Repair place right next to the Toyota dealership. It's expected that they're corporate, they're busy, and the first quote is going to be expensive. That said, the mechanics are usually good troubleshooters who get actual customer service training, and they have insurance paperwork down to a science. There are pros and cons to using The Dealership vs. a privately-owned shop, so know what kind of place you're going to.

My front bottom shield came loose while going to work on 75. Came to them just to take it off. They were really helpful, even though they don t work on VWs, they took it off and placed it in my trunk as courtesy!!!Very thankful for their assistance. Manager Cirby was very very helpful!

Terrible communication once they had our car.They repaired the car and failed in every other conceivable category. Zero communication despite paperwork promising to keep me updated and a text message system promising the same. I got a text the day I dropped the car off and the day I picked it up with radio silence in-between. Did not return voice mails or emails. No estimate of price or repair time after they had the car for over a week. Estimator could not have cared less that I was frustrated with the lack of communication. His attitude was aloof at best with "it happens" when I asked why I hadn't heard back.Service: Body & Trim

After being hit from an 18 wheeler, I brought my vehicle here for repairs. Not only were there many problems in communication, Kirby (person who helped me) was no longer an employee there and no one could figure out what was going on. They had me sign a release and unbeknownst to me as I am not knowledgeable in this area, meant I signed a release of vehicle. Repairs were half done and they put back old parts that were charged as new replacement to the insurance company. Not to mention broke my visor, never fixed one of the problems, and I have had issue with my vehicle ever since. They will give you the run around and stall as long as they can. I still have yet to get a refund check for the decals and other things that they could not do/get. They were paid by the insurance company for things they never did and shame on me for not knowing better. Definitely do not recommend if you don t know much about vehicles as they will cheat you and slap a band aide on. After that they will say it s too late you already picked up your vehicle. Never be able to use my 4-wheel drive unless I pay hundreds at a Jeep dealership. Thanks Richardson Automotive for months of grief and the problems I have now!

Was in an accident back in May. Insurance had me go here to repair my car. When I got my car back the steering alignment was so far off that my car kept pulling to the right. Secondly, my power steering felt off so I made a comment and had them look at it again. They gaslit me and said it s fine. We fixed it. It s now less than 6 months later and my power steering is starting to fail. Btw my car has just barely over 50k miles and had less when they worked on it. Beyond disappointing. Do not go to this shop!!!Services: Transmission, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes

Took my car for repair after a car accident. The only damaged area was the front left side bumper. They took over a month to fix it and when I got it back my radio was not working. Told the guy about the problem before I drove off he said he would order a new one and not charge me for it because it was something they did when they disconnected the battery. He said it would take 2 days and a week and a half later another man calls and tells me that they were going to try to charge it to my insurance I said ok try to get it paid. After my insurance did not pay for it because it was a damaged their mechanic did they told me I had to pay for it and it was going to be $150 I said ok since I couldn't afford to keep my rental car for another month. I sent my husband to pick up the car due to my busy work schedule they charged him the $150 and not only is my radio still not working but the back of my driver side rear view mirror is missing they told him the $150 was a diagnostic fee which by the way they didn't diagnose anything wrong with my radio and told him they would call us when my rear view mirror would come in. Needless to say I was upset I tried contacting the guy who promised me that my radio would be fixed free of charge and they told us he no longer works there and the man who took over was going to call me back its been a week still no radio no mirror and no call. This place is always busy the receptionist lady's are nice but they are always running around looking for staff the wait us ridiculous. Brought my car in for work done from an accident. Both my head lights were working and when I got the car drove right down the street to golden chick noticed my driver light was not working. Took it right back and was told that they signed off that the lights were working. After my dad looked at it there is an issue with the wire harness since they had to remove the front bumper for replacement. They should be held accountable for this cause after putting a new light in.. it still isn't working and there's a buzzing noise coming from the housing light.

Repair was done well on my truck. Non existent communication. No one will ever call you and you have to call multiple times to get any updates. Repair took 2 weeks longer than quoted

They did an excellent job with fixing my rear bumper, when I got hit by some person at a red light as she was not paying attention that there was a car in front of her and accidentally hit the rear passenger corner of my bumper, I took my car to them and they did an awesome job starting from the beginning, they have their own service agents who directly work with your insurance company and the estimate that your insurance gives you make thing a lot easier, they diagnosed all the damages and gave a second estimate which they sent to my insurance, so I didn't have to worry about getting my car fixed too much, they took care of my car very well and I am satisfied with their service, I highly recommend this place if you have an accident which involves repairing your car's body, they will help you go back to the road as soon as possible, one more thing is that the rental car service 'Enterprise' is right next to their office, so you don't need to go to some other place to get your rental, you can drop off your car and at the same time you can get your rental. Definitely worth 5 stars.

My Dad is 73 yrs old, & had driven in some high water causing his Toyota Hybrid to stop working. The car was towed to this place to see if it could be fixed. They ran a diagnostic on the car and wanted $25,000 to "fix" the car, which my Dad said, "no, thank you" to - the car's resale value was $12,000 before the water causing problems. Then they contacted him back telling him they would buy it from him for $300. This kind of "fix" price setting, then offering $300 for the car to an elderly man doesn't seem right. I found another mechanic, water had gotten inside the engine & ruined it. An engine of the same car type with 50,000 miles on it was found for $3,800, and the car runs fine now.It seems to me that this place simply runs a diagnostic, if there is any hint of a problem, then their "fix" is to simply replace entire parts of the car, not really working to get the parts going again. From my experience this seems to me what their SOP is when working on cars. I would suggest that if anyone else has a problem with this place like me, then they should file a complaint with the BBB like I am doing.

Awful experience. Had to wait over 1 hour just to get an estimate. When I inquired about possibly getting the work done the estimator couldn't give me a time frame he said it could take 1 month or more. The damage is minimal, however his estimate was over $7000. I will not use this company for repairs.

They can only give you quotes on repairs from 9 to 4 on Thursdays or Fridays and you must be there in person. This is the most ridiculous business practice I've ever heard off

I recently was rear-ended and used Richardson Automotive to do the repair work. They were very responsive, the work was done quickly and the car looks like new again.

been coming here for over 10years. I can always come here and trust that they will do it right.It s hard to find repair places that will just shoot straight with you on the actual cost.
