It was so great. Russell got my car on right away. My whole back door was bashed in by a truck so had to replace it completely. Took it in on Friday , and was going to start on it Monday. They did, I never thought it would get fixed that quick. They finished on Thursday . I wasn t able to get there til Friday. They did a superb job. It looked wonderful. Just like never happen to it. Russell was so pleasant to me and offered help when went in to even help me get stuff out of my car. Just didn t have time to get out before I took it in. I just loved my whole experience lived I got it so soon!!! Thank you Luke Riley collision center. Superb job all around. I recommend them to anyone. It was less than I guessed it would be too. So thankful!!!!

Nathalie Ramirez did a wonderful job of helping me determine what repairs were needed on my 2008 Pilot. She is very knowledgeable, courteous, and caring. She even came to work, with her kids, on her day off, to make sure I was satisfied when I came to pick up my car. Her "Customer Service" is Outstanding. Roy and AJ in the Parts Dept. were also very helpful (letting me charge my phone, etc.). I would recommend the Service Dept. to all of my friends. David B.

I usually don t like going to dealerships because I never had a great experience. This dealership on the other hand was great! I got a decent amount of work done to my vehicle, and great pricing. My advisor Melissa was very kind to us and took care of us, she kept us updated the whole way, very professional.We will come back to lute Riley for future work on out vehicle they did great!!

I called Lute Riley service center for my 2017 Honda HR-V after a disappointing oil change experience at another shop this week in which my skid plate came off driving on the road shortly thereafter. After calling the other shop I was ultimately told it s too bad and I didn t need it anyway, so I had to retrieve my skid plate from the street it came off on. I did not trust the other shop to put it back on properly, and Lute Riley was immediately understanding on the phone and provided me with an appointment to put it back on. I went this morning and was greeted by Jeremy who was very kind and assured me that putting my skid plate back on was no problem. They proceeded to perform this for me free of charge, as well as a multi-point inspection and a wash. I was able to wait in a clean and accommodating space in which I accomplished my work with no problem while waiting on my service. I am incredibly pleased with my experience and have a two-fold opinion moving forward. One, I ll absolutely only be taking my Honda to Lute Riley service center for any maintenance on my vehicle moving forward. I know they have my safety and experience at the forefront. Second, I have had my Honda for 5 years and intend to stay in Hondas. This experience affects my future car purchases, as I will want to make any future purchase at Lute Riley Honda. Thank you again.

Prompt service like this make this dealership as great place to get your vehicle serviced.Thanks Zack!!I'm not sure if you guys do the complementary car wash and vaccum with oil change anymore, but your service department supervisor not returning a callback as requested is not how you should treat your regular customers. I'm already looking for a different dealership to give my business to.

The service was completed in a timely manner and all of my services were warranty work a zero dollar balance. All I needed was to sign and drive away. It took over 30 minutes for someone who was not my advisor who was not answering the text messages they ask us to send to receive checkout to actually help me out the door 45 minutes just to pickup my car. Not including the time taken for the service itself which didn t even take an hour for maintenance and a car wash.

Lute Riley has never disappointed when it comes to service. They are attentive, honest, and the work is guaranteed. Kudos to my service lead Hunter Eastwood and tire specialist Jeremy for ensuring, as my CRV approaches 90,000 miles, the internal parts and tires are good to go. Thanks to all the mechanics and personnel behind the scenes for meeting high standards. This is the reason I've owned Hondas for the last 30 years!

I ve been a Lute Riley Honda customer for 20 years. From Sales Team to Services Team they are friendly and professional. The dealership notified me of the status of my services and the estimated cost. For the major services, the Services Team offered a small discount to put a smile on my face. Happy to come to the Lute Riley Service Department, I enjoyed the quiet time and coffee while waiting!

I went to Lute Riley Honda for my safety inspection and oil and filter change. Although it is a distance away, it is worth it for the quality of the service. I will return soon for some more major service based on the age of my car. My service advisor, Michael Mason, was especially helpful.

Tommy was great, I arrived so late like 10 mins to close after coming from far out and hitting traffic and he was only one there he still went above and beyond to help me and I really appreciated it! After prior dealership was a horror story it was reassuring to have Tommy be so upfront and honest. I would recommend him to family and friends. Well done on your service Tommy!

