I m so glad I found this place. I had to get my boss car fixed after she backed up into a parked car. I decided to use Central Collision Repair since they gave me the lowest estimate. George was extremely knowledgeable and made it work to get the car fixed within 6 days before my boss returned from her vacation. He kept me updated every two days and send me pictures of the progress. They gave me an accurate estimate and did an exceptional job. It looks brand new again. Recently during a drive from Dallas to Houston I had the misfortune of running over/into a mini-fridge that had fallen from someone's trailer. It damaged the front end of my BMW Alpina B7. The damage was significant requiring not only the replacement if the bumper and spoiler but also needing some paint and body repairs.I brought the car to Central Collision based on the good reviews and reports I had heard thru a friend. I am extremely particular and picky with this rare car even though it is 13 years old. I have to say the repairs not only met my exacting standards but exceeded them. The car looks better than before the accident and I could not be more pleased. Central Collision will keep you up to speed on any and all communications with the Insurance company should that be your situation and they will not cut corners merely for expediency. Parts were hard to find but Lance (the owner) took the extra time and effort to locate OEM parts that had to come directly from the manufacturer in Germany. Most repair shops would simply find a used part or a part from the aftermarket and most customers would not know the difference. Not here..........if you care about your car and you care about it looking the same or better than before the accident, this is your place.

Our BMW X5 s right rear quarter panel was dented and scratched. I did not know where to take the car to have it repaired, so I called my mechanic for a recommendation. He recommended Central Collision Repair in Richardson and that I should contact the Tom (the owner). I went there and obtained a quote. Tom explained what was involved in repairing the damage and what had to be repainted so that the metallic paint would match the rest of the car. I was impressed with his knowledge and the price was reasonable. We dropped off the car and 11 days later picked it up. We could not tell where the damage had occurred and the paint matched perfectly with the rest of the car. My wife and I were impressed with the quality of the work. I highly recommend Central Collision Repair; however, as I told Tom, I do not want to become a regular customer.

They did an amazing job on the vehicle and worked really well with the insurance. I rarely had to call or mess with the insurance. They even detailed the inside of my vehicle making it look and feel like it was brand new.

It was a pleasure doing business here. When my son wrecked his car Tom let us drop it off that afternoon. It is an older car, so parts took a while to come in. He kept in contact with us regarding the progress of the car. Price was fair, and the quality of the work was great. We were so pleased that we brought a second car in for some minor repair to a bumper. I definitely recommend this shop.Service: Body & Trim

Tom was super nice and extremely helpful. They did some body work on my front bumper. It turned out looking amazing and the paint matched the rest of my car perfectly! He gave an accurate estimate of the time it would take for my car to be finished and kept me up to date on everything along the way. Our Mazda needed the front left bumper replaced and painted. Oh my goodness. The hospitality, the professionalism, the quality of work! Tom knew we could still use our car while the mechanics prepped the replacement parts. When he called that everything was ready, I dropped off the car, and 24 hours later picked it up, looking like NEW!Absolutely would recommend to anyone needing collision repair.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We recently used Central Collision Repair to repair our front bumper which was damaged. Everyone at Central Collision Repair did a great job from start to finish. Tom gave us an estimate with options of the work and when our bumper was off, he had me come in to expect the additional work that was needed by showing it to me in person. The final work done made our vehicle look brand new. I would highly recommend Central Collision Repair

After a minor mishap, we were somewhat surprised that certain well know collision and repair centers would not perform body work on our red Jaguar XJL or any Jaguars. By chance, we were strongly referred to Central Collision by another collision shop. Their work to repair as well as the final paint was absolutely excellent . In addition, we had a false weak battery warning light that came on at time of engine start since we first drove it off the showroom. The Jag dealer, after several attempts, said they were unable to locate or fix the problem. However, Central Collision took it upon themselves to uncover and examine the wiring and was able to locate the misdirected wire and fixed the problem at no additional cost. These guys are good!! We highly recommend Central Collision Repair for any auto body work one may find themselves in need.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Tom at Central Collision is the man. I had to have our family SUV repaired after an accident. From dealing with insurance companies to helping me locate a car rental facility to personally driving me over to get my rental car, Tom is the local Richardson business owner you want to work with. He even did work on my car above and beyond what needed to be done. That's a businessman with integrity and class. Can't recommend this place enough! Tom was so nice when I first talked to him on the phone, and they actually finished repairing my car even faster than the expected date! My baby looks brand new, honestly can't even tell she'd ever been in an accident. Beyond happy with the work and stellar customer service offered here. High quality work. Better value than at the nearby chains of auto body shops; this is especially important for those self-pay repairs. The owner/manager Tom is down to earth and honest (he's also a former architect who designed a famous public library). I had a wonderful experience with Central Collision Repair. Tom took great care of me from start to finish, making sure all of my questions were answered at each step. My car looked brand-new when I got it back and the team had even cleaned it thoroughly. I highly recommend this business!

After my windowshield and the hood of on my car was� broken, I contacted Central Collision Repair. Tom and his crew did their thing!!! My car came out looking brand new. I am so pleased with my service and will recommend their shop in a heart beat. I was so excited I took my mask off to show my smile. Thank you so much Tom and the crew.

Tom. Is. AMAZING!From my first chat with him to the time he handed my keys back, it was nothing but the best service! My brand new 2020 Nissan Rogue was damaged after someone rear ended my driver's side door and crushed it. I am telling you my car looks FACTORY NEW after Tom and his team's work. Exceeded my expectations!!!!! Initially, I wondered how a body shop could get such great reviews, but as soon as I talked to Tom T. on the phone, I knew why! He is so kind, patient, and welcoming! He answered all my questions and made me feel at ease after getting in a hit and run accident. I would HIGHLY recommend their work! My car needed repairs on the panel above my tire. Looks even better than when I brought it in.

Full disclosure I didn't have my car repaired here because it was declared a total loss. I felt I needed to write this review to attempt to return the kindness my wife & I were shown here. We had a wreck from out of town. He calmed us both down after our accident, he was so calm and nice. The owner opened up on when he was closed just for us to collect our belongings. He was very professional and courteous with us and our insurance. I would feel good about doing business here.

This place is great. The owner (Tom) is kind, accommodating, and easy to talk to. They completed the work on time, and, though it required several trips to the shop, they were able to work out a way to minimize the amount of time I had to go without my car. I will use them again in the future, and highly recommend them.
