Christensen automotive has proved themselves over and over throughout the years I ve used them. So thankful for their HONESTY and INTEGRITY and exceptional skills in everything they do. When there s something they shouldn t charge me for, they don t. If they have to make it right, they do.Shout out to Stephen, who I ve now asked for on multiple occasions, and who oversees all maintenance, I believe. He truly sets the tone there and keeps it an upstanding place that I will KEEP trusting!

Excellent customer service. I purchased a car for my 16 year old son and Paul took the time to show me and explain the most important things that need to be done for my son's safety. He didn't just tell me what needs to be done he told me how each repair effects the car and its movements.

I have been using this spot for years and they never disappoint. I never feel like they are trying to get me to pay for stuff I don't need and their prices are reasonable. Service is always friendly and they get your work done quickly. The waiting area is comfy with a couch, multiple chairs, and a TV w/ good channels.

THIS LOCATION IS AWESOME! Pana and Carzan in the front were so kind and patient with me. The service manager Steve gave me a perfectly detailed info on my repairs for my car. The owner Allen was a very kind man who hired a great group of staff! I will for sure be back once I need car assistants again!

This place is not to be trusted. Loyal customer over 10 years, multiple vehicles. (It was good when Mike was front-house.) I took my vehicle to have a brake inspection/repair, I told them I needed them to tell me what was wrong. The new guy Jeremy came back with all this jargon $$$, and I gave the go-ahead to fix it. Fast forward 2 weeks, I need an inspection and my brakes are still acting funny. Well, guess who failed my inspection for brakes and told me $$$ to diagnose the issue? The snakes did. I got my keys and left. I went straight to the dealership - AND I COMPLETELY PASSED. I called them back and asked them to explain the issue. I recorded the whole thing of them tripping over their words and confessing shady tactics. Here's a quote, "we know what's wrong with your car, but it's just like a doctor...doctors make you pay before they tell you the problem". If so, why didn't you fix it 2 weeks ago.Needless to say, I won't go back. And if I'm involved in any accident "brakes-wise" between now and their warranty. I will be seeking damages. They'll have to start buying cheap ammo for the firearms the carry while on the job.

Christensen Bro is my home garage but their customer service has been declining for a while. Got a flat on the passenger side and purchased two new tires. Since this is my local garage, purchased my last two tires here they should have know my car was front wheel drive and put the new tires up front. Also because they are my home garage they should have had records indicating it was time for a tire rotation. Either way the techs installed two tires to the back of my car with little care.I m female and when I asked, why did you install them in the back? It s a front wheel drive and your records indicate it was time to rotate! The tech told me, well ma am someone with a much higher pay grade made that decision and I can t really answer that for you. Besides it s free to come in now for rotations so you can make another appointment. Edit after company made contact. Steve and Paul delivered my car to me after rotation my tires and balancing the new tires. They offered their apologies and sincerely asked for my business back. I was reassured that they would handle the employee who made the higher pay grade comment and would train employees on the Car Fox app they update after each service appointment. Both Steve and Paul were at the previous Richardson location with me and openly said they didn t want to lose me as a client. Happy to give them another try and hope the issues are resolved moving forward.

Hello Paul, I am always impressed with the quality of service there.I had to have a radiator replaced on my 2016 Infiniti QX50. Excellent job. A bit pricey but still a lot cheaper than buying a new car! Many thanks ! George Donald Pasquella

I moved to Texas a few months ago when my car needed to be repaired. So I called around, and I found this Christensen auto repair shop! I'm glad I found this place because I like taking my car to this place. Not only do they give the best customer service, but they also have a lot of great staff! I've used them several times already, including my boyfriend, and he is the one who reminds me to go to this place every time I need my car fixed and to take care of my car when I have some problems with it. They also let me use my $20. Dollar expired coupon they sent me! Coupons are good gestures. I hope this kind of treatment will continue, and if only all of the businesses were like this, then we would gladly continue to use them, and we wouldn't look for other companies to go to anymore. Coupons are good for return customers. It's a good gesture for when we need to return to have our cars looked at or repaired. So, I thank all the staff and the managers for caring for my car and me when I was there. I'll GLADLY recommend this place to my family and friends any time of the day, and please keep up the great work you ll do. Please Try them, and I promise you, you won't be disappointed because I am very picky, but since I've been taking my SUV to this place, I always leave delighted and smiling.Sincerely,Maria Stuckey

Very untrustworthy experience and will never go again.Was quoted $99 for a wheel alignment. When I went there they said $159. I told them to proceed. They came back and said they will have to do a rotation first which seemed unusual as he said tire was installed incorrectly in the past by Discount Tire. He said he will charge extra to get that fixed. I told him to proceed once again. This time he calls back again, saying that he s having a hard time removing a screw on a car that is barely a year old. And he says that the total $$ will be $365. I told him to get the car out and park it since I lost trust by this point. At the end, I asked him - which two tires got swapped incorrectly by the previous guy? He said - oh, we just fixed that. . Come on guys there is a limit for everything.

Steve and the crew did a fantastic job. The knowledge and detail is top notch. My alignment is now correct and gave me details about my breaks for the future and cleaned up the headlights on my older honda. Great job y'all!

Car electrical system was acting up Finally got it started & went here. Got me right in, checked all electrical circuits and found battery was bad. Popped in a new battery, did a re-check, and all was good. Have bought tires and had state inspections done here but this was my first repair. Hope I don't need anymore soon but if I do, I'll be back. I Iive in north Garland and one of my favorite restaurants is just across the parking lot so they are very convenient.Service: Auto battery maintenance

I ve been coming here for years. Great service, and they are someone you can trust. Goodyear has kept my old F-150 in great shape and kept me from getting stranded on the side of the road. I wouldn t think about taking my vehicle anywhere else.

The work got done. The work got done later than estimated. The cost was high, rivaling the cost of going to a dealership repair shop. The cost would be much higher if I didn't actually question some of the work being done or suggested. The first vocal estimate was ~3300 but included suggested additional work of getting front brakes done. I requested an estimate without the brakes so it was ~2100 for a radiator, fan and related parts like the hoses and thermostat. On the day that it was supposed to be completed, I was told some additional work was required plus replacement of the condenser, bringing the cost to ~3500. Whoa, so after I questioned the rationale of the cost when the disassembly was already done in doing the radiator, how can a condenser cost so much. After reassessing and applying discounts, it was ~2900. I do appreciate that he adjusted and applied a discount. I would suggest for anyone to check around with other places that can do an accurate estimate prior to disassembling the car and getting stuck with added work and costs. After knowing what all needs to be done, you can look up what the expected average costs for the work would be. What I paid was about 50% greater than the top cost estimate. So, perhaps a dealership shop would have been better.

I've had my car inspection done there in the past and purchased tires on sale there a couple of years ago. On my last visit I had a flat tire. They told me it couldn't be fixed. With road hazard it was going to cost over $200.00 for replacement. On my husband's advice, I declined. They charged me $35 to "drop the spare" asked them for the tire, it was in my trunk 90 seconds later still on the rim.I went to their competitor who I'd used previously for several years. Was told there were no markings on the tire that indicated it had been removed off the rim. They fixed the tire at no cost. Twelve days later, the tire is fine, holding up great, no flat. I will not be using this business again.

I love coming to this shop, every time I come in I m immediately treated like family. The whole team always treats me fairly and answers any questions I have about repairs on my cars. I never have to question their integrity because I m always shown why I need the repairs brought to my attention
