This is my first review on google but long overdue for this family repair shop. I have been recommending them for years to others. All work environments try to be perfect, but that doesn't define them. It is when things don't go perfect, and the no hesitation decision to do the right thing for the customer and the business that makes me continue to come back. They continue to set the bar for how an automotive facility should be run. Daniel, Mike, and Tim are good people.

HIghly, highly recommend this shop, Tim and his son's are first rate people. They don't laugh at my beat up old truck, but treat it with the same respect and care as they would a brand new luxury vehicle. Tim in particular is a first rate diagnostician, he will delve into the vehicle, and will understand how one issue will affect something else, then explain it in terms you can understand. I have two general repair shops and a transmission shop I use, the get's the hard things, the ones that require skills, knowledge and the ability to stick to something and understand complex problems.

They really know what they are doing. Staff is great and prices are reasonable. First timer and will be taking our other vehicle to them for service. Have ordered parts for my next visit!

Recommended by Cody G. after being rejected by my Hyundai dealership in Plano. They are incredibly sweet and didn't upcharge me like other small businesses or dealerships. They were very honest about what I needed to get done for my transmission and coolant and the time I needed it to get done :) which wasn't for another few months.They kindly replaced my window wipers! This is great since, as of writing this review, it's raining heavily in Denton. Thank you so much for topping off my fluids and sending me back home without a worry! I definitely recommend them to anyone! Will be coming back for my future services even if it's a long drive.

This shop took care of a Classic 1984 Bronco that I sold to a Colleague. The bronco was broken into and damaged and needed repairs. I referred my colleague to this shop as I had heard great things about them from my neighbors. From what I heard it was fixed really fast and for a very reasonable price, especially admirable because it was an insurance claim and they did not overcharge even an insurance company. I will continue to refer them to others.

Had both a thermostat replaced and radiator flush and filled here after my check engine light came on. I dealt with Tim and his son Daniel and both were very friendly and knowledgeable. Work was done in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. I would come back again as they have earned my trust. Better to help out a small business than a dealership sometimes.

These guys do good quality work. Have used them multiple times, and I m definitely not easy to please when it comes to spending money.

One of the best mechanic I have experienced. I asked to have my 2014 Nissan Sentra fixed due to 3 of the AC compressor bolts broken off and seized to the engine. Most shops wasn't able to do it but they fixed it within a day.

This place is awesome! They are wizards over here. We needed a carburetor rebuilt and they did a fantastic job. Everything was cleaned and flow tested. Before and after pics:

People say this place is great, blah blah blah.... I would say the staff here is professional, accurate, honest, and great to work with. THIS IS one of those shops that you can trust, get my car looked at.. provide an honest and fair quote, and get my car back in time and back on the road. Definitely comes back, because great auto service provider are hard to come by.

My grandparents, parents, and all my family has been coming here for countless years. The are always fair, have integrity, and are just great people that you can trust to solve any issue your vehicles might be experiencing. And if they re not the best people for the job they will point you to the place that can help. Worth it every time!!

Tim and Daniel are really amazing guys. First, let me tell you that I took my 2003 Toyota Camry to them and asked to have the rear brake shoes, valve cover gasket and serpentine belt replaced. Daniel called me back after checking the car and not only did he tell me that the brakes were in good shape but also the gasket. He recommended adjusting and cleaning the brake shoes. He changed the belt but essentially said that it could wait if I wanted to. Long story short, what would have appeared to be a 500+ bill turned into a lot less. If was all thank to Daniel for giving me the right advice and letting me know what should be done, what could be done and what should be monitored.I am sold on this shop. Other mechanics would have not been as professional and certainly not honest and/or hardworking. You guys got a new customer! Helped me arrange towing and repair of a truck for my daughter over the phone from out of town. Great service. Professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. Truck is running great, price was competitive. My son had a problem because the Check Engine light was on. I didn't know who I would call in Richardson. I read reviews about Quality First Auto Service in Richardson, TX and tried them for the first time. It turned out Daniel who is a mechanic was amazing!! He fixed it and had very clear explanations. He also found another issue that I was having for a long time with the Throttle bore being very dirty, he cleaned it and it works perfect now. The BEST of all was that he didn't try to sell us more than we needed or scam us. The price was fair and I would recommend this shop to anyone. He's a GREAT guy who you can trust.

Needed a car repair and didn't already have a mechanic I have used. Ran the diagnostic myself and already had an idea of the problem. I searched for mechanics in Google reviews and called a few. These guys were my third or fourth call but will be my go to mechanic if I need one again. They were great and treated me like family. They did the due diligence and find the cheapest way to get my car back up and going.If you need a good honest mechanic, give these guys a shot.

