DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! I have a warranty in my car and one of my door trims fell off while driving on the highway.I had called ahead to confirm if this was covered and I was told that it was and that I could take my car to any Chevy dealer so they can look at it. I normally go to the Galleria Chevrolet (they have excellent customer service btw), but when I got there, they recommended I go to the any Chevy Collision center.When I called Reliable Collision Center, I explained my situation and I explained that I was 20 minutes away and they told me that as long as I got there before 6pm I was fine.I arrived at 4:30pm to Reliable and I was helped by Mark, whose demeanor was extremely rude and hostile, he rudely explained that his team was gone for the day and that I was not covered (not even looking at my paperwork).I asked if I could get an estimate if I was not covered, and Mark proceeded to say that he was "fixing to leave" and that he didn't know.Clearly Mark does NOT CARE about customers, he just wants to leave early on Friday and waste people's time. Do yourselves a favor and drive to the Plano Collision Center in Huffines, where they at least have some human decency.

Horrible customer service.Eric, the manager is very rude and bows up at people. They had our car since October and they haven't looked at it. Find some place else to take your car for repairs. They want to charge a daily $65 storage for a car they never touched. Moving car to a different location for repairs with better customer service. Deborah is great, very sweet.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE TO GET FIXED! THEY WILL ONLY MESS YOUR CAR UP MORE! I chose this body shop regrettably after a hit and run accident i was involved in. They were supposed to repair damages done to the back area of my car. When i got my car back 3 weeks later it had things wrong with it before i gave it to them. My service traction, and check engine light were both on and my signal light no longer worked!! What the heck! When i brought it to their attention they were rude, defensive and didn't want to take ownership for it. Especially the older half bald guy at the back desk( don't remember his name). My car was hit in a park position and knocked all the way into another parking spot, don't you think a wheel alignment was needed. Umm! Nope not this awful shop. Instead they said they gave a VISUAL check and could tell it didn't need an alignment. (Hmmm). I also noticed that my back trunk area has a huge gap on one side and where they replaced the light, my license plate border is missing and my the license plate light is now not working! SORRY FOR LONG RESPONSE BUT THEY DID AN AWFUL JOB AND YOU ALL SHOULD KNOW. STAY AWAY!!

Have been working with this shop for years. Yes it took a dip for a while but now is under new management and seems to be way better in both repair quality and management.

Yeah. Don't take your vehicle for service here. If this guy is an employee and this is how he treats people, this place doesn't deserve your business and maybe this shop should consider his employment here.
