This is my story, I called to find out if they could fix my car that is having problems, so Jack called me, he called me every day to convince me to buy a car until he convinced me but he sold me a truck that was very noisy on the road. I dialed him to let him know so they could fix it and he called the manager because no one gave me an answer, they took my information and I just went to the dealer and he treated me as if he had never seen me. The truth is, they promise thousands of wonders when it comes to selling, but when the You need to turn their back on you, be careful when buying with Jack, people, it's my second car and the last one in my life that I buy from them. How is it possible that they give you a dirty car and don't give you a guarantee the next day? Horrible service and racists.and also they give me my cart all dirty

Update: it s been 9 days. Still haven t heard back. I sent a follow up email and still no response.Update: The dealership replied below. I contacted them per their request and received no response.I have a 2017 Passat that had hail damage that the insurance company didn t fix so they sold it. The dealer paid over $8000 for it and it cost me $2500 to have it fixed. It s immaculate. They offered me $3000 for it. Beware if you have a trade in. I checked with a dealer that s seen it and they said it would be worth $3000 cut in half. Below is a pic of the car they offered me $3000 for. 2017 with 129,000 miles. Immaculate inside.

I had my car serviced here many times they always do a good job and took care of my Volkswagen and help me get into a new one in record time. I really dislike the The go to the dealer and talk to the manager and the routine that usually happens. They kept this to a minimal and didn t change the price much when it came time to sign..

Don t try to get a car from here!! They run your credit through the wringer , then ask you for more money down or a co-signer!!! Let s not mention that they never call you back once you do a credit application. You have to call to find out. Glad I dodged a bullet and to think I was willing to put down my hard earned money with these people. Run if you value your time, and the money you make. This dealership obviously won t!

This dealership is unprofessional. I worked a deal with them on Saturday the 9th. We reached an agreement on payment and so I let them run my credit. They even took my trade-in and gave me a loaner. Great until I call Monday when we were promised the car would be there. No one gave me an answer until later that day stating that the car would be there Wednesday the 12th. Tuesday I contact them yo make sure everything is still in order for pickup on Wednesday.This is when things took a turn for the worse. I was told that the deal we agreed to was never the one we actually agreed to and that it was the original deal instead of the negotiated deal. Then they never had the car secured that I was supposed to be picking up so they were working on obtaining another which would be ready by Saturday.I have not heard a word until today. They never got the car and the car was supposedly sold out from underneath them in a dealer trade. So now they still have my car, don t have the car we agreed to and they screwed me on the deal that we originally agreed too. No one will contact or speak with me. I found this out through the operator.This dealership is unprofessional. I know dealerships lie but this has been taken to a whole new level of lying and ripping off that I have never witnessed in my purchasing life. They are not even willing to make things right. I have asked to speak with the GM on numerous occasions and he refuses to call me.Also, I had a deposit on the car that got white on quote sold from underneath them in a dealer trade.Update: the experience got much worse after they cancelled the deal and then threatened to call the police on me if I didn t return their loaner car with less than 24 hours notice in the middle of the week while I was working. They still have not returned my deposit even though I managed to return the car.On top of all that, there customer service replies are all bot automated and they will not get back to you or even try to resolve the matter.Run as far away from this place as you can. It makes sense why Clay Cooley is buying dealerships under different names now.

VW as a whole is a scam company, I've had water inside the headlights of my 2023 GTI (with 1,500 miles) for 2 whole weeks now brought it to Clay Cooley for repair and was at the dealer twice already for "testing" (total of 8 days) been out of work 2 weeks now trying to repair it and still after 8 days at the dealer they say we couldn't find any issue with the headlights in their TSB (technical service bulletin)!!!! And they gave me the car back exactly the way I brought it ( well, in addition to a flat tire that I noticed on my drive back home) I was provided with vw customer care number, filed a claim and spoke with their regional manager Caroline and she said the dealer need to request repairs from the warranty and the dealer is telling me that they can't do anything without vw approval and I can't speak with the warranty myself!!! At this point I had talked to the service manager Aaron and the director Brandon, and they're not repairing it. This is my first and LAST Volkswagen that I'll ever buy. I'm gonna find an attorney and file a lawsuit against VW for their scam. Picture #1 was 14 days ago and picture #2 is after all the time wasted and frustration.

