I just left this place and I was amazed by their service! They were able to get me in same-day (on a Saturday) and got my window fixed in less than an hour. They provided the cheapest rate all around and made my window look brand new. They even vacuumed all of the glass out of my car! I hope I don t end up with another broken window but if I do, I will never go anywhere else. I will continue recommending them to all of my friends and family. They gave me an upfront price on the phone and that is exactly what I paid in store. They are hands down a great business and I am very grateful for the service they provided.

They did a good job on my windshield. Fast and efficient. Very surprised how well they cleaned the dashboard once finished. Good customer service. They also offer a good inclusive warranty on the windshield.

Had a great experience here! One of my windows was shattered, and I needed it repaired quickly. Fair prices and efficient. I hope I won't go through the experience of a shattered window again, but if I do, I would come back for their services. Tom was highly responsive and flexible and just so nice. They were able to get my window repaired same day.

My first time getting my windshield replaced had a few mistakes but I went right back today (two days later) and they redid the whole thing and made it perfect Great customer service and a quick experience, all together. Will definitely come back for my front windshield replacement.

Vehicle got broken into so I called up Alex at My Safe Glass he was able to get me in immediately and replace two windows within 1.5 hour time period. Great customer service and great prices! Highly recommend!

Answered immediately, they had my Windshield in stock at an EXTREMELY COMPETITIVE PRICE. The only hold up was my schedule. These guys are the real deal. Called sefelite 3 times and I couldn't get past them telling me to go on line to request a quote. Just get these guys to do it, great job MY SAFE AUTO GLASS REPAIR, KEEP IT UP!!!

Do not go to this place. I took my vehicle, there for a chip repair and these are the before and after pictures of what they did which is absolutely nothing. They charged me $88 for this Repair and did not refund me when I called them out on their poor work. The main guy who fixed it named, Abdul, laughed at me and would not speak to me once I questioned what he did. He sent another guy out to talk to me who put his hands up in the air and said I don t even work here. I m just helping them out. do not go to this place, they lack of integrity and and clearly by the pictures do horrible work.

Excellent service for replacing windshield on my 2019 nissan sentra had a quote already, had appointment got it replaced within an hour . Owner was very polite and Honest He gave some discount because my daughter is college student.overall great experience. Will definitely go again.Thanks.

I add my five-star review to this automotive glass company. My 07 Ford Taurus did require a windshield replacement, however; the lower price and higher degree of quality workmanship was to my benefit.

They were able to get me in quickly and the replacement was fast. Last time I had to replace my windshield I was charger about $500, here only plaid ~$300. Staff is very friendly and kind. They also had an adorable, well-behaved dog in the office!

I had my windshield replaced 08/24 and I'm very happy with the service I received! Tom answered all my questions and got me set up with an appointment. Ben came to my office and replaced the windshield. The entire process, from start to finish, was quick and easy! 5 stars all around!

Took my 2021 Ford Bronco in for a chipped windshield from a pebble that dinged it on 75. Alex and team handled my Bronco with care and were very professional from the time I called to set up an appointment to the time I left. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The filler is almost completely invisible! I highly recommend these guys and will definitely be back if my windshield is chipped again in the future.

My rear glass was shattered. Went to MS Auto Glass repair. They were very prompt to address my needs. Took care of it while I waited. Great customer service. I highly recommend them. They did a great job replacing the glass.

10/10 Customer Experience.Was in a bind after my car was broken into... for the SECOND time. This time it was the front right passenger window.I'm a repeat customer with another local repair shop, but they sent me here due to availability. They were friendly, quick and gave a fair price for the repair.Same day turnaround and a cash discount!!!

The staff was very unprofessional and rude. They charge extra if you use a credit card instead of cash. A business that only wants to use cash in 2023 seems suspect to me. They did not tell me when I made the appointment that they would charge extra if I used a credit card. Seems like a way to just get extra money from the customer. If a business cannot afford the fees associated with credit card transitions that should be a red flag. Just a few days after my windshield was installed a crack formed under the seal on the top of the glass and appeared to be from the installation. I took my vehicle back to the shop where a tech looked at it and confirmed there was not an impact from a rock or foreign object. When he went back inside the office manager said there was a chip and they were not at fault for the damage and said they would not honor their warranty on the glass. When I raised my concern a person who identified himself as the owner (would not provide his name) checked the glass again and then claimed there was a chip and was very rude and kept asking me if I was sure nothing hit the glass, said this happens to Jeeps a lot, etc. He was extremely condescending and talked down to me the entire conversation. The damage was very clear to start under the seal and appears there was something under the seal that caused the tension and the broken window. So less than a week later I had to replace my windshield again with a different company that appears to have a better moral compass and was not rude. I would not recommend anyone use this company

So happy we found My Safe Auto Glass. Safelite wanted to charge me way too much. My Safe Glass gave me a honest deal and great install. I will be referring everyone here and I will return if I need to.

Went to Alex based on a google search and I m SO glad I did. His professionalism and work ethic is unbeatable. I came to him with a small crack in my rental car and needed to get it fixed. He quickly took in my car (was in and out in about 15 mins!! WOW!) and was very reasonably priced (where others were charging hundreds). He assured me the initial crack I came in for wasn t going to spread, but the another one I had would need fixing. I couldn t have been happier with Alex and the service he provided. I came here from out of town and he took car of my windshield without issue. Thank you, Alex!!

My Safe Auto Repair really helped my wife in a stressful situation. Her window had been busted in Austin do to a break-in. She works as a nurse and could not get off to fix the window. She called from Austin on Saturday and they brought her in on Sunday. We did not know about the hail storm in Allen, Texas. They were swamped with horrible hail damaged cars. They still brought my wife s car in and worked past close to finish it, on Sunday. The work was excellent and the gentleman that helped was very courteous and kind. Alex is a very busy guy, but he made time for me last minute on a Saturday and really took care of me for a reasonable price. There are so many people in the auto industry who take advantage of "opportunity cost" when something happens with your vehicle that has your back up against the wall and I can happily say that Alex and My Safe Auto Glass Repair does NOT try to kick you when you are down.Thanks Alex for the amazing service and awesome prices.
