2 months I have not gotten one update unless I call and most of the times I still don t get a update . This is ridiculous I m having to spend way more money than anticipated due to them not finishing my repair. I only had slight damage to my front end . Don t waste your time with going there .they ll cost you more money in the end .

never come back When I came to do the estimate , They said they could repair the car in a week. I called every week and said next week every week. Now it has been eight weeks, the car is just a small accident, I don't know why it needs to be repaired for eight weeks. Everyone be careful, if you come to repair the car must record the mileage of your car!

Great service. I had my Camry repaired after a collision in January. Shortly after, we noticed a check headlight system alert. Finally brought the car back in last week after covid concerns lessened. They found the problem and corrected it at no charge even after 7 months. Great service.

Don t ever bring you car to this place if you don t believe me my car has been there for about 4 months and they keep telling me that my car will be ready soon, but my car is still in the shop. Horrible, unprofessional, waste your money and time! zero Star if I could! My car supposed to be ready in 5 business days. Because of a wrong estimation from these guys, we had 2 more weeks to just back and forth with my insurance and unfortunately after 2 weeks they forgot to communicate with my insurance and finally I gave them a call to tell my story. This is not final story, then, they said their labor has family problem, another day said they are in vacation and it takes 2 more weeks!!!! after 5 weeks my car supposed to be ready and I just wont to get away from this horrible place, just guess what was happened?!! They changed my RF door and they said the door plastic panel is still on the way from Huston and you have to come next day to install that!!! after more than a month, Whatttt !!??????Ok, till now I didn't talk about the quality of work I just talked about unprofessional and poor services. When I checked my car, from an amateur point of view not expert person, I saw waves in my new door very clearly. To cut a long story short, they will talk with you very friendly at the first meeting but we are not looking for a friend over there. we are looking for good quality of work and professional service that they don't have at all!So, don't waste your life, time and Money !!!!

I had my whole front suspension replaced back in May 2021. Within a month of picking up my vehicle, I was hearing creaking coming from my front end. After bringing it back to be checked out they told me the sound was from the suspension being brand new. Turns out they only hand tightened the controls arms which as a result was extremely dangerous for myself to even continue to drive the car. If I could give this shop 0 stars I would.

This place is completely abysmal - avoid at all costs.I purchased a vehicle from the nearby Jeep dealership, and unfortunately had to bring my new car in to get checked on the same week. It's incredibly difficult to get anyone on the phone here, they give mixed messages, I was told to get my car towed in so they could look at it even though they had NO technicians on Friday evening or Saturday. It's Monday now and the phone rings off the hook even though they opened an hour ago. I feel like my car has been kidnapped.

This is the first review I ever taken the time to write. Long story short, a gentleman (named Richard, I believe), helped me reattach my front bumper after it came off. He just went out to my car and fixed it without charging me. Was it very minor damage? Yes. But, at the end of the day, they helped me when I needed to get on the road fast and without charge. I know other body shops might have charged me $50 or more for the work done. They have gained a loyal customer. Will be back again. Thank you!

RIP OFF!!!I called and said I need to drop off a car and wanted to see if part can be replaced under warranty, they said I had to bring it in.So I brought in my mom's car for repair which I thought was under warranty. I told them exactly what needed to be replaced. The lower ball joint need to be replace. They said they will need to check if it is indeed actually need to be replace and if it is under warranty. They said it will cost me $77 if I do not want them to do replacement, and that is just for the diganostic and check on warranty. I said ok. They called me hours later stating ball joint need to be replace and not under warranty. They added the lower arm contoll also need to be replace and also not under warranty. So I asked them what is covered then. They said axel is, but not ball joints and control arms.They quoted me $2900 something. I said I dont have that much money, they said they'll call me back and maybe help me out on the price. Less then 2 mins, they called back and dropped $1000. So $1900 something for the repair. I said no I will bring to an independent mechanic that also use OEM parts. When I picked up the car, they charged me $140, even though they wrote down $77 in big letters on the paper that I signed when I dropped off the car. I pointed that out and cashier said that was just the preliminary quote.So I had to pay $140 to check of the part was under warranty. If this is not rip off, I don't know what is.

I've unfortunately had to use this shop twice due to accidents. Their communication is clear and timely and they deal with my insurance perfectly. 10/10 would recommend.

Way Overpriced - lowered book value on my suv. They put on over 150 miles on my car for test drive? Really!!!!????Looks like the mechanics used my car to go to lunch and run errands. Leather seats are ruined. They didn't cover them. Oil and dirt were found on all seats even the rear passenger seats were oiled. Also the engine was not covered after they removed the hood, rust found on bolts and some parts. Stay away from this place.

Took my car here because I kept hearing a strange noise but they failed to listen to me even though I knew what the problem was from two other mechanics. All they did was ruin the brand new parts that my mechanic had just put in my car and lied about doing so. Definitely not going back again.

RUN!!! This place is ran by mobsters and racist people. They are horrible at their job and lie to you about their mistakes. Jason Colton and Mitch Polmer bullied me in the lobby. Hahaha, terrible place. These arrogant fools will not even do an estimate. Let me quote, "If I do an estimate, I am gonna have to pop the hood, and start working and looking at it. You will then HAVE TO get a repair here. " "so basically you want people to commit to you no questions asked" "Ya, we worked directly with farmers insurance, if you want an estimate, do it somewhere else like caliber, ok?" with a smile on this managers face. I would punch him in the face

They are wasting your time... I taught since Toyota was huge corp they might have a culture of honesty, but not everything big is good. Take your business somewhere else. They lie, and lie again and again.
