I can't get over how clean their shop is. It's spotless top to bottom! Got me in quick and got me out quick zero complaints. The guys seem pretty cool too, not to talkative or smiley but I work in a shop as well so I get it. 10/10 I don't trust people with my cars but I'd give my car to these guys again.

I would like to share my personal experiences with Kwik Kar. One year ago, I went in for an inspection. I was told that I needed a new serpentine belt for my 2004 Scion. I had them replace it. In doing so they broke off the peg at my alternator and let me take it home. The squealing and lack of voltage let me know something wasn't right. I told them to fix it. It squealed for a month after until my personal mechanic informed me that they had not tightened the belt properly. I let it go thinking it was a one off. I returned to Kwik Kar last weekend to get an inspection again. I was informed this time that my rack and pinion steering was shot. I was told I needed to replace it along with the lines. They quoted me $2000. Knowing how they operated, I took it to my mechanic. All that was wrong was that I was low on power steering fluid. I was told fluid was sprayed all over the engine bay indicating the lines were bad. My engine is dry. There's no fluid anywhere. I would not recommend trusting anyone here. Especially the shorter guy with a red beard. Either he has no clue what he's doing or looking to make as much commission as possible off unsuspecting customers.

I had just left from eagle transmission and they said I had a Mercedes bends transmission in a dodge challenger, so I left and went across the street Juan come and great me respectfully and he starts telling me things that s wrong with my car and I let him know what happen he told me to pull in and they looked at it and it was totally different from what the people at eagle told me , Juan the best hard working man nicest person I know and straight up with you make sure u come stop by if u ever need anything with your car they got u , and Juan also let me come sit in the employees only room so I wouldn t be cold , the real fans best hard working man Ik keep it up Juan good deeds

Great and quick service! Quality customer service is hard to find at car shops but Chris and Juan had me rolling from the moment I walked in, they kept me laughing and made the time of service go by so quick. Chris kept it real on what to be mindful of and didn't pressure me to do anything now, but to be aware of what my car needs sooner than later. Definitely going back to this location for any service they can provide. Overall good start to my weekend!

This is the best place to get an oil change in Dallas!! These guys are very knowledgeable and care about the performance and maintenance of their customers vehicles. Today I walked in as a customer, and I am leaving as one of their clients. They hooked me up with an oil change, brake flush, coolant flush, motor flush & refill with high quality full synthetic oil. And the best part they did all of this for under 500 bucks, that s a steal. If you re in a stuck in a rut, and your wheels need a deal, stop by and see Chris and the rest of the crew and your whip will be riding like new.

Not going there again. First of all, I called on Thursday at 4:45pm and asked if they will do state inspection if I arrive there in 20-25 min and someone on the phone said yes. Went there at 5:09pm, there were 2-3 guys who said state inspector are gone for the day and we can t do it today. I said alright, I will be back tomorrow. Next day, I was there at 5:10. The same guy who said state inspectors are out yesterday started inspecting. The he checked the car and says your car needs plugs and break-pad cz only 1/4 is left of the break pads. It says 60k miles so u need those plugs as well. I bought that car 1 yr ago from carmax when it had 47k miles and they had changed everything, from break-pad, plugs, tires, etc cz i had it cross-checked from a mechanic(150$ check) before buying as well and that mechanic gave me a report that said everything looks new. So, I said no; I will go to carmax and ask them why my break-pad are gone in 13k miles only. did they (carmax) lie on the report? I also had my car serviced at the same carmax at 58k miles and they said nothing about break pads or plugs. After 5 minutes, one other guy came and said no your break pads looks fine and it is 3/5 left. If i had said yes to the first guy, he would have charged me 189$ for a perfectly fine break pads. This place looks like they just want to charge you whatever extra they can before inspection. Not going there again.

Only thing positive is they were not rude, the waiting room was nice, and the complimentary bottle water and donuts were a welcomed gesture.But these guys spent more time having safety meetings and complaining about how short staffed they were than actually working on my car. Point blank asked if they had a guy ready right now to do an oil change so I could get in and out quick. Told me oh yessir let s get you going. Then pulled my car in, lifted the hood, pulled the plug and filter, and didn t touch it again until I walked out there after sitting there watching them do nothing for half an hour and asked the tech who was sitting down on his cell phone if there was someone working on my car. It s pretty much done we just need to add the oil, I m typing up the info now he replied with cell phone still in hand. Told them my car had special requirements and not to over fill still over filled and required additional time to suck out the overage. I can do this myself in 10-20 minutes I PAY this much for kwik convenience, which I did not receive. Waste of time and money.

