Went to purchase a battery, and the young man was very pleasant and helpful. He did have the battery that would work just fine but was a smaller size (dimensionally) than the one I brought. He took the extra step, on his own initiative, to locate one the same size in another store. I chose to buy the one he had from HIM.

Staff is always nice and helpful. Too bad he couldn't change the battery for me. Had to change it myself and accidentally hooked it up backwards. Still paying the price for that. Many fuses blown and now to replace the ECM. Ugh!! What's more frustrating is I know how to work on cars and I made this stupid mistake ... however, in my defense, it was cold, rainy and I stepped in a pothole of water when I was changing the battery out. It definitely was not my day.Yall really need to do something with those potholes in your parking lot.

They had exactly what I wanted but I'm too poor to be able to buy cuz I had no money at the time that I saw that item there at the store so I took a picture of it so I can come back later

Love this place, guys are knowledgeable and helpful. They love my pup and are always happy to see us both walk through the door. I feel they have a better quality about their products and services than the other chain's of automotive stores.

Thanks to John at NAPA for helping us resolve a battery issue! Great information in language we could understand to get us back up and on the road. Have been happy with them in the past and now they have exceeded expectations.

This is my neighborhood auto parts store, I love Napa auto parts I only go there you guys are way better than o'reilly's and autozone, Napa auto parts employees actually know what they're doing they actually know auto parts that's why I love your store

The store is clean and staff was friendly but the prices does not match with their online price. I went inside this morning to buy a windshield repair kit, online was few bucks less but the store will not match the price, they said that you will need to order online and pick up to get that price, kind of silly in my opinion and the staff agreed.

I placed an online order on 03/25/22 @ 5:24pm, and this store was chosen because it was nearby and had the item in-stock.I received an e-mail on 03/26/22 @ 4:59pm saying my order was ready for pick-up.30 minutes later I received an e-mail saying my order had been cancelled with no explanation.I called 800-LET-NAPA on Monday afternoon seeking that explanation and got none.So now this will LET NAPA know with a poor rating.

Great crews and always friendly and always helpful. Looking for a/c valve cap for my Nissan. Nissan don t carry it and autozone and Oreally don t have the right part! NAPA is my last hope - the store manager is going above and beyond to check everything they got to find the right fix! Excellent Job and thank you - David

The real deal , great service hudge warehouse in Mesquite. They can have parts there in a couple of hours, if they don't have the part in store . Prices are reasonable. Why go any where else

This location has gotten worse over the years. At this point, I won't go back. I went in there last week looking for a bolt. I told the counter person I was looking for a bolt and he told me "I ain't got no bolts." Really? What kind of auto parts store do you work at? Even Autozone, the Kmart of parts stores has some bolts. It is apparent to me that the level of service has deteriorated to a point where its no longer worth trying to shop there. The parts are more expensive than anywhere else and since they "ain't got no bolts," they've got to be sorely lacking in other supplies as well. This place is not for me. There are several other Napas that I can deal with. I'm done with this one.

Napa was always my go to until this morning. I went to purchase 1 simple thing, Lucas fuel injection cleaner. After I asked where it was the employee looked at me and laughed...I know I am a female but no need to treat me that way at all! I will never be back because of 1 employees actions and ego. If I could give it zero stars I would! Shame on him!

Very friendly staff. The guy at the desk didn t know that a grease fitting is also called a zerk. But they are very helpful.

Went to get a valve for my Mazda and the helper broke the valve off the sensor which cost me $130 more to get the whole part new plus installation
