Collier! What A swell guy, give this dude a raise!Went in to get some oil after standing in line at the autozone across the street for over thirty minutes.... didn't have to wait here at all! And... I had just replaced the battery in my keyfob but it was still not working... and this guy right here spent his valuable time helping me figure out what was wrong with it. So, A+ for effort today Mr. Collier!! A well deserved Level- Up buddy!!

Way over priced these days. You're better off just ordering what you want to buy. They cashier didn't even want to match my price even though it was less like ten minutes down the road.

"I can see clearly now the rain is gone.."- JIMMY CLIFFWhen it's not snowing in Texas during winter it's raining. I was happy that Daniel was able to fit my Carr with a brand new pair of windshield wipers. Daniel quickly assessed my needs, help me get my new windshield wipers on my vehicle. He did all this in just under 15 minutes.I certainly feel that Daniel is not only an asset to this location, but he also reinforces the O'reilly's brand, and gives merit to the O'reilly's brand equity.Thank you, I appreciate all your helpful information and candor, Daniel.

They are almost as good as going to a mechanic. If you can give a general idea of what s wrong with your car, I m pretty sure they can guess what you need to have it fixed. The guys are quick to find the parts in the store and I ve even had one of the guys help me install the part in the parking lot. They are quick and good at what they do.

I wish I could give this place a 100 review. Pete A was so helpful! He tested our battery and replaced it. He was very informative and helpful. We will never be going back to a dealership for small services. Thank you again for being so helpful! You made a forever customer

They always take the extra time and attention to help me with anything I need. I definitely suggest them to anyone that knows that even if they don't know how to do the repair , YouTube can usually help you out. Their prices are higher than Amazon or Walmart, but if you need it now, they usually have it. Back again, and this is still their best location near me.

Came to location on a wrap a hole it's 531 Arapahoe. Their customer service was the worst,!! all I wanted to do was just buy a light bulb for my signal light and my vehicle when I came in he ignored. Me after a while he said he could help me. But he was helping the customer next to him When he came outside to look at my car all he did was stand next to me while I was trying to take the light off didn't say a word. Didn't say anything very very unhelpful at the store and my sister works for or no Riley's in the Abilene. It was a very awful experience,, And she says that her store they provide very good service but here at this store at this location. I didn't even ask him his name but very rude

OUTSTANDING service. Very nice staff and the manager is understanding, polite and easy going. I would have to have to drive past two other O Reillys stores to get to this one but it s worth it.

9:32 PM (2 minutes ago)0I wanted to say i had an excellent experience with Shannon who I believe is the store assistant manager. I stopped at the West Arapaho location store 817 in Richardson TX. I was short on time and needed a battery badly, the store was busy but Shannon took the time to find the battery I wanted and was nice enough to install it for me. He was very friendly and accommodating. I wasn't asked to post this review but was compelled to do so by how quickly he got me back on the road. Thanks so much Shannon, you are a credit to your store!

I wanted to give this review because my experience with the store associate, James (Jay) was on top of it before I even walked in the door. He saw that my headlight was out and immediately had my car info pulled up so he could assist me promptly. Then took the time to change it for me, which on my car is NOT easy. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Needed help with the electrical of my 2005 Lincoln LS were the Assistant store manager, Shannon, was extraordinary in his ability to help in all things electrical. Store is organized well and staff is excellent.

Jos� and Jordan were very helpful and courteous in assisting me with replacing my stoplight switch on my small coup. It is in a very tight space in a very hard to reach area. Jose installed the switch and made sure everything was working before sending off. Good customer service is hard to find, but they hit it out of the park today!

Probably the worst oreilly's I've ever been to, and I travel cross country for work. All working service people had almost zero basic knowledge of car parts. I'd use them again if I absolutely had to, but never if any other store was open and i'd never ever ever listen to them about anything without somebody else corroborating. The people were polite enough, I just hate stores where they don't have somebody knowledgeable working during all hours.

Was having difficulty with my battery so someone suggested I ask in here for some help, they weren't busy with customers however made me feel like such a beggar for asking that I just said"that's okay, I will call someone". Needless to say I am never going to return to any oreilly store.