I came in for an oil change and a car wash and I m disabled but I never feel let down when I leave. Mike checked me in and he was very prompt and professional. I absolutely adore Zach he s such a sweetheart and he came and greeted me as I waited on my car and I enjoyed him so much I forgot he was working. And I m not sure what the Asian guy s name is but he works there in service and he ll put the number on top of your car, he s kinda tall. But he s very nice as well. I ve been a customer since 2017 or 2018 but no one else services my car but Lute Riley thank you Lute Riley, I wish I could afford a extended warranty package you offer

This is more a review about follow up than service. We have always bought and serviced our Honda Pilot at Lute Riley, and had a nice experience.So when the check engine light on our Dodge Ram came on we thought "lets take it to Lute Riley" their great. So we scheduled an appointment several days in advance. There wasn't an option on the website that says they do not service Dodge, filled out the form, described the problem and never received a call back or follow up call to see what exactly we were experiencing or to confirm the make and model of the vehicle.So I was pretty shocked when I drove 45 minutes out of the way to bring the truck in only to be told when we arrived they do not service Dodge.Which I get it, however when I filled out the appt request and selected other it might have been nice to have a follow up call to let me know you can't service the vehicle I am bringing in.We will still get our Honda serviced there but on this particular experience it was unfortunately a lot of wasted time over something I thought could have been avoided.

I love the convenience and they make it really easy to get your car serviced. I used to really love this place more because I can come and get honest work done on my car. But now every time I come, there s always an additional $200 added on from what I came there to do. my latest time there had a whopping $1100 added onto suggestions of things that I needed to do to my car. It s so hard to find dealerships that aren t trying to rip you off

My experience was positive with this repair. I was pleased with the repair as it was under warranty. I have had no other issues since I picked it up. Kyle was very helpful as he answered all my questions and discussed my concerns with the open recall with my Pilot as they won't have a fix for it until the fall of 2024.

I had a great experience working with my service advisor Charles. He was able to explain everything to me on the recall process, and what they did. Answered several questions that I had about the recall. Even gave me a quote for some additional services that I might come back and get done at a later time. Overall, my experience was extremely good and amount of time my car was in the shop was for a very short period.

Michael was very helpful with any questions I had for him and also conducted timely follow-ups with me throughout the time my car was getting serviced. I am thankful that the service center offered me the option to be dropped off back home and picked up when my car was ready to for a pickup! Keep up the good work!

3/26/2024. UPDATEI went back to get my car serviced on Friday and I was greeted expeditiously with the level of service I am use to. I received communication and got my car back in a timely fashion. My only regret was getting treated as if I didn t matter this first time around.For the first time I can say I was dissatisfied with my service appointment in the 4 years I ve been going to this location. Past reviews I ve had nothing but good things to say but this time I was not pleased and the communication was horrible. I would have been ok had it been communicated better.

I went in to get my Car Play recall fixed (after being refused three times earlier) and bundled it with my A1 service schedule. Got my car just before closing the service outlet and when I got my car back, they had fixed the recall but disabled my main USB connection, Car Play, and Charging port. What is the quality check process after the repairs are done? What if this was a real safety issue? Are we just supposed to accept it without anyone taking any sort of ownership? Now I will need to go all the way again for a 50-mile round trip, leave my car for a full day again, pay for Uber both ways again, and who knows what else they will break this time!!

For the past several oil change services, you push high dollar services on me. Each oil change service, there are new services that wasn t previously recommended. Appears like you re upselling to me. I was even upsold for other services when I came in for state inspection previously. The more I approve & pay for additional services, the more upselling. Now I m told I need a $474 tuneup needed every 7 years. I ve only had my car serviced with your dealership since purchasing from you 9 years ago. Why is it just now recommended. I always complete any recommended service. But upselling is out of hand. Why does it cost $474 for a tune up?

Melissa Johnson was outstanding. Not only did she make sure that my car was serviced under the 3 hours allotted time, but she gave me a 10% discount to help me with the cost. She was very professional, polite, and courteous. I didn t expect to get my results via email and I respect the transparency of Honda showing me the proof of the work that was done.

Staff is generally friendly. Went to the express service for an oil change only and it took nearly 2 hours to get back on the road, with no cars waiting before me. The carwash was a nice touch, but it took almost 30 minutes from the time my van left the bay, to when it was delivered to me. The service itself was fine, but the wait was crazy for a simple oil change. Perhaps the option of a full inspection and car wash would be nice in order to speed up the process.

Good, fast, and complete service. Service writer was great.I do not understand why car dealerships have their service writers deal with the customers after the service is done. This dealer has them bring the car to you. It does slow the check in time down. The wait for check in is a bit long.

My appointment was at 7am but I got there much earlier. Rich was able to get started earlier than 7am! Rich kept me updated regularly and the mechanic was excellent in his work and communicating with Rich to share with me!!! I will continue to go to Luke Riley location!