Chris has been a LIFE SAVER for me and my family today on NEW YEAR DAY . He is friendly and gave as VERY GOOD customer service today and is very good at informing and showing us what the problem we were having and was able to fix it very professionally and fast for us. Which made our new year day even better for us!Thank you again for being open today and also showing great service to us . Even when you were the only one working today.

Great place, very helpful employees!Chris got everything taken care of for me and made sure I got what I needed without nickel and diming me. I was even given an accurate estimate of the time it would take to get my particular things done. I very much appreciate the honesty and everyone was very friendly too!

The employees were super nice and me helped through everything! Got my car inspected, and some other stuff, took less than 2 hours. The whole staff was great but especially Jaun who took care of my car. I ve been coming here for years and I ll continue going here as long as I live in Richardson :)

Thank you and again sorry for the mix up.Tyrone Flemings (Vehicle Inspector) has no care for cars at this place. Treats and drives cars as if he is on Nascar. No reason to peel out tires on take off to inspect a brand new car on it first inspection ever done to it. The miles speak for themselves. Long time customers with two cars always go there. ANOTHER LOST CUSTOMER !

This place is truly a joke!! The workers here are just lazy and prefer to stand around than do their job! If I would have known I would have just gone down the street to the dealer instead. Don t fall for the reviews! They offer you $$ off to leave them a good review but they re still technically ripping you off!

Been getting my oil changed here for years. Took my car to get an inspection. They told me the car wouldn't pass because I had 25% of my brake pads left. Told them I'll change the pads and bring it back. They obviously didn't count on me doing my own car repairs. The photo shows a new pad on the left and the old pad on the right. There was about 90% of the pad left. Get second opinions before you let this group of con men take a wrench to your car.

If you ever need an oil change or inspection done right, Kwik Kar is the way to go. Props to Juan for taking care of my oil change fast and being knowledgeable on the recommended services I needed during my inspection. I'm definitely coming back for my other vehicles with him.

Went in for an oil change. The guy casually asks if he can top off my brake and coolant fluids. I say sure thanks. Next thing I'm being charged $370 for a flush. I told the guy straight up he's a crook and had he disclosed that upfront I would have never agreed.

This place is awesome. I came in with what I thought was a brake or rotor problem. After looking into my issue, they determined it was my tires. They could have just gone with what I thought, and charged me an arm and a leg to do the work I anticipated. Instead, they acted honestly and properly diagnosed my problem, even though the proper diagnosis would cost them a loss of making money. If you want to deal with an honest and professional business, look no further. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thank y all.

These guys are an absolute joke. I went in to get my vehicle inspected for registration and no more than 3 minutes after sitting down, The dude comes back in and tells me that he's going to have to fail me because my brake pads were less than a quarter of an inch thick. He did not drive it, he did not remove the wheel to take a look at the brake pad, he did nothing. So then he tries to tell me that I will need new brake pads and rotors. I have a 2020 4Runner that has 47,000 mi on it. There is no way on God's green earth that I would have to replace my brake pads and rotors. I asked him why I would have to replace my rotors and he said well you need at least new brake pads. I took my vehicle to another inspection center and passed with no issues. These guys are scam artists and all they want is for you to pay money for things that you don't need. Avoid this place.

I stopped by this afternoon. I had no appointment. I had purchased a rear brake light from AutoZone, across the street. AutoZone could not install it. Bradley, at Kwik Kar, very graciously, installed it for free for me. They have always been very reliable and have always gone above and beyond at this location.

This place is a joke... came for state inspection and the guy told me "when you open the hood the brake fluid is low so we recommend changing the brakes" that doesn't make any sense. He told me they can do it cheaper than anywhere in the area too to try to bait me. His coworker was eyeing me too and looked away when I made eye contact like he's the one who told the employee to try that trick on me Took it somewhere else and they said it was great. Pitiful behavior get some dignity

I d already had great service here in the past, but the new management makes all of the difference. A redone front lobby and comfortable chairs made waiting a lot less painful, not that I had to wait long. In, out, honest evaluations on what needed to be done why can t all repair shops be this good?

When in this morning at 8:00am to get my Nissan Altima inspected and they were done by 8:20am. Wow! Also, I had taken my car to Courtesy Nissan and they told me that the Control Arm Bushings were worn and that I should replace them in 3, or 4 months. They wanted to charge me $1,080 for the job, but Kwik Kar told me they would do it for $620. Still expensive, but better than $1,000!. So that's good to know!. Good experienced overall.

Hello I was working with Chris the manager and he would sell jobs and tell the mechanic to wipe off the engine and not do the repairs and also would not do complete tune ups like he told the customers he would . He is a joke and needs to be fired . He doesn't keep his word and lies and has no car repair skills what so ever only take customers money and lie about the repairs .I worked there seen with my own eyes . Beware you have been warned .
