Ordered several parts here over a period of weeks. Very good prices on parts, however, shipped an expensive defective part and stopped communicating instead of making it right. Failed to to ship a $3.40 washer and instead of sending it or crediting my card, choose to break-off communications again. Wish I could continue to order parts here, but can t count on them.

Only problem I have with this dealership is every dealership gives you so many free oil changes with a new car purchase and tire rotation. But at courtesy nissian you buy a brand new suv. No free oil change no tire rotation nothing. And yes I bought brand new.I have bought my 3 rd car from courtesy. Dealt with Bobby this time. He was a good and easy person to deal with. Bought a new car. And I m very happy with the sale the service the general manager and financing. Need a car this is the place. If you have any problems. Management will go out of there way to make it right for you Like I said 3 rd time customer. And I ll be back for a forth.Need a car go see Bobby and get hooked up.Got a 2023 Nissan rogue sl. Very happy. Paul the general manager runs a good dealership

Short story: cheap 15k vehicle found on website, show up at dealership with bank pre-approval already, and they tried to sell me the vehicle for$25K, this scammers think people is stupid...careful dealing with Jim Dillman.....

I am very thankful for this company's thoughtfulness. I ordered a part and it was taking a long time to be shipped. I was thinking of calling today to get an update on my order. However before I could call them they sent me an email apologizing for the delay and even refunding me some of the shipping charge. I did not have to call or make a complaint because the company already had me in mind and wanted to make sure i received a good customer service. I am very thankful because a lot of companies now a days don't make efforts like this. Thank you. Keep up the good work.

Everyone is really cordial and nice to talk to, over all had a really smooth and nice time purchasing the parts I needed. This place is really good to go to if you need help with your vehicle!

Our service from Dallas and Fernando was very pleasant. We were able to find the car we came in to purchase with a loan that had a reasonable interest rate within our budget. We definitely recommend them both for future purchases.However! Whatever body shop the dealership uses for repairs is utter TRASH!We purchased a used car with very minor damage that required no more than 2 days of repair time. Not only did the shop keep our car for over a week, and no clear repair completion time, but the person at the shop who handles the repairs stated the delays to our vehicle weren't a priority because they had other contracts. After getting our car back the mileage was at least 70miles more than what it was when we dropped it off. So not only were the repairs delayed, but they went joyriding in our car. I really hope the dealership contracts with a different shop.Thank you again to Fernando, Dallas and the dealership itself offering excellent service!

My experience was great! The service was faster than I'd expected and Bill Claveli was a great service advisor. He even helped me with the prices with the services that I had done. If you're ever in need of your Nissan servicing, then I would suggest them and Bill Claveli.

I was lied too. I was told I needed a new tire due to having a slash in my unrepairable tire. I got that tired fixed with a different tire place. It was repairable! No issues since. Then today I got a flat after work, different tire. I lost my key for rims while changing my tire. I called before 6pm. I was placed on hold, then I was left on hold for over 30 min and realized the parts center closed while they left me on hold. I didn't complain about being lied to, but being put on hold while I needed help and left there is something different. Quick to take money, but slow to help and fast to lie!

Vicki was my service representative today, listen to my concerns, and the tech did a multi point inspection. Repairing several issues. I will be up and running in no time.

It wasn't a good experience, after my husband was told over the phone that he was approved. They would have everything ready when we get there. This was far from the truth, not to mention we drove an hour away for a lie. This is the kind of stuff that makes you lose trust in car dealerships. They handed us over to this guy who told us the car we came there for was in the service, so they want to try and sell us on something else. This is not what I came here for. All I ask is not to play games and string me along. The last thing I want to is spend my Saturday in a dealership. I will not go back here.

The service center has dishonest workers. Unfortunately they like to make small problems turn into larger ones. Also, do not leave your valuables in your car because they will not be there when you get your car back.

For parts - this place is fine. I come (or came) here a lot to pick up stuff for my 370z and QX80. Not sure about sales or service. However, most of the workers here don t ever care to wear a masks. Every time I come here nearly none of the staff are wearing a mask. Considering that you guys work with strangers every single day, that s the least y all can do to protect your customers. Most of the people working here can t put aside their feelings about masks and follow state and company protocol. It s quite a shame because a lot of other dealerships DO follow this protocol. That s where I ll probably be going.

I called to confirm that the hours listed on Google were correct that they were going to be open till 2pm on Sunday. The man who answered said yes. I got to the parts at 12:15 and everything was already closed and sent to voicemail.

My parents took their car in and were told they needed a $1500 new starter. They chose to get a second opinion and were told their starter was completely fine and their issue was something completely different.

Called in for a part and they said they had it and the website and on the front door it says the parts center closes at 7PM and I got the around 6:15PM but they had already closed up. They didn t tell me what time they closed even though I called around 5PM and so I had to drive an hour and 15 minutes to be told that they were closed. A waste of time and gas.

Very disappointed they tell you one price and then it comes to double the price , very bad experience I don't recommend it
