The Mark Levinson amp died in my Lexus and I found out that this company repaired it 10 months ago. When I contacted them, they said they can t do anything about it since I m not the person who got it serviced with them. I understand their warranty is not transferable but to charge another $825 to repair an amp they fixed 10 months ago seems outrageous. Seems like this company does not stand behind their work at all.

The CD player in my car s stereo went bad. No aftermarket would work. With some very easy effort I took it out of my Prius, shipped it to Factory Repair Services and for a fraction of the time and cost of having a new unit installed, I got mine repaired.

Took my jeep to repair a radio that the cd would never eject. Just bought the jeep and they said they would pay to repair. It was a $400.00 repair. Told they go out often. Took it here and they said they put a new one in it. Drove away and the very next day it was doing the same thing. Took it back and he said he would look at it. Drove away and it worked till I got home the next day. It was a very long drive. It had a 6 month warranty to. So, I called him and he had a horrible attitude. He said he repaired it the 2second time I brought it back he fixed it free. It had only been a month or so. He said if I came back with a better attitude he would look at it. Still under my warranty. After that phone call I would never go back. Bought new radio and it works great. Bad experience.

2 years ago my car s windows busted out from a bad storm here in Dallas and my car had a ton of water in it and ruined my radio unit in my 2011 ford escape. I never got around to getting it fixed. Finally I did some research and just needed the absolute BASIC fix without any upgrades etc. I couldn't find a shop in Dallas that wasn't going to charge me an arm and a leg to get it fixed or try to replace it all together and cost me more money etc.Found this place and took a chance on it, not knowing if it was going to resolve the issue. They sent my damaged radio unit off and they found a ton of water damage, got it repaired, installed and now it works like new! I finally have sound in my car again after 2 years. Very happy with the outcome here.

Dale is awesome! He has twice fixed issues with my radio/screen for a reasonable price. Issues that the dealership had no solution for other than charge me $5,000 to replace the entire unit or trade in my car. If you are having problems with your radio/screen give Dale a call! Nice and honest!

Dale and the Factory Repair Services shop was truly a blessing to me! My navigation screen was no longer responding to touch, I took my car to a Lexus dealership and was told that the whole thing would have to be replaced and would be $2500+. The guy in services referred me to Dale. The cost to change out the whole system was less than a fourth of what was quoted by the Lexus repair shop! Dale himself is wonderful and has a great personality! He makes you feel comfortable and you instantly know you are in good hands! Thanks to Factory Repair Services my worry and stress quickly turned into a smile!

I was referred here by a stereo shop that couldn t help me with my navigation issue. 2008 Highlander and the map dvd wouldn t reload. Dealer wanted to replace bs. Astin was honest and great and his repair man was excellent in getting me in and out in an hour after taking out the nav unit, repairing and reinstalling cleanly. Respect to shops that repair and not just look to replace.

Very courteous an professional!! Explained thoroughly how they rebuilt my amps on my Bose speakers for my 92 Corvette!!! Recommend them highly!!

Outstanding outfit. These guys know what they are doing and are very professional and fair. I took my BMW in with amp problems and they fixed it quickly and at a fraction for what the dealership said they would charge. i would highly recommend John and Dale.

This is an unusual review...I've never been to this business. But I work at a car audio retailer and we don't do repairs to factory radios. Several years ago we took to sending people to Factory Repair Services as a potential solution. I have worked at locations all over DFW and have sent people to Richardson to see these folks.At every location I've worked, someone has come back to me at my stores and said "Thank you for sending me there, they were amazing".It's hard to find a consistent business to which you feel confident sending someone for solutions to their problems. In fact, in my business, I have only this one. I can find, as a non-customer, no higher compliment to give another hard working group of human beings.

Our navigation screen on our 2008 Lexus ES was cracked. The cost of repair or replacement was outrageous!!! UNTIL we found Dale at Factory Repair Services!! They were so fast,great job and just a small fraction of the cost of anyone else. Thank you FACTORY REPAIR SERVICES!!!!!!

If I could I would give them 0 starts. My sister in-law took her car to get fixed about two weeks ago and yesterday she got a call saying that her car was missing and they didn't know anything about it . Well the car was found today in a dealership in plano, and no one was to talk. Horrible service

Took my 1992 Camaro radio FM tuner box (CDM) module into them for a FM reception fade out problem. Back and forth for over two months. Three times they said it was fix. Would not refund, and he did not know how to fix the problem. Their idea of a FM antenna is a wire tried to the work bench lamp post...Had to get Mastercard involved to dispute and I hired another shop in Florida called Fixworks, LLC. They fixed the problem and fixed mistakes made by Dale. Never again.

It's the worst experience I ever have. They kept my car for a week and when I asked them if they figured out the issue on my car they always says we are busy and we are working on the cars are newly coming . Anyway the called me after a week to come and take my car because we couldn't find out the issue and we will not spend more time on your car and after I took it I found out that's they have brook down all my car control buttons, Ac radio navigation heat and when I told them to fix it they told me we don't have time for it . I dont recommend this store for any one . This sound crazy but this what happens.

Horrible customer service, gave an estimate of 350-550 for repair, 350 is doable, 550 i can get a replacement. I simply asked for a phone call if it was gonna be more than 350 and he blew up and screamed at me "well do you the damn thing fixed or not!" Screw you!

Don t waste your money here . I brought my stereo for repair and they were never able to make it work. They will charge you to make a repair even it s not the correct issue. Ended up paying more than 400.00 and they never got the stereo to work. They don t really know what they are doing. Unprofessional

Dale is one of the most honest guy I ran across when I needed my radfio repaired . He was honest about how much it was going to cost and completed in a timely manor . Thumbs up!!!!!!

I found this guy online and shipped my radio to him from Florida. A day or two later he emailed me telling me it was fixed and on its way back. I'm extremely happy with the overall outcome and their quickness in service.

I have used Dale's services dozen of times, and I send everyone I know to use him. People often mistake his skills for ease of a job, he is just the best in the business.
