I had a very great experience with them. Their customer service was excellent. My service provider, John, did everything and more to give my car the best service and eased my mind with how he took care of my repair as far as dealing with my insurance. His customer customer service was beyond expectations. I believe he is an asset to this company.

Took over 5 months for a job they quoted me at 3 weeks for. Regularly ignored my calls and texts, I had to go in person to get any kind of update. Left my headlights misaligned and my wheel's center caps loose. I had to apply adhesive to some of my seals because they were coming off. One of the panels they installed is beginning to come loose so I'm gonna have to take that in to be fixed. Last but not least, despite the fact that they claim not to sell personal information I am 100% certain they are selling my number to roofing companies.

Very satisfied with my experience here, first time accident so of course I was lost and confused about a lot of things. The team here at Richardson definitely was very patient and understanding of my concerns and treating me like a person not just another number or a policy. These guys went out of their way to make everything back to normal through all the mess, always kept me updated, I would recommend this place to anybody who is in need of their services. Great work guys thank you again for being there for me. And thanks to the smelly guy as well..( you know who you are) lol jk you guys are awesome!!

I took my Subaru here after getting rear ended and they did a great job. It was mostly cosmetic repairs, so I was lucky, but my car looks great. They even washed it and cleaned the inside!Judith was super nice and very communicative. They made it very easy on me too with my rental from Enterprise too. I recently had to get some work done for my son's car and chose this Caliber in Richardson. I am so glad we did. The entire crew there is so friendly and willing to help! KJ, Mellissa, Mark, John, Matt and Judith up front are all fantastic and I even met some of their technicians and back of shop crew. Let me tell you, Gelasio is a character and so full of energy AND knowledge. I would recommend this shop to everyone!

Awful experience. They lied to me, messed up my appointment 3/4 times, estimated 2-3 weeks and took 7-8 which led to me having to pay penalty fees with the state, delivered my car to me with scratches and broken parts, and when I drive it, it no longer feels safe/stable.The front desk lady, Melissa, was rude to me up until they finally accepted my car and then was pleasant to me.They told me I couldn't drop off my car because I wasn't on the insurance, even though I was the owner. I called their corporate office to make sure and they told me that wasn't true.I'd just bought the car and needed the repair before registering it. They told me 2-3 weeks, which is within the 30 day limit in Texas before penalty fees. They took 7-8 WEEKS and I had to pay penalty fees for failure to register on time.When they delivered my car, they returned it to me with scratches on the hood, a broken part, and it doesn't feel like it drives safely anymore (they removed/replaced the rear quarter panel and wheel and I'm wondering if it has to do with they way they reattached the wheel).They may offer warranty on their repairs, but I wouldn't trust taking my car back to them if they lied to my face and delivered it broken to me the first time around, so I've been trying to get in touch with the corporate/national office to see what I can do because they messed up my car.

I am having a horrible experience! My car has been delayed, the wrong parts received, and now because they are wrong, they are "back-ordered" with an estimated arrival date of December?! They have had my vehicle since September. I am sorry, but someone needs to get with it. Work overtime, go above and beyond, drive to another area to pick the part - whatever it is, it has to be done! I have gone above and beyond for people in my job, so I know this happens, now go and do it. Am I being overlooked? No one ever called me about the concerns I had from the moment I dropped off my vehicle. That should have alerted me at the time of the poor service this shop provides. I hope I never have to repair a vehicle again, and if I do, it will NOT BE WITH CALIBER.

Mike Atkison and the whole team at Caliber Collision Richardson did a great job repairing my vehicle after my accident. My car looks brand new again! They did a great job explaining the process and keeping me updated throughout the whole repair process. 10/05/2023 - Update - I thought I'd posted this before, but here are the details. I took my car in on a Friday for an estimate. Even before stopping by, there was a push to drop it off and get me into a rental vehicle (since that's covered by my insurance). However, I wanted to start with the estimate and go from there. I was told that I'd get it by the end of the day. When Monday came and went and I still hadn't heard a single peep, I reached out on Tuesday. Was told I'd get it that day. But it wasn't until I reached out to my insurance company on Wednesday to find out what was going on that I finally got the estimate. If I'd dropped off my car on Friday like they'd wanted, would the car have sat there for 5 days waiting for an estimate before they even started work / ordered parts / etc.? All said and done, this was frustrating and has me questioning whether I want the work done at this location if they're either that busy / backed up / disorganized that it takes roughly 3 days just to perform an estimate (that was promised same-day).

Spoke to Melissa whose the front desk manager, and she was extremely rude. While we were explaining our situation, once she found out that they didn t take the third party insurance, she hung up on us immediately. We tried calling a couple more times after thinking maybe the line got cut, but our calls never went through. It was almost like she was avoiding our calls. Once we finally did get through after multiple attempts, it was someone else who picked up and he was a lot more helpful, hence the 2 star.

My car has been at caliber collision for two months after an accident. I keep hearing its in assembly or painting etc and the date it ends keeps being pushed further out. Its gotten to the point where I can't even have a replacement vehicle through insurance as I have reached my limit. I would note that I work in healthcare and with my challenging hours I am in need of a car and now am without one.To make matters worse, they left my car outside in a hale storm and have now told me its my job to figure out a way to get it fixed. Now I have no car and will need to pay through my own insurance for their negligence...Honestly, this has been a terrible experience and I will never be using caliber collision again. I advise everyone to stay away from this place.

Stag are client oriented , they give necessary update on repair status . Took new ram Laramie to them after getting hit. Truck was 3 months old and in like new condition. The initial estimate was 30k to repair. When I picked up the truck the bill to the insurance was 8k. Three of the parts were never replaced but billed to the insurance company. Of those three was a $700 head lamp assembly. See pics.. not only was it not replaced they broke the retaining clip rather than reaching in the fender to release it.Pictures of paint, rust, and over spray are after 18 months after the repair.I spoke with the location after repair and they said they would fix it all..New center caps for the wheels that were "lost in the shop, replace the head lamp, fix the paint, and etc.. ". There were seven other items on my list I am not going to go into in this review.They put me off for several months when I tried to make an appointment and said I just needed to drop it off and wait. I was not able to do that because I make my living with my truck.

Many years ago, I had a wreck in my Camry and took it to Caliber, and received less than desirable service. So when my insurance company told me they use Caliber, I cringed, but what a difference the years have made. It took one day less than two weeks for them to repair my Scion XB. They did a beautiful job. Communication was excellent. Thanks Matt Paynton and Caliber for doing a great job!Service: Body & Trim

I was going to use them for collision repairs but I spoke with the office manager, Melissa, who was extremely short and rude. She wouldn't let me finish a sentence and thus won't be getting my business. I would not recommend this place to anyone based on that experience alone.

I brought my truck to Caliber Collision of Richardson off Arapaho, to repair stollen Catalytic Converter.My Consultant was Amazing, he kept me well informed and let me know every time my truck had to be moved, they also detailed my truck inside and out.I would completely use them again and recommend them to family and friends.Services: Exhaust, Welding
