Victor was very courteous and kept me fully apprised of the service status of my vehicle.Unfortunately owing to the nature of diagnostic tools from Nissan I had to wait over four hours to learn that a solitary pin on the OBD port prevented the State from accepting the Inspection data from the vehicle even though there was no error code. Forty years ago I used diagnostic dongles on serial ports to monitor traffic (debug if the pins were working). Today we have a multi billion dollar giant with thousands of engineers but unable to provide simple diagnostics tools to its dealer network.Once a customer identifies that the service request is for a "computer issue" Nissan should have a process in place to troubleshoot within minutes not hours. Not a dealership issue in my humble opinion. I shudder to think how Nissan will support maintenance on EV customers.Overall, I felt comfortable here (but no bagels?) unlike previous experiences with the Nissan dealership several miles north on the same freeway.

Recalls on 3 issues with my vehicle was the reason for my visit.It was explained at the time I made my appt that a courtesy shuttle would be able to take me home until my vehicle was ready, then I would be picked back up. That was great! Music is shuttle was at a good volume. Driver, Cedric I believe was his name, was a cautious driver. A+ in my opinion.Oh, and my car was vacuumed

I recently had my tires replaced at Courtesy Nissan and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The staff were incredibly efficient and professional throughout the entire process. Not only did they complete the job quickly, but they also took the time to explain everything and ensure I was completely satisfied. And nice touch with a car wash. I highly recommend Courtesy Nissan to anyone in need of tire replacement or automotive services. They truly go above and beyond to take care of their customers!

I trusted courtesy Nissan service center with my car since it was having issues with the accelerator. I ended up having to get the entire transmission replaced, which was no problem. This was almost a five star service. AK was extremely helpful, I think the mechanics are knowledgeable, but picking up the car was more of a hassle than it should have been. There were many advisors standing around, eating, listening to music, none of which were helpful to me. They had trouble locating paperwork and car keys. I think that they need to create a better system for pick up. They inconvenienced me tremendously; their mishap led to me running late to work, having to pay extra for a rental that was returned late, and they put me in an overall bad mood. I can t say that I would recommend this service to anyone.

Courteous staff, there must actually something taken seriously in the naming of this dealership. I purchased my car from a different dealership but use Courtesy for all of my service. I most recently took my car in for a recall, and it was completed way sooner than promised. Good waiting area too!

usually i get a pretty good experience. quick and fast, but the last time i went the consultant i had ethan took the longest time to check me out. i completely understand if it s busy, but this man received my keys back 30min to an hour from the mechanic. the whole time i just watched him talk with his friends and hanging out with this phone. i finally got up to ask why its been so long, at this point it was 3hrs that i ve been there already. he saw me walk up, realized he messed up and had someone else check me out. like wow.

My appointment time was honored. I was provided with a thorough review of my vehicle's inspection with an accompanied video depicting the mechanic's findings.Our vehicle was serviced in a timely fashion.

Came here about 3 months ago for oil change and a multipoint inspection. I got a lengthy list of things needed for my car adding up to about 5k. My boyfriend got this list (mechanic) and did all the work two weeks later for 900 in parts. No biggie. I came back again today for another oil change and the price of my oil change went up $30 and they told me all the things wrong with my car again was the same list last time. The pictures in the report were even the same. They didn t do a new multipoint inspection or take new photos they just told me I needed all the same things again. I told them that I got that all done already right after my last video and they started to back pedal that it was a mistake in system. I feel like they tried to screw me out of money and work that wasn t needed. I don t feel good about coming here anymore and will take my oil changes elsewhere in future. Kinda crooked

Terrible customer service, constantly lying about their car wash being broken when you come in for regular maintenance. The sales people will also lie to you and try to sale you a car with blown out speakers. I waited 2.5 hours on getting maintenance done when the guy quoted me an hr, I scheduled an appointment at the time they opened and was there on time. He then forgot about my car being done for an hr, said he was going to get it washed for me and it never got washed because the car wash broke right before it got to my car. So I waited an extra hour for you to lie about the car wash? I had to go over there to check on the delay of my vehicle just for him to get my car and then lied saying I was just about to go get your car.

