Staff is very helpful and friendly. After installing my tire, I was made aware of a few issues that needed to be addressed on my car. The only downside is the very long wait (Almost 5 hours) for 2 tires and break fluid.

The store manager Britt was not only very knowledgeable, but was also a great customer service representative for your company. She was helpful and determined to find us the tires we needed. Our vehicle needed an unusual size set of tires, and she worked hard to find them for us. The installation was trouble-free and fairly speedy as well. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone I know.

A great experience. I went in unexpectedly to see if they could match a quote for new tires I d obtained at a different location. Britt and the staff was very accommodating and friendly throughout. Thanks so much!

I'm disappointed. My truck has 21k miles and I asked to have the tires rotated. The next day the front driver wheel hub cap was missing. I went back this morning in the hope it was at the store but no. The answer I got at the front desk is that it must have fallen off while driving. Well, it didn't fall off before, so obviously the tech didn't do a good job of putting it back on. This is very disappointing because now I have to replace it and you guys don't even care. Definitely not going back ever. I'm going to bring it up at the corporate meeting today and recommend we do not have business with any Firestone locations.

I called this location for oil change price on 2011 F150 5.0 V8. The man over the phone quoted me $165 dollars but then ensured me he would add their $15 dollar off coupon to make it $150. This is insane!! Complete robbery. North central Ford only charges $85 and they discount this with military discount and wash your car for you! I would give 0 starts if possible. I hope people see this so they don t get ripped off like they ignorantly tried to do to me.

Terrible service. 4 weeks after my last change I ended up having to go to the dealership for fear of issues with my lifters. Turns out Firestone just shorted me the oil I needed no evidence of oil loss or burn by my 2016 Chevy but my dipstick was bone dry. Will never come back here.Funny cause I waited 20 minutes to check in/out while employees stared at me. Wrote the bad customer service off but can t ignore near fatal outcomes for my engine after their supposed oil change.Customers beware.

I rarely leave reviews, but the reason for doing so in this case is to let others know this place is very quick to upsell and leads with fear tactics. We came in for a simple tire replacement and they did not hesitate to inform me that I should replace the other 3 tires to avoid damaging my transmission. I went down the road to Discount Tire instead, where they said the front tires were at near equal tread, so there was no need to buy 3 brand new tires that very same day. This is the second time something similar happened with this Firestone location they want you to spend, spend, spend. I ve given up on them completely in favor of honesty and transparency. Discount Tire seems to be doing much better in this area.

Amazing work done fast. Helped talk me through the issue with my vehicle and explained the preventative maintenance and what to expect and what to do if the situation occurred again. Everyone I spoke to at the shop was helpful and kind. Thank you Steven!

I brought my car to Firestone with a ride to home. I have lifetime alignment and rotation, which I had come for. I didn t know that one of my tires had a nail in it. Firestone was able to repair it and my final bill was FREE!

Store Manager Megan was great. So customer service oriented, respects her clients, smiles, and offers a 10 star customer service. This is the first person that I'm rating at Firestone for their service. Wow ! She needs a promotion as an area manager.Many other loactions at Firestone from my 30 yrs experience are just after money, but her service was impeccably awesome. You have my repeat business.

Firestone is a reliable complete auto care company. They do a good job and honor their work. I recommend this location!! Come see Gia she will take good care of you.My truck has over 315,000 miles and is still running strong. Though I enjoy doing some of my own maintenance. When I need a mechanic I Trust Firestone.They have been maintaining my truck since the factory warranty ran out and it's still running like a Toyota!!Amen, thank you Jesus for integrity and good running trucks!!

Worse location ever. I arrived at 430 after calling ahead and the management team there is terrible. They took no initiative to try and help was ready to say no soon as I walked in. I wish I could give half a stat but that may be too much

Expensive. I came in with two new tires to be installed. They tried to up-sell me significantly on an additional tire, which was more expensive than the two I had come in with combined. They did good work but charged more than other tire shops and took a couple of hours.

The staff are incredibly poorly trained and dishonest. Was quoted a total wait time of 45 minutes to an hour for a simple state inspection. After waiting over an hour (as the only customer in the store), I asked for an update and was told it would be at least another hour. Had I not inquired, I very likely would ve been left sitting there indefinitely. If you want your time to be wasted by people with a stunning lack of professionalism and basic courtesy, this is the place for you. Otherwise, stay far, far away.

I use other Firestone locations regularly, but the few times I have used this location they consistently have terrible customer service. They won t even acknowledge you when you walk in, terribly slow, and you generally see employees standing around doing nothing. I like Firestone in general but would avoid this location in Richardson off Campbell.

Waited for two hours for an oil change when I was told there was no wait. They let car inspections go ahead of you because apparently there s one technician who s only capable of those. The other techs looks like they re hanging out. Took my keys and left. More like Firestone- Can Do A Couple Things.