Machai, Charles, and Abraham were AMAZING!!! A lot of the process was done through phone and email. I appreciate their efforts in finding me the perfect car because I didn t know what I wanted. Had a very unpleasant experience with these guys last weekend unfortunately. I ve leased two cars with them in the past, an Arteon and a Cross Sport. Both times were pleasant experiences. The Cross Sport lease was coming up so my dad and I decided to see if we could get into a new one. VW really upped their game on the 24s so we were interested in swapping into one.For reference, we currently have a fully loaded, 2021 Cross Sport SEL R Line Premium that we pay in the $600 s for each month. Was thinking we could work a deal to land a similar payment. We both have credit scores in the 800 s and very strong incomes. They came back to us with a $1600/month over 48 months offer. $1600. Over 48 months. They wanted us to pay over 76k over 4 years to not even own the car. Safe to say, that was the most egregious offer we ve ever been presented. I guess my dad and I both looked like babbling idiots for them to think we d even be close to accepting that offer. Later that afternoon we went to an Audi dealership and traded in the cross sport for a Q5, for the same payment were paying for the cross sport.You guys were way outta line with that offer.

This is classic cybercrime computer fraud where an online rep (Jennifer) impersonates herself as a rep for this dealership. She puts you to Louis finance manager. They offer deal in writing and you are asked to go and pick up the vehicle.There the sales person Joey has your appointment and you get thrown off with $4k additional price.Total waste. This should be treated as a computer / internet crime.Google should be careful in deleting reviews as this is a fact and if dealership asks this to be removed, please justify why. There could be class action against Google for removing genuine reviews.Do not see the 4.3* ratings. This dealership has been working hard to remove reviews and for every review removed, we will post 1 her and 2 on other sites. Get your IT dept and social media to work hard now since you are using deceptive trade practices that are against the laws.

I ve taken my Volkswagens to Alex T., @ this dealership for years. He s awesome. I always receive prompt communication and updates on the progress of my vehicle. They provide shuttle rides and have consistent employees. It s nice to have a long standing rapport with someone who you trust to service and maintain your favorite car, and not feel like you re being price gouged or hoodwinked. I realized my car was long overdue for service, called the dealership, drove over and was in and out within an hour, which was faster than I would have dreamed possible. My car runs so much better now, and they provided a quote for new tires without the high pressure one usually expects.

1 star but if I could I will give -10 bought a vw Atlas suppose to be new car had miles on it and they said I was because all the test drive on it passenger door has a big stain can t even come off, took it to suppose to be a detail to remove that stain and some scratches from apperently to be because they under construction went go it back it definitely looks like there was not a detail on it stain still on it and I asked they told me that if it don t come out don t come out. Also on the rear seats on pasanger door looks like a come got busted had lot come stains or cooffe who knows what it was when I told the sales person he said I was lying will not recommend this dealer at all. Like any other dealer when you there looking they all over you trying to get the sale but once they got you that s it not help at all

My Service Advisor Alex was Great! He listened to me and made sure all of my concerned were addressed. They are under construction so everyone is in a smaller space but everyone was amazingly friendly. From the Director to the Drive Manager to the Porters and Cashiers, everyone was very nice and made sure I was taken care of.

The service department has changed dramatically since Auto Nation ran this location. Clay Cooley will lie to you. They try to convince the customer to agree to work your car does not need. I recently brought my car in for a 20K service. They tried to sell me a brake service ($800) and a cooling system service ($500). Also, VW says the 20K service should include a cabin air filter. Clay Cooley tried to charge me $70 extra for it. Slimy, slimy. Caveat emptor.

I met with accident on 3/29 and my car was totaled. We placed a request for Tiguan 2024 White SE R-Line black. on internet.Natalie confirmed the price of $32500. Finance Manager Louis (who seem to have mastered the art of lying) also confirmed this on recorded conversation and we went from Ft Worth to Richardson with money.Joey was sales rep and he didnt even know who Natalie and Louis were. This is clear internet fraud similar to Nigerian Scam where you are given a bait by some unknown ghosts to visit dealership and then they waste your time.Stay away from this place. There are few complaints filed already and Police was also contacted. Will be proceeding with Small Claims and whatever it takes to get this practice of bait and switch stopped.

This is the best service dept. to bring your vehicle for repairs. Alex, service rep will provide excellent service. Having had previous years of automotive service experience. I am very happy with this service dept.. They don't try to over sell just advise you your options needed.
