Not too long ago, my car was totaled pretty badly. So many repairs had to be done and honestly, cost wise, I was expecting to spend a fortune. The family that owns this center though was so kind and did their best to give me a not only budget-friendly cost but an overall reassuring experience. It was quality work done. My car runs good as new and the people over there were super sweet. Wish them nothing but the best!Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

I selected Northrich Automotive because of the high number of online positive reviews. While driving in for the paint and body estimate, my front truck tire went completely flat and was undriveable. Although Northrich was quite busy, they promptly took the time to repair the tire which had a large bolt embedded in it (not a simple repair). Because of the complexity, the owner of Northrich personally took his time to facilitate the repair. Everyone at this facility from the front office to the mechanic was highly competent and courteous. Rarely do I provide reviews, but Northrich is deserving of the highest rating.

If you need anything fixed Northrich is your place! Super awesome staff and owners who really care about you and your car needs. Great customer service and pricing. The team here was excellent! I have some front bumper damage that affected my hood and interior structure. Bobby helped me with the estimate, and was real detailed about each part that needs to replaced and fixed. I recieved notice and pictures every step, and got my car back in a quick turn around. Value is great for the honest, attentive service given. I definitely will be back if I need any car services.

I took my car here for repair after a small collision and the experience was really good. I left the car in the shop for 2 weeks as i was out of town. After I got back they gave me the car and it was like new, I mean, the parts were all new and looks like part of the car was new. There's no way to tell it was repaired, at least not for me, they did a high quality job.I haven't had any problem with the repairs. I definitely recommend this Northrich Collision, process was smooth and they always kept me informed, never had to call them for an update.

Recently had my truck repaired at Northrich after a fender bender. Quality of the work was outstanding and they did a great job of working with my insurance company. Work was completed on time and with no surprises.The shop is really professional and clean and the crew very friendly. Highly recommend this place.

I cannot say enough good things about Northrich, they ALWAYS take care of me!! I have had numerous car issues in the past two months and they always make time to see and diagnose my car as quickly and thoroughly as possible. I have had to have my car towed there after hours and they are always so helpful and understanding. They are great at explaining to me what the problem is in a way that's easy for me to understand. Wouldn't go anywhere else!!

Rochelle is amazing! She is extremely professional and will go the extra mile to make sure you not only leave with great service but a great experience. A business you can trust, Northrich Collision Center is the place to take your four wheel baby to have it maintained and fixed top to bottom. The staff is quick in replying to the customer's needs and they're online and on the phone continuously looking for the best deal and the best parts. I've been in their office and shop on multiple occasions and seen them work directly, book with confidence!

The Northrich team is AMAZING. They truly make you feel like apart of the family. From being greeted by their friendly sweet doggos, to having the best care taken with your vehicle, it is an experience like nowhere else. Northrich Collision Center has an excellent, professional and dedicated staff that knows great customer service. Ms. Rochelle Gotsdiner and Mr. Bobby Harp were a fantastic help when recently needed. I'll always trust my vehicles to their care and concern. Northrich is always a pleasure to work with.

Couldnt be happier with the service and quality of Northrich Collision. I've brought multiple vehicles here and each and everytime the job is done properly and on time.The most recent time was my Toyota 4Runner, which was sideswiped causing extensive damage. They were able to turn the car around in less than a week, worked with my insurance, and helped me obtain a rental vehicle.Highly recommended.

I heartily endorse Northrich Automotive (and Collision Center) in every way. I was a loyal and frequent customer for over twenty years, when I lived in Richardson. They worked on many different vehicles which our family had during that time, and I also trusted them when considering used cars to buy. We also bought a used car directly from them at one point (for our son's first car).

When my wife hit something in the road and damaged the front of her car, this is the first place I thought of! The owners of Northrich Automotive in Richardson expanded to the auto body business and the place is top notch! Great people, great work, and great experience, you won't be disappointed!

The staff was knowledgeable and forthright about what the cost of parts and labor would be and the timeframe necessary to complete the job. I was relieved by the transparency and felt in the know the entire time. The quality of the repairs were as such that you can t even tell work was done on the car. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone in need of repairs.

I went to Northrich Collision Center after first getting an estimate from a shop we had used several times before. Apparently the old shop had changed and not for the good. I had backed into something and creased the trunk and bumper. The other place wanted to replace them all and the bid was high. Instead, the craftsmen at Northrich manipulated the creased parts and buffed them out cannot tell what I did to it. The price was way less than the other bid AND they did it in one day. Definitely give them a chance.

Repeat customer here! The Northrich crew took such good care of me after I had been rear-ended that I knew I could trust them when I needed minor body work done. I'll recommend them to anyone who asks me, because in my opinion they're the best and the kindest!

I 've known the Gotsdiner family for about a year now, and have migrated all of my auto repair service business to them at Northrich Automotive & Collision. Every time I have used them , either for my annual vehicle inspection to my most recent service for brake repair, they have consistently kept me in constant communication about the level of effort the job will require, how much it will cost, and how long it will take for me to get my vehicle back. I truly appreciate their attention to detail before and after the sale - they always call me back after picking up my vehicle to make sure I am happy with the repair. They are a throwback to the "neighborhood Mom & Pop repair shop", and I'll continue to use them for all my automotive repair and maintenance needs!Mike Mahurin

Very professional and friendly. Handled insurance/claims with minimal effort on my part. Car was returned cleaned and in great condition. Bobby even picked me up from the nearby rental shop! Overall extremely satisfied with their service.

I'm not sure why there's a lot of random new negative reviews about this place, I just went here by recommendation of a family friend. It's a really welcoming environment. as a college girl, repair shops can be intimidating but they were not only incredibly helpful, but also efficient.
