I went to FC Automotive for AC issues twice in the last few months. Though certain identified leaks were fixed, ultimately my AC did stop working soon after. I won't go in to the details. I personally chose to resolve my concerns elsewhere after that, so I cannot speak to what might have happened if I went there again.What I will say though, is that when the owner found out I was not satisfied, he took every measure to look into what happened. He went above and beyond to call me, to identify any miscommunication, and to look into and resolve any charge discrepancies (without me asking). He set out to make it right, and that shows character. He states that FC Automotive strives for integrity and honesty in their work, and his actions show that he stands behind that.

We were pleased with the service. The only problem was the wait for an oil filter to be delivered. To avoid this maybe you could keep a small supply on hand since this is such a common part used in oil changes.

I had an exceptional experience at this car repair shop, especially with the representative named Kendrick. I needed a last-minute Texas state car inspection, and Kendrick went above and beyond to accommodate my urgent request. I took my car in from an oil change, but knew I had a possible problem from the "burned rubber" smell when starting it.They checked the motor over, found an oil leak onto the belts. They discussed options, costs, and timing with me based on what they were able to see. They worked me into their schedule, provided a ride home & back. They called after cleaning off the motor finding that the leak was from a different source to repair. We discussed options & the cost, and was still able to fix the problem on time, for almost half the original quoted price. These are good people performing good car maintenance!

My 2004 Nissan Altima would not be in such good shape if it were not for the great service I receive from FC Automotive. I never let anyone touch my car but you guys. Ive been using your service for over 30 years as have others in my family. Always excellent service. I always feel confident that the info I receive is good and honest. Thank you for taking care of this old gal (79) and her old car. Feels good to have someone I can always depend on. Thank you Billy and other employees of FC Automotive.

I recently took my car to FC AUTOMOTIVE for a state inspection, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The staff was professional, knowledgeable. The service was fast. Overall, a top-notch experience, and I highly recommend them for anyone in need of automotive services

Family has been taking their vehicles here for decades. They are good about letting you know what needs to be done to make your car safe and run, versus what they recommend be done for the longevity of the vehicle. When it comes to major repairs, we don't take our vehicles elsewhere.

This morning I was going to go to the grocery store in my wife s car but it wouldn t start. I called FC Automotive expecting to speak to Kendrick on a Saturday morning, but Billy Reid answered. I have been taking my cars to FC Automotive (previously Marino s Texaco) for nearly 40 years, largely because of the relationship I have built with Billy. He is honest and very committed to delivering outstanding customer service. He brought a new battery to me and installed it himself. With the arctic weather in the forecast, I can rest assured that my wife s car is in excellent shape! Thank you, Billy!! You are the best, my friend!!!

I use FC automotive because they are honest about the work required for my vehicles and do a great job as well as stand behind their work. Billy has been there for many years and is great with the details and the main reason for customers like me going g back to FC automotive.

Lost my wedding band in my car. Looked for hours and hours with friends and husband, I mean seriously, sticking our fingers in every crevice and going the extra mile to find my ring, still nothing. Took it to Billy. Drove 45 min away because Billy has always been there for me and my car troubles, including this one, he told me he'll do what he can, and they found it!! After it was looking like hope was lost, his men found it by looking under the felt and removing my seat. Thank you for going the extra mile Billy. I am forever grateful~

My check engine light came on. Billy got his crew to do a diagnostic and found out the sensor wire was eaten by rodents. They replaced it and I got my car by evening time. I appreciate their fast service!

What a wonderful service center!!! Billy and Kendrick are so knowledgeable, to the point, and respectful. So honest, good-hearted and hardworking too! The entire staff is courteous and personable. Having issues with my A/C, thinking it only needed to be recharged, but looks to be more than than. They were able to rule out a couple of things but weren't able to isolate in the time I had. They were so kind to clear out and clean a rats nest built in the engine block. I will be back when I have time to drop off my car and give them the time they need. There are angels here on earth...you may not see their wings. In these times, I appreciated their honesty and respect and so does their customer base!!
