Aaron Allison the service Mgr and DJ Ahmed my service person are the absolute best. Wouldn t take my vehicle anywhere else. They go over and above re customer service and are genuinely nice people. They ask about your family and make car repairs simple.I ve never met the mechanics but their work is stellar! I highly recommend this team of professionals.

I prefer to build relationships with the people who are doing me a service. Alex has made that pretty easy by maintaining consistent with each engagement. They work quickly and efficiently which I appreciate. I will continue to get my auto services done here. :)

Brought my Jetta here for maintenance and this place is really friendly and goes out of they re way to make you feel like a valued customer. I had tried the VW on lemon the day before and they just were lacking customer service. I literally told the guy to give me back my keys before he got started, ( I wasn t going to give that place my business) same company I know but this Richardson location is the place to go. Carrie and Johan took care of my Jetta and made me feel appreciated for my business.

Got my car back after maintenance was completed to find that the back seats were soaked including my toddlers car seat (which now runs the risk of having mold build up). It was as if they left the back windows down during the car wash. Now I have to wait even more time, going on 3 hours+, while they dry the back seats and try to figure out what happened. When I asked for a credit back on what I paid for the service done ($400+), they refused to do so. Do not recommend to come here. I understand mistakes happen, yet the value of a positive customer experience, is predicated on making things right in efforts to promote return service. I left the car for them to keep drying and inspecting for potential damage, got a loaner, and asked for paperwork outlining what took place to avoid any liability and all risk of subsequent damage on the vehicle including what was inside.Not the experience you would expect after being a loyal VW customer since 2012.

Dj is Very reliable with information about my issues and was very friendly and helped guided me through my issues. 100% recommend coming here for any car troubles and questions!

They lied to us. Guaranteed us a sport Jetta and still gave us an S. Said they were upgrading us. Stole our money pretty much. Also misrepresented the miles. Which is illegal. They said the car was at another sister location and drove it over 45 miles which was not stated on the contract they made me sign prior to me picking up the car.

I would like to thank Raul Rios and his team for the excellent service with the purchase of our new car. The staff was pleasant, but the tire rotation I requested I didn't receive. I know this for a fact because gum was still on the same rear tire when I inspected it.
