AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! I brought my car in for a check engine light. They said it was the O2 sensor. I paid almost $500 to fix it. The next day I picked up my car and it overheated. They then said it was a coolant leak and would cost around $400 to fix it. After I paid that I picked up my car again and it started misfiring when I turned it on. They then showed me a spot where supposedly the valve cover had a hole. They taped the hole up and the tape melted and got stuck in there. THEY SAID IT WOULD BE ANOTHER $1400 TO FIX IT. When I went to pick up my car, there were caps and covers under the hood THAT WERE OFF AND MISSING so you know they were messing around with other parts of the car. They either don t know what they re doing, or they know EXACTLY what they re doing and preying on vulnerable people who don t know anything about cars.

I don t typically write reviews but Stacy and Dylan were great! They serviced my vehicle during harsh weather conditions (freezing) and did it with great attitude even with other work orders.Most importantly, they were knowledgeable and educated me on everything before agreeing to servicing my vehicle. So glad I came in. They were quick and so easy to work with. I ll be a repeat customer.

The young men working on my car were fast, kind, and overall fantastic with great service. On the other hand the manager seemed to be throwing a fit the whole time I was there. He was yelling at the workers non stop and made a show for everyone in the waiting room. The one time he came inside he was very loud and clearly irritated. Great service, Great workers, Rude management.

The gentlemen were exemplary in trying to help me find the correct fitting windshield wipers for my 21 year old car. They were patient and kind and went above and beyond to help me. I would definitely recommend this establishment to others. Thank you guys!!!

This is the place to go! Got my oil change and state inspection. Small place but great service. The manager Vitaly was very professional and inspected and showed me other things my car needed( being a 2008 Honda) there is a lot. Gave me great price for new brakes and did a flush. Thank you. I'll be coming back!

The first impression was absolutely great when Tina provided great customer service and assistance in me trying to determine if I had a warranty on work done by another Kwik Kar who is no longer a part of the same ownership. When I arrived a guy greeted me soon as I walked in, didn't get his name, he was very pleasant. He drove my car and noticed the problem I have with the brakes. They were busy at end of day and asked that I return the next day so they could actually determine the problem. He topped off my brake fluid and I left feeling good that I has gone to that location. The customer service appealed a lot!! Oh, and the shop is nice and clean with magazines, tv, and coffee too

Although Kwik Kar was very busy they got to my car inspection within 20-30 minutes. Everyone was very friendly and took care of business in a professional way. Waiting room was comfortable and clean. Overall I am very satisfied with KK. Thank you. James Crowston.

Waste of time. Worst customer service and experience ever. I was there for state inspection today. (2.2.24), I was next in line, and they told me that they will be done in 15 minutes. I patiently waited for 45 minutes not complaining, went outside and saw that they have not started on my car yet. A guy (middle aged dark skinned male) told me that I waited to the end of the month to do my inspection, but my guy, I was next in line, you took other 4 cars that was after me, what do you mean I waited to the end of the month, just say you forgot my car. This guy did not even care a bit, he told me just get my car and leave???? I don't know who hired him, but someone got to do something. I would never recommend this place to anyone else or anyone on here. Ridiculous employee.

My husband and I both had our vehicles inspected at Kwik Kat #8138 this week. The staff is great! Professional, friendly, and customer service is their motto. We will definitely be back for oil changes.

Mr. Stacy and his team are super knowledgeable and transparent when it comes to letting you know what's going on with your vehicle. This team has earned my trust and they have a new repeat customer. You can trust this team too. They will not mislead you and your vehicle (and wallet too) will be all the better because of it. I highly recommend!

I pulled in and asked about how much it would be for a battery change on a Ford Fusion.The guy took one look, didn t even price check the battery type, said it s a difficult battery type to change and told me around $380.I went to another Kwik Kar location in Plano and they said it would be only about $220.

Very convenient, right next to UT Dallas campus. Excellent service, will come every time when I need oils change. Polite and friendly people, professional and knowledgeable team! Associate manager Mr. Sean is awesome!

I ve probably been coming to this location since 2018 when I moved to Richardson and they have always been nice and helpful. Normally come for the oil changes but sometimes like today came in specifically for the suggested maintenance service which is a coolant flush. Trying to maintain my car as long as I can since I m not trying to be in the market for a new house and car at the same time. Thanks Kwik Kar for your speedy service as always.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The service attitude is very bad. I waited for a long time but my problem was not solved. During this period, other customers kept cutting in line. I was very disgusted. The manager's management ability is too poor! Bad review, I hope everyone will not go to this store!

Sat for 30 minutes and got passed up because someone else came in a nicer car. The two boys that work on Sunday are extremely racist and made me feel so uncomfortable. Wouldn t greet me, Barry spoke with me, and I called prior to coming asking about the wait. I was only a four minute drive away. I m just so hurt at the blatant disrespect and prejudice I just experienced.

This place is under new management and you can definitely tell. Great service from manager and all the employees. Came in at a busy time and they had me in and out in und 30 minutes for a oil change and state inspection and a battery replacement!! Great Customer Service form the new manager he was great I will be back for all of my automotive services!!

Second time to go there - as I went to walk inside I tried to ask a tech (middle aged dark skinned male) how long it would take. Before I could say a word he s shaking his head saying no and pointing fervently that I needed to go inside and shaking his head no. I said I just wanted to ask a question (how long it would take?), and his aggressive & unfriendly attitude made me uncomfortable so I left.If you re a female - do not recommend. Not friendly or welcoming. Go elsewhere!

Went to this location because my original place the inspector was out for lunch and then another Kwik Kar location their equipment was locked..Very friendly. Lobby was clean. In and out in 15 minutes or less..
