Just moved to Dallas and needed to get my car serviced. Rochelle and Ryan were very personable and friendly. As soon as Ryan heard my car, it gave me great comfort that he knew my car needed a gasket. While fixing the gasket issue, they discovered missing bolts that are needed for holding my catalytic converters in place. They found bolts that were the right size and fixed that problem as well. My repair bill was reasonably priced and I wasn't hit with any unnecessary diagnostic fees. I am so glad I chose a small family business over a huge dealership. I will definitely reach out to them the next time I need to have my car repaired.

I took several cars there over a month period for various reasons routine maintenance and a breakdown. The team there was very professional, courteous and prompt. They provided a quote let me pick the work done and did not try to upsell or push any repairs that were not needed. They were able to start on the work promptly and completed the job when promised. After 30 years in Richardson I think I have finally found a quality automotive repair shop.

Northrich Automotive is my top choice for car maintenance and repair on all my vehicles. I always receive excellent communication from the time I book my appointment through to pick-up. In their estimates, they include photos of all issues found helpful for someone like me who only pops the hood to check the oil or add washer fluid. When needed, they provide detailed explanations to help me make the best choice about what work to do immediately and what we can just keep an eye on for awhile. (I have two older cars that require some extra TLC.) On one of my visits, the owner, Rochelle Gotsdiner, reminded me that she welcomes any and all questions, that they want to be a neighborhood garage people can trust and feel at ease interacting with. They are absolutely meeting that goal and then some. I m so pleased to have found them and plan to be a lifelong customer.

Been going here for years. Everything has been great. We are getting the maximum service from our vehicles (we take them all here). Can't say there haven't been a couple problems, but in the rare instance they do occur, they are resolved quickly and completely. A first rate outfit!

Fantastic Service! The team at Northrich go above and beyond the status quo that other mechanics set. They took their time and were diligent about finding any problems that may have occurred to my engine. The diagnosis was quick and the remedy just as swift. I literally will not take my Jeep anywhere else but to them for the rest of my life.

We were recommended to Northrich by several neighbors and they exceeded all expectations. Our car was in need of some major maintenance, Ryan went above and beyond to get us scheduled and work was completed in just 1.5 days!Additionally, they were able to schedule us for some minor work on my car doors, turnaround time was 1/2 a day.

The staff and service at Northrich Auto. are second to none. The communication was especially appreciated as well as the honesty and transparency during my service. While my car was estimated to be kept over the weekend after dropping off on a Thursday morning, they were able to complete my repair by mid-day the next day. We will be taking our cars to Northrich from now on.

As with pretty much every other review here, I can't say enough good things about Northrich.The owner, Rochelle, and her team (shoutout Ryan!) are so kind are personable, I feel like I'm going to see friends anytime I have work to get done.They have very high integrity and are trying to build their business based on referrals, and their mission is to help their customers find peace of mind around car maintenance, which can be a huge source of stress. To do this, they understand they need to take their time, do the work right, and employ the best people. Perhaps you could find cheaper prices, and I think we all have that infamous uncle who can "do it for cheaper" - but personally, I would gladly pay a small % more for the peace of mind that it will be done right the first time.

Outstanding mechanics! Can't say enough good things about this place. Professional, cost effective, honest, timely... the list goes on and on. I will NEVER take my car to the dealership again to get services done. Northrich will be my mechanic place of choice!! Worth the 35 minute drive from where I live. EXCELLENT service! So glad I found this place.

I am not a regular customer of Northrich, so my review is based on that statement. I live out of state and am here in Dallas area for medical treatment for my husband. I knew my sparkplugs needed to be done because my vehicle was misfiring and was SO sluggish. I asked some ladies at the church who they would take their vehicles to because I have not ever been a supporter of the dealership mechanics, and they recommended me to Northrich. I am very happy with the work that they did. They did an awesome job and treated me with so much kindness in my current situation! They did my sparkplugs and an oil change so as soon as I got in my vehicle and started it up, it felt brand new. They were very reasonably priced too, I knew the sparkplugs would not be an easy job on my truck, but I am very happy with the cost. I will recommend them to people from my town out of state who have to come to Dallas and I will bring my vehicle back to them should I have any issues throughout the duration of my stay here. Thank you!

Can t say enough good things about my first experience with this shop.After another shop caused engine failure with one of the newest trucks in our fleet we took it to NORTHRICH for a new complete engine swap and there team made sure we got the truck back and able to return to use in the field very quickly and it now runs just like it did when we got it new.We will now use only NORTHRICH AUTOMOTIVE FOR OUR FLEET.

The team at Northrich Automotive was super helpful with getting my Jeep back to running like it was new. When my check engine light came on originally I got anxiety at the potential bill, after talking with multiple dealerships I was even more anxious as the quotes they were giving me over the phone were steep. Eventually I found Northrich after they were referred to me by a friend. I am super happy with my experience at Northrich and their care for my car. Huge points for them being locally owned and family operated!

I've trusted Northrich Automotive with all of my vehicles for years. They came through again this past week with quality service. On top of that, they are always willing to talk through the action plan with the customer and do an outstanding job of communication from start to finish. My car broke down so I had it towed to a different, well known company in the area. That shop gave me an estimate, but I had a feeling they were overcharging on the labor. So, this time I had the car towed to Northrich and explained to Ryan what I knew to be the issues as well as my plans to sell the car and spend the least amount as possible. Paul was my mechanic. He took a look so quickly. Ryan got me the estimate the next day AND he was excited to tell me I m saving $700 in labor by getting these 3 things fixed. He was correct. It was actually thousands of dollars less including parts. These were (what I would consider) major repairs, yet my car was back to me in 4 or 5 days. I don t know how they did it but these guys were absolutely impressive. I ve already recommended them to friends, family, and even the towing company

The people over at Northrich, were very informative and knowledgeable. I appreciate their attention to detail and effort they put into the customer experience.I came in with a CEL and a list of things I knew were wrong with the vehicle. They listened to my concerns and did their own assessment and quotes to everything that was wrong with pictures.I absolutely loved the transparency of the shop!Thanks to the Tech, they traced down everything wrong with the car and even seemingly fixed a few other minor issues with the drivability of the car.Even made sure my tires were aired up to spec! I appreciate everything you guys have done to get me back on the road!I will definitely be using this shop for future mechanic needs!

10/10! I took my sprinter van in a bit nervous because of how finicky sprinters can be but Northrich took their time being thorough and fixed her up great! Honest, efficient, and great customer service. I couldn't recommend them more!

I had leaking on my garage floor. Northrich Automotive was highly recommended by a neighbor, so I took the car there for evaluation. The folks there took an extraordinary amount of their time to thoroughly inspect every detail of the engine and transmission. Since my car had over 100,000 miles, they discovered several issues that threatened to make my car undriveable in the near future. Even with the UAW strikers making it hard to get parts, they found a way to get the parts needed to fix my car. In another 24 hours--and for a fair price--my car was ready to go back on the road again. On top of the great job they did, they are really nice folks. Nice folks, good repair work, reasonable cost...what more could a person ask?

Had a mystery electrical problem. The identified the battery as a potential problem which I argued because it was barely 2 years old. Decided to replace it. Turns out they were right and they charged me a reasonable fee. I was very impressed and pleased.