I was nervous about taking my truck to the mechanic but the experience was great. They dealt with the warranty company and even went the extra mile to make sure I had my truck back for the holidays. We will be taking all of our cars there from here on out, for everything from oil changes to full engine repairs. They definitely just got a lifetime customer

We first learned of Quality when I was told by a certified Lexus mechanic that my car needed a new transmission, to the tune of $5000+. First I laughed, then left there and went to a transmission shop, who, after a day or so, told me I didn't have a transmission problem, but they didn't know exactly what it was. They recommended Quality because they were good at diagnosing problems. Long story...they did figure out that my issue involved a loose ground wire. A little more complicated than that, but I was only out around $500 rather than $5000. Big difference. Since then we have used Quality for almost everything on all our vehicles, and have recommended them many times.

I recently had several things worked on on my car. I was impressed. I called and talked to several mechanics over the phone first. I ended up on a very long call with Daniel. He was so patient with me and all of my questions. He never got irritated at all. Other places I called basically rushed through my questions and gave me very vague answers. Over the phone, in person, and after my work was completed I never felt taken advantage of like so many mechanics try to do with women. My husband even ended up taking his truck there to get something fixed. He was impressed by how quick the turnaround was. He, as well as I, would highly recommend this place to anyone needing work done.

Best Auto Repair shop i have ever been to hands down! By far the most honest, real people i have ever experienced in a auto shop. Ashley (the owner) was a very kind man. I called the shop and had my car taken in that day. April (the receptionist) called the towing company and had my vehicle towed up the auto shop from my school. When i got there they immediately began to look at my car. I filled out paper work and explained to them the issues with my vehicle. I drive a 2011 Chevy Cruze and it was over heating and had a rattling noise under the hood. Despite the Cruze being a new model all together Ashley was extraordinarily knowledgeable about the vehicle and jumped in immediately. They are 100% and honest and explained to me this could be a minor issue that could be easily fixed or it could end up being something much more serious, potentially evolving needing a new vehicle. They told me not to worry and that they would initially being trying the simple solution and let me know the status from there. And he was right all it needed was a new water pump, thank goodness! My car was in the shop for only 2 days and was done and ready to go! April picked me up from and brought me out to my car when it was finished! Amazing prices as well, very reasonable and all in all such a great experience. Such nice honest people, i will not be bringing my vehicle any where besides to Ashley for now on!!

One of the few mechanic shops that know what they are doing and explained everything well like an experienced mechanic should. No pop ups or surprises. Reasonable and fair pricing and quick turnaround for what I needed done. If you are having some car trouble and live around this area, this is who I would use. I had to get a new fuel pump which is $$$ but he gave me fair labor pricing and I couldn't have asked for better service. On top of that the owner (Tim)gave me a ride home so I wouldn't have to call a friend or uber. Real standup old school guy.

I have worked with Daniel and his family for over a year and have had nothing but exceptional all around service. Daniel has provided me with great detail about repairs to be made on my car or what will be needed to be done in the future. I would recommend this place of business to anyone who is in need of an excellent auto repair shop!

Tim and Daniel are the most honest, sincere, and capable folks that I know. They will fix any problem and fix it right the first time. No surprises. They have taken care of my vehicles for over 10 years and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend them.

I had electrical problems with my 2006 Ford F150 fixed here last week. I was given a full list of faults they found, and the cost to repair for my approval. Everything was done as promised, timely, and for the amount quoted. Plano Transmission recommended this shop, and now I do too.

Great place with great mechanics who will let you know everything they did the mechanics of, and more. You can call ahead let them know what your situation is and they'll give you a quote on the spot. Highly recommend coming here for any your needs.

Daniel and his crew have provided awesome customer service and work for me since I started going here 4 years ago. They are always very honest and take time to explain the work they are doing. If you are just browsing google reviews for reliable repair shops in the area, then I promise you just found the best one.

Well, first I talk with John about my 2012 Nissan Altima that my car have some problem in some were in Transmission ! than he told me to talk with Daniel and he will give you some advice that what to do with your car problem ! when I talk with Daniel he given me a right direction that what he can do on my car. and he repair my car and fix the problem. John and Daniel, they both are very friendly, I really like Daniel work he love to work challenging work. now I know where to go if I have a any problem in my car. I thank you so much Daniel.

Honda Prelude repair. Excellent job, i forgot to leave this review last time but i had my car checked out by these guys and they did a great job. they notified me every step of the way and if they had to do any extra work they made sure i knew about it before hand. They hand crafted a part from scratch and fixed a problem that AAA mechanics in garland could not fix.
