I knew I was in for trouble when the moonroof on my Mercedes CLA250 wouldn't close. I called the dealer as well as several repair shops who quoted $3000 to $5000, along with a week's worth of turnaround time.Through word-of-mouth, I was referred to Jim and Precision Auto Care. When I called, I was so stressed about the cost and being without my car, I cried. Jim was kind and empathetic, and suggested bringing the car over to his shop.Jim did a thorough check and provided a detailed account of exactly what needed to be done, parts that would be required for repair, and most important - a reasonable cost. I would also have the car back by the end of the day.Jim kept me apprised of progress and I felt secure leaving the car in his capable hands. Not only is his work exemplary, but he showed me the broken parts so I was aware what he had replaced. This is not typical.I encourage anyone owning a Mercedes or other German vehicle to visit Jim for an exceptional experience.Service: Auto power window repair

Jimmy is the absolute best mechanic for Mercedes Benz in DFW. If you car is out of dealership warranty, do yourself a favor and go see him. He has connections to get part and fix anything.

If you have a German car that needs work done, Jim is THE man you need to go to. He is honest, knowledgeable, and fast.I was pulling into Torchy's parking lot when suddenly white smoke started coming out of my BMW 540i's hood. At that moment, I knew that it was a coolant gasket problem. Jim's shop was the nearest German auto shop so I pulled in. Jim greeted me and took the car on the spot. He confirmed my assumption that there was a problem with the valley pan coolant gasket. That's when I knew he was legit. He gave me a reasonable quote and followed through upon delivery the next day.I could have not asked for a better experience. Jim is a knowledgeable (master technician at MB Plano for MANY years!) and honest guy that owns a great shop. I will be coming back in the future, and I'm sure you will be too.

I had the best experience with Jim! Had an easy fix on my brake light sensor and he ordered the part that second and replaced it the next day very quickly. The kindest guy as well and he makes sure the problem is fixed before you go. Quick and easy service, the best car service I've had! Could not recommend this place more!

Jim has been great. I ve dealt with big company auto repair stores but Jim exceeded all expectations. He ll ask questions about the car and diagnose the problem really good. I ve recommended Jim to everybody I know. He doesn t discriminate because I m a woman while most auto repair stores will always look at my boyfriend for answers about my OWN car. He explains the problem, what it takes to fix it, and keep you in the loop for the turnaround time to fix it.

Jim is an excellent mechanic. I have been using his expertise for 10+ years, back when he used to be head mechanic at Mercedes. He is very knowledgable and has worked on a number of my cars. Furthermore, he is equipped with the proper software to diagnose problems. He cares about his customers and takes pride in his work and this is clearly evident. Dallas is lucky to have him. Jim is a very trustworthy mechanic as well as shop owner. I have taken my BMW to him whenever having issues and he has always ensured the car is fixed and running properly again. In trying to get a state inspection I was told there was a wiring issue with our 911s where the OBDII reader wouldn t connect and needed to take it to a dealership for diagnosis. Pulled in to Precision Auto, explained the situation and Jim stopped what he was doing to help. He was able to inspect the car as there was not a problem after all. We have 3 German cars and will be back to see him when we need service.

Jim got me in and out in one day. Saved me some money too. Much more reasonable than the Mercedes dealership in McKinney who didn't have a lone car until April 21 and this was March 2. They also were so backed up that my car would have sat for days. Thank Jim for the great service. I will be back.

I ve been going to Jimmy for years now. He s a master mechanic, diagnoses the problem correctly the first time and fixes it right. I go to him for everything because I m so pleased. Words can t describe how greatful I am to these guys!! I was literally in a pinch...I had my truck lowered and hit a bump which actually pinched and cut my passenger rear brake line in half! I was driving along when suddenly my brake fluid alarm went off and my brakes became soft and almost went all the way to the floor. I seen this service station and pulled in, let me tell you they were the coolest guys I ve met so far in Dallas! They pulled my truck right in and got right to the problem. Jim the owner was a straight up gentlemen and his shop manager Aaron was just the same. They got me back on the road in no time and I truly Appreciate them and will be using their services from here on out! Thank You Guys!

I found this place on accident as I was going about my work day. I drive all around the DFW metroplex daily for work in my 2004 c230 kompressor...was getting gas when I met Mr. Ajdin (owner) He told me who he was, his history with foreign cars. He is a master mechanic and worked on a Mercedes for years at MB Plano. Anyways, I feel as if I should be detailed because I can t say enough good things about this man, his honesty, integrity, work ethic and all around care for his clients. I have taken been to see Jim for a multitude of things since I stumbled upon his shop. My wife has a Cla250 and we have a Gle350 for family outings. Every one of ours cars is serviced by Jim and only Jim. I am thankful I met him and PROMISE you that you will be too. He will save you THOUSANDS! Thank you for listening to my story. The guy at the shop was rude, disrespectful, and not compassionate at all to my situation. I had a flat tire with no spare and he told me to get a spare OR a tire to get it fixed. He then to move my dangerously undrivable car away from the shop when I left to obtain a tire. When I came back I was told they couldn t put on the actual tire, only a spare. Worst experience at an auto shop I have experienced in my life.

We live maybe give or take 1 mile away from this establishment. We were driving and got a little hole (maybe from a nail) in the front right tire of our truck. I remembered them just due to the location and our favorite restaurant is right next to them. Drove in, told them our situation, did a plug right then and there no questions asked. Would highly recommend this place just on that first interaction will becoming here for my next auto problem/maintenance in the future with my personal car. Thank you.

Tried this place to get an oil change, they were nice enough that I went back to get my brakes done on my A5. They squeezed me in. I cannot say enough about how nice and accommodating the staff is not to mention that they had a better price. Definitely 5 star service.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They are always there to help you! They didn't charge me when they helped me fasten my car plate. They even suggested me use a frame to protect my plate. Words cannot describe my appreciation to them