Scott was my service representative and the very best service representative that I've had the opportunity to work with at Courtesy Nissan over the past 8 years since moving to the area. Scott spoke to me with courtesy and respect while explaining why it was important for each of the suggested services. My father was a mechanic and I learned alot through him. I'm immediately turned off by disrespect or a pushy sales pitch. I will definitely return and will ask for Scott on my next visit

Shelton was great. Excellent customer service. (12-7-23). Oil change was completed in about an hour. This dealership has been very good to me!!! Very courteous and friendly staff.

After denying repairs, I wasted 4+ hrs out of my day trying to reach someone to release my car for tow. No one knew anything and I was placed in multi voicemails including 2 for a service mgr, w/o returned calls. It took less than 5 mins to handle my request once I reached out to a msg that I rec'd on Sat. Worst service ever!

Highly dissatisfied with this service center.1) Coolant flush was falsely recommended to me. Manual says to change coolant in 107000 miles but advisor says it to change in every 30000 miles for the new vehicle2) Somehow I did not see the coolant flush recommendation in manual and asked them to do coolant flush but they did not change it. Before and after service coolant is in same level ( below min in reservoir tank ). They charged me 150 dollars but did not change it.3) When confronted about coolant not changed , same service advisor lies that below min is totally fine. When i said manual says otherwise then he says it should be between min and max. Lies to not admit the mistake.Do not know in pervious services how many times i got charged for the service never performed. Cannot trust this service center at all. Asked for refund for the service not done but they do not want to refund saying service is done.Below is the pic after the coolant flush reservoir tank level which they said is fine. Never changed it and said below min is fine to cover their lie.

Nissan is my favorite brand. Here at Dallas tx, Courtesy Nissan is the direct dealership for all Nissan vehicles. It is a large facility with sales and service center. People are very courteous. Appointment online, very easy. Massive inventory with all model collections. In site snack and drink stations for waiting customers. Handicap accessible.

I had called to see about how much re programming the front distance sensor would be and I was told around $200. When I brought it in and they got it in the bay I received a message from the service advisor saying it would take 2 techs, a laptop and a WiFi hotspot to get it done and it would be $555. I m not sure where the disconnect is but I was in shock. I left without getting work done due to the fact it was almost 3 times the price. I called another dealership and took it there where they got the sensor done for $189. This dealership seems to be scamming people on the service of their vehicles and it s ridiculous. I will never come here for anything again. Go to Metro Nissan for your service needs, they are fast, reliable and get the work done for a readable price. They also complete the work for the price that is given over the phone and don t increase it while you are there waiting.

Extremely long wait for an update on my service repair only to be told that I have to come back the next day. So then when I returned the next day I received even worse service then the day before. In the future if I ever need a repair I will not come back to Courtesy Nissan at all!!!

David in the parts department went above and beyond to help with a part. The only reason for the 3 stars instead of 5 is that Nissan Corporate didn't have an answer to why they discontinued a part with no replacement. Their only solution was to buy aftermarket when they were the only ones that sold the part. Trust me on this. I've been looking for this part sold elsewhere for over 18 years now. I challenge anyone trying to find it. It's the rear wiper blade for a 2004 Nissan Murano SL. You have to look closely at the pictures I've attached to see what it has to look like to fit properly on the arm.

Despite having great service every single time I have taken my car here, I'm sad to admit that things took a turn as of December. I only write this review because I can't get a service advisor to call me back, but I've gotten plenty of automated texts offering to trade in my vehicle.I had an appointment on 12/9 at 11 AM for an oil change and tire rotation. I showed up on time and was told that it would take at least 3 hours. That's not what I signed up for so I took my car elsewhere for service and was able to get back on the road in about an hour. However, this place told me that my battery needs to be replaced which set off a concern since Courtesy Nissan replaced it in 2021.I've called on 12/18, 1/17, 1/30, and 2/1 - with no straight answer to my question: is my battery under warranty and at what cost? I need to know is it worth me taking over there and potentially waiting hours or should I just buy a new battery elsewhere. I've left messages with reception and voicemails to whatever number I've been forwarded to. The last person I spoke to, Rachel, even said that she would email all the service advisors so I would get a call back. Her voice sounded familiar but she had more attitude which is even more frustrating to hear as a repeat customer after calling numerous times without any help.I called Crest Nissan since they're close to my office and I figured it's a Nissan part, so hopefully they can honor a warranty. The person that answered my call gave me an answer; no need to put me on hold or direct my call that nobody answers or checks. I can't believe I wasted my time with Courtesy.Services: Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change
