Reached out to Preston the owner concerning a small dent on the hood of my vehicle. He took the time over the phone during the holidays to explain the entire process and got me set up with an appointment for him to take a look in person at the dent. After meeting and talking and taking a look I could tell right away his level of professionalism and his knowledge was top tier and much better than the other businesses that I had visited. I have a February 1 appointment set up for the repair, Iwill update the review once complete I expect a great repair job and overall excellent experience.Updated 2/16/24If I was able to give 10 stars I would Preston went above and beyond and communication due to some unforeseen circumstances had to reschedule the appointment but it was well worth the wait.Cannot even tell the dent was on the hood it looks amazing and would definitely go back highly recommend Preston and his team do not hesitate Amazing job! In addition I had quotes from other locations within the Plano area and they were $800 more as well as stating that they would have to strip the whole hood and repaint everything. I feel that Preston is very honest and wants to make the customer happy and put you first!

The reviews speak for themselves but I'll say something anyway. I had some hail damage and decided to contact Presto Dent Repair b/c of the reviews and I could not have been more satisfied. Preston is super nice, and super professional. There was a time or 2 I texted him and he insisted on calling me later on when he had time so he could give me more detailed information. He helps you with the insurance process, meets you at car rental and the car looks as good as new when done! 5 stars! Should I need PDR in the future, I'll be back and I will recommend to family and friends.

I wholeheartedly recommend Preston Pointless Dent Repair for any paintless dent repair needs! My car suffered extensive hail damage. Thankfully, Preston Pointless Dent Repair came to the rescue! They offered a competitive quote, picked up and dropped off my car, and kept me informed throughout the process. The result? My car looks brand new, the hail damage is gone without a trace! My Mercedes got some bad hail damage in the big hail storm in May. I called Preston and he came out to my house and gave a great estimate for the work that needed to be done. He was VERY professional, something that none of the other PDR guys I spoke to had going for them. He also put together a very professional folder with all the info I would need for the process. I felt very comfortable trusting him with my car. I highly recommend Presto Dent Repair if you have any hail damage or are in need of minor body repair. Preston made the whole process feel easy and the work he did was fantastic!

I purchased my car less then a month ago and ended up with a door ding. I reached out to a few people and they all told me that because the dent was on the body lining, it may be a difficult job and is not guaranteed. I stumbled upon Presto Dent while searching on google. I left a message and Preston immediately returned my call. He told me to take some pictures of the dent, send them over and he would call me back in 15 mins with a quote. Preston was very knowledgeable and professional throughout our conversation.I mentioned to Preston that my car was still under warranty. Preston asked for my dealership s information, took the initiative to reach out to them and communicated and handled the issue directly with them. The best part is Preston will make arrangements to come to your home and repair the dent without you having to take it anywhere else. It took about an hour and my car was back to looking brand new again. Not only was the repair fast, but he did an excellent job on my car! From past experiences with my other vehicle, I am always hesitant of taking my car in for any maintenance or repair due to coming back with other issues or others not treating my vehicle with care. With Preston, you can tell he takes pride in his work with his attention to detail. I would highly recommend Preston to anyone! I wish I could rate him more than a 5 for his professionalism and top-notch customer service. Thank you again, Preston!

I looked on the internet for companies close to my home that repair door dings. Presto Dent Repair was one of the closes repair facilities. After reading a review written by a satisfied customer, I called and spoke with Preston. We setup an appointment at 5:30 p.m. the day after Memorial Day for an inspection of my car. Preston called me to confirm our appointment and he indicated he would be at me home between 5:30 p.m. and 5:45 p.m. He arrived on time and examined the door ding damage. He gave me an estimate for the repair and explained that there was another small ding which was close to major door ding and he would repair it for no extra charge. We made arrangements for him to come the next day for the repairs. Around 5:30 p.m. he called and stated he was in Frisco and he would be at my home between 6:30 p.m. and 6:45 p.m. Again, he was quite punctual. In about an hour, he had meticulously repaired the two door dings to my complete satisfaction. I would highly recommend Presto Dent Repair and its owner Preston who provided excellent customer service. Kenneth H.

I wasn t sure that the 4inch by 4inch dent in my front fender could be repaired without doing conventional bodywork so after getting several estimates, Preston assured me he could fix it with paintless dent repair, which was much less than the collision repair estimates I received. I was absolutely amazed when I picked up my vehicle. The dent was completely gone and he was also able to make some other scratches on the hood disappear. My vehicle looked just like new again! Preston is very professional and I will definitely call on him for any other dent and scratch repairs.

I was referred to Presto Dent Repair by a family member for a dent that prevented my front passenger door from opening. Preston looked at my car the same day I contacted PDR. Work was done in one day! I was not expecting it to be that quick. Preston was very professional and easy to do business with. I will definitely be a returning customer! I am saying goodbye to the over priced body shops forever.

Presto dent repair fixed our 2015 Honda Crosstour, this was the first new/used car we had ever bought. We were very upset when we got a nasty door dent from the top of the door all the way to the bottom.However, presto dent repair fixed the entire door in just one day and our car was back to looking new.We didn t know about PDR, but we are glad we found them. Saved us a bunch of money, very professional, good work done in a timely fashion!Highly recommend you give them a shot before going to a body shop!

Preston removed a dent, on my 2019 Charger Scatpack, from the panel by my back window. He did an Excellent job!! He is a great guy, treats you like your his best friend. Very friendly and professional. I HIGHLY recommend him!!!

I recommend Presto Dent repair for any hail damage repairs. They were courteous and professional throughout the whole process. Service was easy to book. Being able to send a video by text and receive a accurate quote made the whole process easy. They worked within my schedule.Repair was perfect, you would never know the dent was there.Great service at a good price.Highly recommend!

David did a fantastic job! He was courteous, professional, and answered all my questions concerning the process. He really took his time to work out a very difficult dent where most repair people would have probably given up. He continued work work it until it was completely gone. I would highly recommend them if you need some dents removed.

I really thought getting my car repaired after all the hail storms was going to be a big ordeal. I was completely wrong. Preston and his staff were very professional. They were willing to come to me to check repairs and pick the car up. I have nothing but the highest regard for this business. I have told several people and will continue. I have gotten so many compliments on the work they did on my car.

Excellent service! With the challenges of Covid-19, extra care was taken to make sure we were safe. Everything was wiped and disinfected before and after our car service. Preston was able to come and work without contact. Highly recommend! Will use service again!

I am very happy with the work this company did on both of our cars! The workmanship made our cars look brand new. They did the interior as well by cleaning it out and giving it a new car smell! I could not be happier! I would highly recommend them to anyone who has hail damage!