I went to this Firestone with an appointment at 9am. Store manager took me in. She told 1.5 hours for oil change and 2.5 hours max for both oil change and tire rotation. I assumed what she informed is true and stayed.They hand over my vehicle @ 1:45 pm. Its almost 5 hours. Its double the time they took. No water or coffee been kept. I was so thirsty and people who came after me got their vehicle and were gone. Why can't you give a realistic number? I made an appointment, seems like they did not bother to return the vehicle on time to the customer.She understands the concern after I told her. She is kind enough to waive off next oil change.I am giving one star because of 5 hours wait but auto service is good. If they give appointment then they must keep the time tracked.

So today I drove in to have my car checked for a MAINT REQD idiot message light. After waiting a few minutes at an open bay, Patrick walked up with what appeared to be lunch for everyone, except me ( they were probably car parts vs food). That s OK because I had already eaten. Anyhow, this client-focused young man proceeded to take care of my request immediately, without any hesitation. He offered 5-star service as a newer employee with a friendly attitude. He is an asset to the Firestone company store. Please see to it that Mr. Patrick is recognized for his outstanding service.P. S. Also please see that his work shirt shows his name so he can receive more kudos in the future.

Just go to a different location.Wait times were incredibly long and the service was very poor. I came in around 4 and was told my car should be seen by 6 -- it was not even in the bay yet when I decided to walk home at around 6:30. It was finally done at around 8:30, but on the walk back to the shop to pick it up, my keys somehow got locked inside the vehicle, so I had to wait for a specialist to unlock the vehicle. Rather than wait more than an hour, well after the store would be closed, I just walked home and decided to pick up the vehicle in the morning.What's more, I soon discovered that my car's alignment was still off, so I took it to another location to have it looked at. Turns out, the first location just hadn't done the alignment correctly. The folks at the second shop said that the mileage that had been entered by the staff who did the first alignment was off by more than 30,000 miles, leading me to suspect the first shop either didn't do the alignment at all or somehow did the alignment on the wrong vehicle.Service: Wheel alignment

Extremely shady. DO NOT use this business. I took my 2020 Telluride for an oil change and state inspection. They informed me I had a nail in my tire that could not be repaired. Due to the nail, my car would not pass inspection. They also told me that could not replace the one damaged tire. They said unfortunately I d need to purchase 3 new tires at the cost of $900 because the treads need to match in order to pass. I took my vehicle to Richardson Discount Tire for a second opinion. They searched for the nail. Not only did I NOT HAVE A NAIL, all of my treads were fine and the car easily passed inspection. Extremely disreputable.Service: Tires

I came to this location because it was closer to my work place. I arrived at 7 o clock on the dot and the light were off. However, I noticed the young lady in the inside at the computer. I made my way to the door and she signaled me to give her a second. That was all understandable because maybe the systems were down.After making it into the location I informed her of the reason for my visit. To bring everyone else up to speed. My passenger left side tire had a foreign sharp object plunged in the center. I informed her of me having to be at work and my Lyft being on the way. You would have thought this would aid in a sense of urgency, right? Well that never happened or at least from my perspective. This lady was so eager to get me to purchase new tires it was pathetic! Without even looking at my tire she was looking for a location with the tire in stock. I let her know I would be leaving the car and taking a Uber to work AGAIN! We finally make our way out to the car to do a walk through and she intentionally read the thread on my tires incorrectly. I didn t call her out I just waited to see what amateur sales method she would try to use to manipulate a sale. As she s taking her precious time I let her know my main concern today was getting the tire patched or replaced under my road hazard warranty.We go back insides and now the pitch is how she highly recommends new tires today. She took what I said about my main concern due to time constraints and let it flow out of the other ear. As I m waiting at the counter to get the okay and to sign off on the work order. This lady is steady looking up new tires for my car! I m monitoring the screen as she s clicking and by this time my Uber is 3mins away.She switched it up as I m waiting stating they ve upgraded my set of tires and she will have to try and find the same one. I asked her how was this the first location I ve heard this foolishness at and no sensible response was given. Instead of taking care of my needs to build a report to have the sale of the tires brought to this location . This lady has made sure I will NOT be anywhere near this store.Also, she told me the tire could not be patched however I was able to have everything done today and a proper read of my thread and all is well via another location.

This Firestone location will get done what they say they will get done and they have always done it when they say it will be done. What they can get done is relatively limited to tires and alignments and very simple mechanical tasks. They have good hours and are open on Saturdays and Sundays. A major downside is price. You will pay through the nose for whatever you buy from them. If you were looking for discount, low cost, or a good deal you need to keep on looking. But if you're in a tight spot or they're convenient to you and you don't mind paying for that, you can be confident they'll get it done.
